Software Development Projects have been often in news for wrong reasons, on account of project failures, schedule slippages, cost overruns and poor quality of software produced. This paper is the result of an study carried out to address this unpleasant reality by evaluating the methods & practices of Responsibility Assignments actually used and practiced on the software development projects selected for this study (from businesses and IT-industry in India), with overall objective of proposing better methods and prescriptive guidance for improving the chances of successful completion of business critical software development projects. This study has found that RACI Matrix is either not used or under-used during the course of planning & managing software projects studied, concluded as a factor contributing to Chaos of Software Projects. This paper also proposes a simple RACI-Matrix that can be employed by software project teams as a tool early in the project life cycle to set the expectations with stakeholders, to help successful completion of business critical software development projects and realization of business objectives for which the projects were undertaken.

In this paper, we present an n+-p-p+ solar cell. Mathematical relations describing the generated carriers' density are expressed, using among others a new approach involving both junction and back surface recombination velocities in a 3D modelling study. Considering an ideal solar cell (without shunt and series resistances) and based on the normalized carriers' density versus the base depth and operating an open circuit voltage, we study the spacecharge layer thickness (Z) versus various parameters such as the grain size (g) and the grain boundaries recombination velocity (Sgb) when the wavelength (λ) is a fixed value. Hence, the relationship between Z and the diffusion capacitance show that junction in the n+-p-p + solar cell, when the columnar orientation is considered, is characterized by the plane capacitor properties.

In this paper we study the fuzzy points with respect to a T-indistinguishability operator E stressing our attention to the maximal ones. This is due to the fact that normal fuzzy points are maximal and they coincide with the columns of E or, in other words, its equivalence classes. Fuzzy points express the granularity inherent with the indistinguishability and maximal ones give the maximal granularity generated by E. In general it is difficult to find the maximal fuzzy points of a universe X with a T-indistinguishability operator E, but in this paper we propose a geometrical approach that allows us to find them if X is a finite set.
