Along with technological improvements, online shopping is currently developing quickly. Online shops started by selling electronics, clothing, food, and home appliances and continue to evolve, selling various things. Currently, digital marketing has a novel technique, namely live shopping, where sellers can present, promote and offer their products directly through live streaming on social media and e-commerce platforms. This research will focus on gaining insight into the factors influencing customers to watch and purchase through live streaming. This research is an early-stage study of exploring and searching for research models. The study used a literature review approach by reviewing similar previous research articles. Several variable components were used in this study. The findings of the factors include visibility capacity, meta-vocation capacity, purchase orientation capacity, social presence, price, perceived product quality, perceived enjoyment, purchase orientation, perceived usefulness, and intention to buy. These factors were tested and proved to be valid with Cronbach's Alpha value being more than 0.5 and reliable with the value of the loading factor a greater than 0.6. Criteria The factors of the findings for further analysis of the relationship between factors and other variables.

Persulfate-based advanced oxidation processes have emerged as promising technologies for mitigating endocrine-disrupting compounds (EDCs) in wastewater treatment. Economically viable Fe-based materials with tailored properties have demonstrated significant efficacy in activating persulfate for the decomposition of EDCs through both radical-routes (•OH, SO4•−, and O2•−) and non-radical routes (1O2, surface activated PS complex, and high-valent Fe species). This review summarized the latest advancements in the persulfate activation mechanisms mediated by Fe-based materials, categorized by Fe valence states and the types of reactive species. Furthermore, it critically assesses the influence of active sites of Fe-based catalysts on persulfate activation pathways and summarizes the selective reaction of reactive species towards EDCs. Despite these advancements, several challenges persist in non-radical route-dominated persulfate activation, particularly regarding the impact of Fe-Fe distance on the reactive species and the catalytic role of Fe-based materials for reactions between inorganic ions and persulfate. This review proposes prospective research directions, provides design strategies, and expands the application of Fe-based materials in PS activation for effective EDC abatement in real situations. © 2024, The Authors. Increasing aquaculture cultivation produces large quantities of wastewater. If not handled properly, it can have negative impacts on the environment. Constructed wetlands (CWs) are one of the phytoremediation methods that can be applied to treat aquaculture effluent. This research was aimed at determining the performance of Cyperus rotundus in removing COD, BOD, TSS, turbidity, ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, and phosphate from the batch CW system. Treatment was carried out for 30 days with variations in the number of plants (10, 15, and 20) and variations in media height (10, 12, and 14 cm). The result showed that aquaculture effluent contains high levels of organic compounds and nutrients, and C. rotundus can grow and thrive in 100% of aquaculture effluent. Besides that, the use of C. rotundus in CWs with the effect of numbers of plants and media height showed performance of COD, BOD, TSS, turbidity, ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, and phosphate with 70, 79, 90, 96, 64, 82, 92, and 48% of removal efficacy, respectively. There was no negative impact observed on C. rotundus growth after exposure to aquaculture effluent, as indicated by the increase in wet weight, dry weight, and growth rate when compared to the control. Thus, adding aquaculture effluent to CWs planted with C. rotundus supports the growth and development of plants while also performing phytoremediation. © 2024 Elsevier Ltd

Mandai, a traditional fermented delicacy, is produced from the inner peel of the cempedak fruit (Artocarpus champeden). This unique food is a culinary heritage of the Banjar ethnic group residing in Kalimantan, and is part of Indonesia’s rich collection of traditional fermented foods. This study aimed to analyze mandai by examining its fermentation processes and chemical and nutritional composition. It also discusses the potential and prospects of mandai development in the future. Through a narrative literature review, this study synthesized insights into mandai, emphasizing its significance as a functional food with rich antioxidant and probiotic properties. This review also shows that processing mandai through starter-induced fermentation can improve its quality and standards. This study serves as an important foundation for future mandai research by emphasizing the functional benefits and processing methods of mandai. © The Author(s) 2025.

A Guide to Tracking Phylogenies in Parallel and Distributed Agent-based Evolution Models

Computer simulations are an important tool for studying the mechanics of biological evolution. In particular, in silico work with agent-based models provides an opportunity to collect high-quality records of ancestry relationships among simulated agents. Such phylogenies can provide insight into evolutionary dynamics within these simulations. Existing work generally tracks lineages directly, yielding an exact phylogenetic record of evolutionary history. However, direct tracking can be inefficient for large-scale, many-processor evolutionary simulations. An alternate approach to extracting phylogenetic information from simulation that scales more favorably is post hoc estimation, akin to how bioinformaticians build phylogenies by assessing genetic similarities between organisms. Recently introduced "hereditary stratigraphy" algorithms provide means for efficient inference of phylogenetic history from non-coding annotations on simulated organisms' genomes. A number of options exist in configuring hereditary stratigraphy methodology, but no work has yet tested how they impact reconstruction quality. To address this question, we surveyed reconstruction accuracy under alternate configurations across a matrix of evolutionary conditions varying in selection pressure, spatial structure, and ecological dynamics. We synthesize results from these experiments to suggest a prescriptive system of best practices for work with hereditary stratigraphy, ultimately guiding researchers in choosing appropriate instrumentation for large-scale simulation studies. Industrial ergonomic work design to improve the employee quality of life and productivity at Pt Cita Rasa Palembang

The physical environment of PT Cita Rasa Palembang before it was designed based on industrial ergonomics, it was found that the quality of life of worker was quite heavy and had an impact on productivity which was still not optimal. The main objective of this research is to find out that industrial ergonomic work design can improve the employee quality of life as assessed by decreasing musculoskeletal complaints, fatigue and workload of employees who make Pempek Belida at PT Cita Rasa Palembang, and increase productivity seen from the aspect of the number of Pempek Belida’s sales. This experimental study used a pre and posttest group design, treatment by subjects design and involved 45 samples who were randomly selected stratified with multistage random sampling. The independent variable was the implementation of the results of work design in the form of industrial ergonomic. The dependent variables are (a) the employee quality of life as assessed from indicators of musculoskeletal complaints, fatigue, and workload, and (b) increasing the percentage of employee productivity who make Pempek Belida at PT Cita Rasa Palembang. The data obtained between before and after the implementation of the results of industrial ergonomic work design will be analyzed using paired t test at a significance level of 5% (α=0.05). The results of the research on work design who made Pempek Belida at PT Cita Rasa Palembang through industrial ergonomic which: increased the percentage of employee quality of life significantly (p <0.05) seen from: decreased musculoskeletal complaints by 25.02%; decrease employee fatigue by 20.20%; and decrease in workload by 21.30%; and (b) increasing the percentage of employee productivity by 15.15%

Raman Linewidth Contributions from Four-Phonon and Electron-Phonon Interactions in Graphene

The Raman peak position and linewidth provide insight into phonon anharmonicity and electron-phonon interactions in materials. For monolayer graphene, prior first-principles calculations have yielded decreasing linewidth with increasing temperature, which is opposite to measurement results. Here, we explicitly consider four-phonon anharmonicity, phonon renormalization, and electron-phonon coupling, and find all to be important to successfully explain both the G peak frequency shift and linewidths in our suspended graphene sample over a wide temperature range. Four-phonon scattering contributes a prominent linewidth that increases with temperature, while temperature dependence from electron-phonon interactions is found to be reversed above a doping threshold (ℏωG/2, with ωG being the frequency of the G phonon).

Red algae (Rhodophyceae) Kappaphycus alvarezii is a species of macroalgae/seaweed that produces kappa-carrageenan which is intensively used in many industries. K. alvarezii is currently a leading commodity in the province of NTT because it makes a significant contribution to the income of the community and the region. The growth and content of carrageenan are strongly influenced by environmental conditions, especially related to farming habitat. The aimed of the study were to analyze the growth and carrageenan content of K. alvarezii different varieties cultured using different method and different habitat. For growth data, samples were taken every 7 days for 49 days (7 weeks), for each variety, method, and habitat. Sampling was carried out with 3 (three) replications for each treatment, by taking as many as 15 bonds at random. The initial weight of the seeds used was 100 gr. For carrageenan content, dry samples were taken at random from the 49-day-old K. alvarezii harvested. Each treatment (variety, method, and habitat) was taken with 3 (three) replicates at random. The results showed that for growth, varieties of Sacol Semau and Tissue culture Rote gave better specific growth compared to the other. The plants farmed using the longline method in the sand habitat gave better growth. for carrageenan, the Tambalang green variety from tissue culture from Semau gave the highest value, namely 56.71%. longline method. For different habitats, K. alvarezii cultivated in sand habitats gave higher carrageenan content (an average of 55.15%) than in seagrass habitats. The ANOVA results showed that in terms of growth, K. alvarezii cultivated in sand habitat showed higher very significantly different (p≤0.05; p≤0.01), compared to the one with seagrass habitat; while in terms of carrageenan contents, the interaction between different varieties cultivated with different methods and habitats showed no significant effect (p≤0.05; p≤0.01).

This study aims to understand the willingness of urban communities in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) to move to apartment dwellings, and a study was conducted using a quantitative survey method. The study aimed to analyze the sociodemographic factors influencing the decision to switch to vertical housing. The survey collected data from a sample of individuals representing the entire population in Jabodetabek. The participants in the study were selected from various locations within Jabodetabek, including Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. These areas were chosen to comprehensively represent the metropolitan region and its urban communities. By including participants from different locations within Jabodetabek, the study aimed to capture individuals' diverse perspectives and experiences in this region. The survey covered a range of sociodemographic factors such as gender, income, education level, marital status, occupancy, and residence ownership. The participants were divided into two groups: those willing to pay for an apartment and those who wereilling to pay for an apartment and those not. By comparing the characteristics of these two groups, the study aimed to identify significant differences and understand the factors influencing the willingness to move to apartment dwellings. The study results showed significant differences in income level, education level, marital status, and occupancy between the two groups. Income level was the most significant factor affecting an individual's willingness to pay for an apartment. Additionally, the perception of better apartment productivity, which includes reduced transportation time and costs associated with work or other business purposes, increased the demand for apartments. CO₂ hydrogenation as sustainable route for generation of value-added carbon feedstock is identified as green pathway for mitigation of greenhouse gasses emission. CO₂ methanation is one of the promising solutions, which only requires reactions at atmospheric pressure while utilizing metal catalysts to overcome kinetic limitations. Metal catalysts can be promoted to alter reducibities, CO₂ adsorption capacities, and H_2[sbnd]CO₂ dissociation potential. The role of metal promoter such as rare earth elements (Ce, Mn, Co, and La) and alkali and alkali earth metal (Li, Na, Ca, and K) will be discussed within the scope of CO₂ methanation. The aspect of catalysts modification towards hydrogen dissociation potential and surface oxygen vacancy will be emphasized to enhance selectivity for methane. Another pathway for CO₂ hydrogenation is via further conversion into longer chain molecules such as olefin and ethanol. The benefit of metal promoter will be discussed in this review on the effect towards promoting C[sbnd]C coupling reaction for producing longer chain alcohol and light olefin. The strategies to develop active catalysts for the coupling reaction of C[sbnd]C will be emphasized with the promoter introduction. For the hydrogenation of CO₂ to longer chain molecules, the main metal catalysts Ni, Pd, Rh, and Co, and their modification with promoter such as Ga, Cu, and alkali metal Na, K will be discussed. A critical analysis of the CO₂ methanation mechanism and further C[sbnd]C reaction to longer chain molecules will be discussed, particularly the effect of metal promoters to stabilize the intermediate and maneuver the catalytic reaction pathway into the desired products. © 2023 The Author(s)
