Accurate mapping of software requirements to tests is critical for ensuring high software reliability. However, the dynamic nature of software requirements throughout various mission phases necessitates the maintenance of traceable and measurable requirements throughout the entire mission life cycle. During the development phase, a predictable and controlled deployment, testing, and integration of software systems can strongly support a mission’s rapid innovation. Similarly, during the operation phase, timely application of patches and efficient evaluation and verification processes are vital. To address these challenges, we propose a novel method that combines Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) to automate software requirement-to-test mapping. This method formalizes the process of reviewing the recommendations generated by the automated system, enabling engineers to improve software reliability, and reduce cost and development time.

The inversion of wave equation has a widespread applications in practice in the detection of buried targets. It faces non-linear and ill-posedness difficulties. Aiming to the illposedness and non-linear nature of the inverse problem of wave equation, the widely convergent homotopy method and regularization method are combined to constructing of minimum optimization equation. The linear relationship between homotopy parameters and regularization parameters is constructed in order to avoid the uncertainty of regularization parameters selected by experience. Then the adaptive homotopy regularization inversion method is formed by combining this technique with the Regularization-Gauss-Newton method. The results of numerical experiments show that the method is effectively deal with nonlinear and ill-posedness problem of buried target detection.

We verify the existence of scintillation enhancement by measuring the scintillation index of a beam composed of two coherent Gaussian vortex beams with ±1 topological charges propagating through thermally induced turbulence. Further experimental research based on the reference wave interferometric method demonstrates that this phenomenon is caused by the combined effect of a screw dislocation and an infinitely extended edge dislocation, namely the impact of an anisotropic dislocation. The experimental results indicate that the anisotropic dislocation is more sensitive to weak perturbations than an isotropic screw dislocation and an infinitely extended edge dislocation, which means the anisotropic dislocation has potential for weak perturbation measurement. Active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) method has shown strong capabilities to handle system uncertainties. As for dealing with the periodic reference input signal, the repetitive learning control (RLC) method is often applied in practice to improve the system performance. In this paper, a distinct framework is proposed for the design and implementation of integrating the advantages of RLC and ADRC for uncertain systems with periodic reference input. An extra control input produced by built-in RLC scheme is added to the state error feedback (SEF) part of ADRC system. The stability of ADRC with built-in RLC scheme is proved. Simulations show that the proposed method is effective and can achieve better performance than the classic ADRC.

In this study, a playback method for dynamic star map simulation fusing cosmic background radiation information was proposed to improve the playback speed of star maps. The image distortion effect before and after the fusion of star maps and cosmic background radiation was evaluated using peak signal-to-noise ratios. The performance of the proposed and the global catalog traversal generation algorithms without cosmic background radiation simulation capability, as well as the indicators, were experimentally compared. The results showed that the average refresh rates of the view cone filtering star map fast-generation algorithm and the fusion playback algorithm of the star map and cosmic background radiation were 74.2 and 73.7 Hz, respectively. Compared with the entire catalog traversal generation algorithm, the instantaneous stability of the single-frame star map was improved by 3.045 and 3.305 times, respectively, and the consumed time consistency was improved by 4.646 and 5.068 times, respectively. © 2024, The Authors. This paper addresses the problems of limited algorithm operation and low efficiency in the traditional standalone mode. Combined with the mainstream Spark distributed cloud computing platform, the decision tree algorithm is improved in parallel and transplanted to the cloud computing platform for data analysis and processing. First, introduce the operating mechanism of Spark and the principle of parallel computing, and then analyze the realization basis of parallelization of decision tree classification algorithm. Finally, through the deployed Spark cloud computing platform, the test results under different parameter combination conditions are given in recognition accuracy and running time, The overall classification and recognition effect and operating efficiency have been significantly improved.

Ship radiated noise can generally be regarded as a random process that undergoes steady states, but the complexity of its generation mechanism makes its spectral characteristics different from white noise signals. Realistic simulation of the time domain signal of ship radiated noise can improve performance of acoustic equipment. In this paper, the analysis methods of the ship's radiation noise line spectrum and continuous spectrum characteristics are studied. The near-field radiation noise data of a certain type of ship under the same operating conditions is analyzed in the time-frequency domain, and the statistically significant radiation noise spectrum characteristics are obtained. The probability density function is used to generate random numbers that meet this statistical characteristic to describe the frequency spectrum of underwater radiating sound sources at various frequencies, and the Fourier synthesis method is used to reconstruct the time-domain pass characteristic of the ship's radiated noise signal under arbitrary sound velocity conditions in shallow water. Finally, the evaluation method of the radiated noise signal modeling results is studied, and the reconstructed signal is evaluated by the similarity calculation between the measured and simulated signal. The results show that the reconstructed time domain signal has higher fidelity.

Rapid Prediction Model of Equivalent Thermal Conductivity of Plain Weave Fabric in Space Environment

The prediction of effective thermal conductivity of aerospace insulation materials is crucial for insulation design and radiation characteristics control of space targets. In this paper, a rapid and accurate prediction model is proposed for the effective thermal conductivity of plain weave fabrics in space environments. This model assumes that the cross-sectional shape and bending degree of yarns within aerospace fabrics remain unchanged. To represent the structural characteristics of the plain weave fabric, a dimensionless parameter called "[[EQUATION]]" is defined. Numerical simulations are conducted to investigate the effects of fabric structure, temperature, and yarn thermal properties on the effective thermal conductivity of multilayer fabrics. Three parameters are identified as the most influential factors for the effective thermal conductivity of plain weave fabrics: the structural parameter [[EQUATION]], and the axial and radial thermal conductivities of yarns. Based on extensive simulation data, an empirical formula is proposed for the rapid prediction of the effective thermal conductivity of plain weave fabrics. Moreover, polyester, cotton, and wool plain weave fabric samples are tested for their thermal conductivity in a vacuum environment. The predicted results from the empirical formula proposed in this study exhibit a deviation of less than 6% when compared to experimental measurements. This study can provide valuable insights for the design of plain weave fabrics used in aerospace insulation materials. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Incorporating the depth (D) information for RGB images has proven the effectiveness and robustness in semantic segmentation. However, the fusion between them is still a challenge due to their meaning discrepancy, in which RGB represents the color but D depth information. In this paper, we propose a co-attention Network (CANet) to capture the fine-grained interplay between RGB’ and D’ features. The key part in our CANet is co-attention fusion part. It includes three modules. At first, the position and channel co-attention fusion modules adaptively fuse color and depth features in spatial and channel dimension. Finally, a final fusion module integrates the outputs of the two co-attention fusion modules for forming a more representative feature. Our extensive experiments validate the effectiveness of CANet in fusing RGB and D features, achieving the state-of-the-art performance on two challenging RGB-D semantic segmentation datasets, i.e., NYUDv2, SUN-RGBD. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

In order to improve the uniform light ability of optical integrator, a design method of variable diameter and off-axis optical integrator was proposed. Firstly, based on the theory of scalar diffraction, the factors affecting the ability of optical integrator to homogenize light were analyzed, and the structure of variable diameter and off-axis optical integrator was designed;Then, the relationship between the aperture and the arrangement of sub-eye lenses is explored by combining semi-definite programming theory and Lagrange-Helmholtz invariant. Finally, the optimal off-axis quantity of different ring strap eye lenses is determined from the perspective of geometric optics by using the aberration theory and following the principle of edge light, so as to achieve the improvement of the optical integrator's uniform light ability. The simulation results show that: On the effective irradiation surface ф26mm of the variable diameter off-axial integrator the irradiation non-uniformity is 2.0%, which decreases by 60% compared with the traditional integrator and reduces the system energy by 45%, which meets the energy utilization requirement of the optical integrator in the solar simulator. The homogenizing ability of optical integrator of solar simulator is improved on the premise that irradiation is not greatly affected and aspheric surface is not introduced. © 2023, The Authors.
