An electrocardiogram (ECG)identification method is proposed based on PRT triangle gravity tunnel of continuous electrocardiogram. The PRT center of gravity is defined by the P, R, T fiducial points in ECG signal, and the gravity tunnel of continuous PRT points is described as a matrix. The European distance is used to determine the similarity between two matrices. The performance of the proposed method is tested on MIT-BIH Database and the ECG data collected in practical environment from 25 healthy college students. Several group experiments were carried out and the average recognition accuracy is 99.87%. Comparing with the traditional correlation coefficient method, experimental results show that the average recognition accuracy is increased 1.66% when using the proposed method. © 2018 IEEE.

With the fast development of 3D imaginations becomes more and more fascination, multi-view stereo based 3D reconstruction is a significant technique for those application. To facilitate the subsequent processing of 3D reconstruction and reduce the possibility of other algorithms falling into local optimal solutions, attempting to get better and faster performance, a new parallax calculation based on symmetric continuous optimization is proposed in this paper. The algorithm is proposed here will be tested respectively in the same data, in order to certificate the algorithm applied is better than traditional minimize El algorithm.

In this study,sea ice thickness(SIT)and sea ice extent(SIE)in the Bohai Sea from 2000 to 2016 were investigated.A surface heat balance equation was applied to calculate SIT using ice surface temperatures estimated from the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)data with input from air temperature and wind speed from reanalyzing weather *** trend was found in SIT during 2000–*** mean SIT and SIE during this period were 5.58±0.86 cm and 23×10^(3)±8×10^(3)km^(2),*** largest SIT and SIE periods were observed during the second half of January and the first half of February,*** Spearman correlation coefficient between mean ice thickness and average air temperature from 21 automatic weather stations around the Bohai Sea was–0.94(P<.005),and the coefficient between median ice extent and negative accumulated temperature was–0.503(P<.001).The rate of increase in air temperature around the Bohai Sea is 0.271℃per decade in winter for 1979–2016(P<.05),which is much lower than that in northern polar area(0.648℃per decade).This rate has not resulted in a decreasing trend in SIT and SIE for the past 16 years in the Bohai Sea.

In this paper, a spherical helix module based on 3D printing and microfluidic technologies was fabricated, tested and applied to drug delivery applications. A liquid metal alloy is introduced to enhance the sensitivity of the complex and drug-/liquid-reconfigurable helix topology. Moreover, the influence of the dimensions of the hemisphere inscribed by the helical turns on the resonant frequency of the structure is researched. The microfluidic channels with 1 mm radius are shaped in the form of double semispherical helix using a Form-2 3D printer. To fulfill effectively the liquid metal (LM) injection, movement and recycle for reuse, a syringe pump is integrated to flexibly control the flow of the fluid. Besides, the proof-of-concept prototype achieves excellent radiation gain and impedance matching. The realized sensitivity is 0.96 mL/GHz and 0.33 mL/GHz corresponding with the frequency shift from 2.28 to 2.01 GHz and 2.01 to 1.65 GHz.

In this paper, an optimized detection using log-maximum a posteriori estimation with a fixed number of surviving states (fixed-state Log-MAP) is proposed for a C-band 64-Gbit/s intensity-modulation and direct-detection (IM/DD) on-off keying (OOK) system over a 100-km dispersion-uncompensated link. For dispersion-uncompensated links, maximum likelihood sequence estimation (MLSE) is usually employed to deal with the severe inter-symbol interference (ISI) caused by chromatic dispersion. However, MLSE has an exponential increase in computational complexity and state storage with an increase in memory length, which overloads the computing resources and internal storage space of the hardware. Compared to MLSE, the fixed-state Log-MAP decreases the computational complexity and state storage from an exponential order of memory length to a linear order of surviving states. The memory length of fixed-state Log-MAP is no longer limited by computing resources and storage resources of the hardware, which has the potential to compensate larger ISI. The experimental results show that the optimal receiver sensitivity using fixed-state Log-MAP detection has a 2-dB improvement compared to that using MLSE. In conclusion, the fixed-state Log-MAP detection shows potential for practical IM/DD optical systems over dispersion-uncompensated links. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.

For the localized faults of bearing components, generally, the resulted impulse response of vibration signal would be contaminated by the noise or impacts generated by other components. This paper combines the concepts of time-frequency distribution and semi-nonnegative matrix factorization (SNMF), and proposes a time-frequency matrix factorization method to enhance identification of the impulse response. With the short time Fourier transform (STFT), the time-frequency coefficient matrix of a vibration signal is built to describe the localized impulse components. Then, the sparse semi-NMF mapping is adopted to decompose and extract the resonance frequency band of the impulse response. With the advantages of the SNMF in the frequency band decomposition and the inverse STFT, the localized fault features of interest can be extracted as well. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, the experiment on vibration signals of rolling bearing is conducted. Compared to the standard NMF, the results reveal that the proposed method is more effective in feature extraction. © 2019 IEEE.

Based on stratified random sampling, this paper obtains the first-hand data on the food consumption of 70 rural households in Kashgar, Xinjiang through field surveys, and quantitatively studies the food consumption structure and characteristics of rural households in Xinjiang, which provides a reference for timely grasping the changes of food consumption structure of rural residents and optimal allocation of resources in Xinjiang. Use the AIDS expansion model to calculate the price elasticity and expenditure elasticity of seven categories of food consumption of rural households in Xinjiang, and conduct empirical study on the influencing factors of food consumption. Result: Although the food consumption structure is gradually optimized, rural residents in Xinjiang are still sensitive to the change of grain price; With the increase of food expenditure, rural residents in Xinjiang will increase the consumption demand for enjoyable food such as tobacco, wine, tea and sugar; Education level, family structure, income source and family size will have an impact on the food consumption structure of rural families in Xinjiang.

The computing frontier is moving from centralized mega datacenters towards distributed cloudlets at the network edge. We argue that cloudlets are well-suited for participation in Emergency Demand Response (EDR) programs due to their enormous energy consumption and flexible workload distribution, while existing EDR mechanisms for clouds and colocation datacenters are not suitable for cloudlets. We propose a novel online market mechanism, EdgeEDR, to incentivize cloudlets to participate in EDR, featuring multiple cloudlet-specific designs. At a high level, we observe that cloudlet operators can dynamically switch on/off entire cloudlets to compensate for the energy reduction required by the power grid. We formulate a long-term social cost minimization problem and decompose it into a series of one-round procurement auctions. In each auction instance, we propose to let the cloudlet tenants bid with cost functions of their service quality degradation tolerance, and let the cloudlet operator choose the service quality, allocate the workload, and shut down the cloudlets. Via rigorous analysis, we exhibit that our bidding policy is individually rational and truthful; our workload distribution algorithm has near-optimal performance in each auction; and our overall online algorithm achieves a provable competitive ratio. We further confirm the performance of our mechanism through extensive trace-driven simulations.

Study on the influence of international oil price on domestic oil price by APT-ECM

Based on the monthly data of soybean, soybean oil and soybean meal prices in China and the United States from 2006 to 2020, this paper applied the asymmetric error correction model (APT-ECM) to analyze the influence of international oil price on domestic oil price before and after Sino-US trade friction. The results show that: 1) the influence of international domestic soybean price on domestic soybean price is significant before and after Sino-US trade friction, while the influence of domestic price on international price is insignificant; 2) the impact of international soybean oil price on domestic soybean price is stable in the early stage but fluctuates evidently in the latter stage; 3) domestic soybean oil price is exposed to insignificant impact of international soybean oil price.

The original signal of rolling bearing fault contains a large number of phase coupling components and is easily submerged in the background noise, which make the fault information difficult to be extracted accurately. Aiming at the above problems, a method of fault feature extraction for rolling bearing is proposed, which combines empirical mode decomposition (EMD) with a 1.5-dimensional spectrum. The original signal is decomposed by EMD to obtain the intrinsic modal function (IMF) of different scales. The IMF is selected by the size of a correlation coefficient and a kurtosis value to eliminate the high-frequency components, which is reconstructed to achieve the purpose of noise reduction. The reconstructed Hilbert envelope signal is analysed by the 1.5-dimensional spectrum to extract the nonlinear characteristic of two phase couplings, so that the fault characteristic frequency of the bearing is obtained. By analysing the signal of actual rolling bearings, the fault characteristic frequency of bearing inner and outer rings can be effectively extracted, and the validity and feasibility of the method are proved. © 2019 Institution of Engineering and technology.
