Operations over data streams typically hinge on efficient mechanisms to aggregate or summarize history on a rolling basis. For high-volume data steams, it is critical to manage state in a manner that is fast and memory efficient - particularly in resource-constrained or real-time contexts. Here, we address the problem of extracting a fixed-capacity, rolling subsample from a data stream. Specifically, we explore "data stream curation" strategies to fulfill requirements on the composition of sample time points retained. Our "DStream" suite of algorithms targets three temporal coverage criteria: (1) steady coverage, where retained samples should spread evenly across elapsed data stream history;(2) stretched coverage, where early data items should be proportionally favored;and (3) tilted coverage, where recent data items should be proportionally favored. For each algorithm, we prove worst-case bounds on rolling coverage quality. In contrast to previous work by Moreno, Rodriguez Papa, and Dolson (2024), which dynamically scales memory use to guarantee a specified level of coverage quality, here we focus on the more practical, application-driven case of maximizing coverage quality given a fixed memory capacity. As a core simplifying assumption, we restrict algorithm design to a single update operation: writing from the data stream to a calculated buffer site - with data never being read back, no metadata stored (e.g., sample timestamps), and data eviction occurring only implicitly via overwrite. Drawing only on primitive, low-level operations and ensuring full, overhead-free use of available memory, this "DStream" framework ideally suits domains that are resource-constrained (e.g., embedded systems), performance-critical (e.g., real-time), and fine-grained (e.g., individual data items as small as single bits or bytes). The increasing demand for cement in the world of construction can have an extraordinary effect, especially in the production of cement which produces CO2. So we need an alternative material as a substitute and even replace the role of cement. Utilization of coal waste in the form of fly ash is in the spotlight to be maximized. Therefore this research was conducted as an alternative contribution to the solution using geopolymer concrete in terms of setting time and compressive strength with variations in the addition of cement. The method used is experimental in the laboratory which produces qualitative data for further numerical calculations. Tests focused on the setting time and compressive strength of concrete using 5 mix designs with cement variations ranging from 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% of the use of fly ash. The results of the setting time with the highest duration, namely 100% FA=1.5, 95 minutes initial setting time and 225 minutes final setting time, then decreased to the lowest duration, namely 60% FA: Pc 40%=1.5. The initial setting time is 15 minutes and the final setting time is 37 minutes. The highest concrete compressive strength results in the MD 4 mix design with 70% FA mixture: Pc 30%=1.5, which is 43.3 MPa. While the lowest compressive strength is the design mix MD 1 with a mixture of 100% FA=1.5 of 21.8 MPa.

Biomass is globally recognized as an up-and-coming environmentally friendly carbon-based energy source, Suitable catalysts for managing thermal depolymerization of biomass present an alternative method for reducing overall energy usage while maintaining the *** spent catalyst could increase bio-organics production by up to 11%,31%,6%,and 21% in rice straw,brown solid,alkaline, and dealkaline lignin pyrolysis, respectively. The amount of biochar produced in the thermal depolymerization was reduced to 18%,27%,35%,and 32% in rice straw, brown solid, alkaline, and dealkaline pyrolysis, respectively, upon utilizing the spent catalyst. These findings indicate the potential of the spent catalyst for the biomass thermal depolymerization process. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Detecting Bacterial Leaf Blight (BLB) in paddy fields is one of the essential issues in Indonesia to prevent losses in rice production. This study reports the effectiveness of textural analysis using drone-acquired data over paddy fields in West Java, evaluating the potential of integrating textural and thermal characteristics. We used drone data combined with machine learning techniques to distinguish different levels of BLB impact. The normalized difference texture index derived from Haralick textural features was used as a predictor. The findings revealed that incorporating textural features enhanced the disease detection accuracy significantly compared with the traditional approach based on spectral indices. The random forest algorithm, which merges texture and vegetation indices, achieved a classification accuracy of 0.984. The proposed method offers a robust, noninvasive solution for BLB disease detection, contributing substantially to safeguarding crop yields and mitigating global food security issues. © 2024, The Authors. The purpose of this research is to know public perception of biogas users in Jetak Village, Semarang Regency viewed from technological aspect, technical (biogas installation), biogas benefit, economy and environment. The method used qualitative descriptive with qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of determining key informants was done by purposive sampling. Data were obtained from cattle ranchers who lived in the study sites through interviews, observation and documentation. The result of this research is overall the perception about biogas energy get a positive response from user society. However, there are some things that should be considered for the government and others in providing assistance that is necessary to consider the evaluation and monitoring periodically so that the constraints experienced by the user community can be known early and can be found right solutions. In addition, the sustainability of the use of biogas energy can be done from generation to generation not just the aid which in the end becomes only useless materials. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd. The studies of bioethanol production are being intensively explored over the past years in the provision of biofuel. This has been long recognized as the best alternative for a renewable energy resource to overcome the problem of the depletion of fossil resources. Indonesia's main agricultural sector, sugarcane industry, has shown promise in supplying sugarcane bagasse (SCB) as a feedstock for the second generation of bioethanol production. In this study, the techno-economic analysis of the sugarcane bagasse from the bioethanol production plant was explored, and the viability of bioethanol production based on the biomass generated from a local sugarcane factory was evaluated. All the costs that will be incurred during a 20-year operating period for a 203 ktons bioethanol production plant from SCB is $231 million, with a payback period of 6.19 years. The potential amount of bioethanol produced from SCB of this plant is 30.19 ML/year with the production cost (levelized cost of bioethanol, LCOB) of $0.59 per liter of ethanol produced. Overall, SCB bioethanol still carries better competitiveness at lower selling price in comparison with the latest price regulation by the Indonesian government ($0.85/L). © 2023, The Authors. Wastewater produced by batik industry in Cibelok Village, Pemalang that is disposed straight into the sewage will increase the concentration of Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), ammonia (NH3), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), chromium (Cr), lead (Pb), watercolour, acidity (pH), and dissolved oxygen (DO). Disposed batik wastewater without treatment will contaminate the environment, mainly its water and soil. The main purpose of this research is to reduce the concentration of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), ammonia (NH3), chromium (Cr), lead (Pb), watercolour, acidity, and dissolved oxygen (DO) by treating batik Cibelok's waste and not contaminate the surrounding environment. Laboratory test results on batik waste in COD, BOD, DO, ammonia, chromium, lead, colour, and acidity (pH). These results are not in accordance with the 2014 Waste Water Quality Standard Number 5 by the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Indonesia. Alternatives that have been done to treat Cibelok Village's batik waste is to lower dangerous substances concentration through electrocoagulation and filtration. The processes could lower COD level around 57.6%, ammonia 98%, chromium 85%, and BOD 67%. Reducing the concentration of the substance makes the batik waste safer and environmentally friendly when it's finally disposed to the sewage. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd.

This study aims to discover the obstacles and provide recommendations on the technical and institutional aspects of the chosen communal WWTP. The methods used in this study were field survey and questionnaire. the data were analyzed using quantitative, qualitative, and SWOT analysis. There are 11 out of 13 communal WWTPs that do not work optimally. The technical obstacle encountered in the operation of the chosen communal WWTPs is the huge building capacity that does not meet the criteria of HRT design. The recommendations for the technical problem include lowering the water level and reducing the number of baffles in communal WWTP. The obstacle faced in the operation of chosen communal WWTPs in terms of institutional and community participation aspects is that the maintenance is only known by few people. The recommendation for the aspects of institutional and community participation is for KPP to arrange a socialization on the maintenance of communal WWTP based on its maintenance module. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd.

Today, almost everyone has done online shopping activities. The presence of e-commerce makes it easier for humans to do shopping. E-commerce companies compete to provide the best service to the community. One of them is in the delivery within the city. In terms of city delivery, the 2E-VRP model has been discussed a lot lately in terms of consolidating shipments. This study aims to present the 2E-VRP mathematical model and work in two stages to find a solution. In this article, the author also compares solutions with several heuristic models including 2-opt, repetitive nearest neighbor, nearest neighbor, farthest insertion, cheapest insertion, arbitrary insertion, and nearest insertion. From the results of research conducted by the 2-opt method, farthest insertion, cheapest insertion, and nearest insertion, the total distance is the best, all three get the same distance, then followed by the nearest insertion, arbitrary insertion, and nearest insertion methods.

Game development in 3D is mostly done by characters, items and the environment. Game items such as character weapons modeled in 3D will be the attraction of a game. In this paper, spear motion as a game items is modeled in 3D. Nonlinear Equations Six Degrees of Freedom (6 DOF) are used for mathematical models of spear motion. The parameters studied in the motion model are: geometry, mass and aerodynamics. Spear aerodynamic parameters were analyzed using the Datcom method. Numerical simulation of mathematical models of spear motion with variations in the initial velocity of the throw and the direction of the throw. From the results of numerical simulation, the maximum range R = 131.7 m at the initial velocity V0 = 40 m/s, the direction of throw (angle θ0 = 35 deg, angle φ0 = 10 deg, ψ0 = 0 deg). And the maximum height Hmax = 12.18 m is achieved at the initial velocity V0 = 20 m/s, direction of throw (angle θ0 = 35 deg, angle φ0 = 40 deg, angle ψ0 = 0 deg). © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
