Due to the continued growth threat in Phishing, a kind of stable identity authentication method is highly needed based on individual characteristics just like browsing behaviors. Most of the existing researches focused on browsing behavior patterns of group users are used in personal recommendation, website structure optimization or web prediction. In order to ensure the validity of user identity and the security of e-commerce, we construct personalized user browsing behavior model based on ARM (Association Rule Mining) from Web usage log. We compare real-time browsing behaviors with history model to identify a user's real identity in Web pages accessed. According to the results of the experiments, for the illegal users, this method can attain 91.3% detection rate with below 10% false alarm rate. Thus, it can achieve high real-time and recognition efficiency.

In this paper, semidefinite relaxation (SDR) technology is exploited for the multiple-symbol detection (MSD) over the multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) ultra-wideband (UWB) systems. The existing scheme generalized likelihood ratio test (GLRT) MSD jointly detect multiple symbols, however, it entails a complexity of O(2M), where M is the observation window size. To this end, SDR is employed to reformulate the GLRT detection into a semidefinite programming (SDP) model, and two detectors, randomization-SDR (RSDR) and eigenvector-SDR (ESDR) are proposed on the order of O(M3.5) and O(M3), respectively. Complexity analysis validates that the SDR-MSD strategy is desirable owing to its reduced complexity, compared with the exponential-complexity sphere decoding (SD) MSD. Furthermore, Monte-Carlo simulations demonstrate that the proposed SDR detectors provide the bit error rate (BER) performance almost the same with that of the SD method, and the RSDR outperforms the ESDR at the price of slightly higher complexity. © 2014 IEEE.

We present a hierarchical test and repair flow for shared BISR (Built-In Self-Repair) in asynchronous multi-processors. The flow partitions the memories local to a processor in groups and treats the groups as a whole when doing the repair. The flow runs automatically with few interventions except at the beginning stage. It can be used effectively for practical industrial test and repair. Its test time is as good as equivalent to that of parallel BISR, while its test power is substantially lower, about 40% that of parallel repair. It also has a superior repair rate, about 11-12% better compared to sequential and parallel BISR. © 2014 IEEE.

We report the storage of microwave pulses at the single-photon level in a spin-ensemble memory consisting of 1010 nitrogen-vacancy centers in a diamond crystal coupled to a superconducting LC resonator. The energy of the signal, retrieved 100μs later by spin-echo techniques, reaches 0.3% of the energy absorbed by the spins. This 0.3% storage efficiency is quantitatively accounted for by simulations. This figure of merit is sufficient to envision first implementations of a quantum memory for superconducting qubits.

We present a hybrid method for aspect-based sentiment analysis of Chinese restaurant reviews. Two main components are employed so as to extract feature-opinion pairs in the proposed method: domain independent language patterns found in Chinese and a lexical base built for restaurant reviews. The language patterns focus on the general knowledge which is implicit contained in Chinese, thus can be used directly by other domains without any modification. The lexical base, on the other hand, targets for particular characteristics of a given domain and acts as a plug-in part in our prototype system, thus does not affect the portability when applying the proposed approach in practice. Empirical evaluation shows that our method performs well and it can gain a progressive result when each component takes into effective. © 2014 Springer International Publishing.

A multi-cluster tool is composed of a number of single-cluster tools linked by buffering modules. The capacity of a buffering module can be one or two. Aiming at finding an optimal one-wafer cyclic schedule, this work explores the effect of two-space buffering modules on the performance of a multi-cluster tool. The tool is modeled by a kind of Petri nets. The dynamic behavior of robot waiting and tasks, process modules, and buffers is well captured by the net model. With the model, this work shows that there is always a one-wafer cyclic schedule that reaches the lower bound of the cycle time of a process-dominant tool. Furthermore, a constant-time algorithm is revealed to find such a schedule for the first time for such multi-cluster tools. An illustrative example is given to show the application and power of this new method. © 2014 IEEE.

Datacenter networks suffer unpredictable performance due to a lack of application level bandwidth guarantees. A lot of attentions have been drawn to solve this problem such as how to provide bandwidth guarantees for Virtualized Machines (VMs), proportional bandwidth share among tenants, and high network utilization under peak traffic. However, existing solutions fail to cope with highly dynamic traffic in datacenter networks. In this paper, we consider the effects of large numbers of short flows and massive bursty traffic in the datacenter, and design a novel distributed rate allocation algorithm based on the Logistic model under the control-theoretic framework. The theoretical analysis and experimental results using OpenFlow show that our algorithm not only guarantees the bandwidth for VMs, but also provides fast convergence to efficiency and fairness, and smooth response to bursty traffic.

The creation of value-added services by automatic composition of existing ones is gaining a significant momentum as the potential silver bullet in service-oriented architecture. However, service composition faces two aspects of difficulties. First, users' needs present such characteristics as diversity, uncertainty and personalisation; second, the existing services run in a real-world environment that is highly complex and dynamically changing. These difficulties may cause the emergence of nondeterministic choices in the process of service composition, which has gone beyond what the existing automated service composition techniques can handle. According to most of the existing methods, the process model of composite service includes sequence constructs only. This article presents a method to introduce conditional branch structures into the process model of composite service when needed, in order to satisfy users' diverse and personalised needs and adapt to the dynamic changes of real-world environment. UML activity diagrams are used to represent dependencies in composite service. Two types of user preferences are considered in this article, which have been ignored by the previous work and a simple programming language style expression is adopted to describe them. Two different algorithms are presented to deal with different situations. A real-life case is provided to illustrate the proposed concepts and methods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As a high dimensional problem, analysis of largescale data sets is a challenging task, where many weakly relevant or redundant features hurt generalization performance of classification models. In order to solve this problem, many effective feature selection methods have proposed to eliminate redundant features in recent years. However, the comparative performances of these redundant feature detection based methods have not been reported yet, which makes the choice of feature selection method relatively difficult for many real applications. The paper presents a novel comparative study of redundant feature detection based feature selection methods. Experiments on several benchmark data sets demonstrate the comparative performances of some state-of-the-arts methods. Based on the extensive empirical results, the minimum Redundancy-Maximum Relevance (mRMR) method has been found to be the best one among all compared feature selection models.
