With the development of educational information, the major concerns of the university are how to manage the current dispersed information unitedly and how to realize seamless share between information systems. This paper studies using web services to implement service-oriented architecture, puts forward data share model frame based on web service and XML technology, introduces the achievements of information systems share through combining the bidirectional options for the graduation designing, presents particularly the effectuation of asynchronous web service invoke based on event-driven, analyzing efficiency accordingly. The system share model resolves the problems on integrated confirmation of heterogeneous systems in campus network, fully considers the security and extension of the systems, providing excellent reference model for information contribution of the campus network. © 2010 IEEE.

We address a learning-based method for super resolution. Training sample set provide a candidate highresolution interpretation for the low-resolution images. Modeling image patches as Markov network node, and we learn the parameters of the network from training set, compute probability distribution by K-means algorithm. Given a new low-resolution image to enhance, we select from the training data a set of 10 candidate high-resolution patches for each patch of low-resolution image. In Bayesian belief propagation, we use compatibility relationship between neighboring candidate patches to select the most probable high-resolution candidate. The experimental results show that this method can obtain better result. © 2009 IEEE.

A new dynamic vehicle scheduling algorithm with changeable time window is presented. This algorithm can consider both bespoken demand and real-time demand. The initial routings are constructed by insertion algorithm, and improved by tabu search algorithm. The time window adjusting policy is presented to allow assigning other feasible time windows for customers. The simulation results show that the algorithm can reduce the number of rejected customers significantly compared with the algorithm with hard constraints of time window. The algorithm can deal with real-time demand dynamically, and the tabu search can improve the initial solution effectively and save traveling cost. © 2009 IEEE.

An intelligent home system is designed and implemented based on the context-awareness technology, which minimizes users' interventions and maximizes functional autonomy of systems. A multi-agent technology is proposed based and service oriented approach to build our middleware which supports tasks including acquiring, discovering, interpreting, reasoning, accessing various contexts and interoperability between different context-aware systems. In order to simplify the design of our middleware and make it convenient for users, a third-party, "Internet service providers", is proposed which is responsible for the service updating and service composition. © 2009 IEEE.

A valid multiscale classification method of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imagery is proposed based on Multiscale technology and Markov Random Field (MRF) mode. Firstly, we employ multiscale autoregressive model for extracting the feature of SAR image. which is modeled by Markov Random Field (MRF) Model that relies on the Gaussian distribution. Secondly, using the joint probability distribution in terms of an energy function, estimation of parameters can be performed by the stochastic relaxation algorithm. Then the maximum posteriori (MAP) is designed as the optimal criterion and the final labels are obtained by the simulated annealing algorithm. Experimental results show that this method is accurate, efficient and robust. © 2009 IEEE.

This paper introduces the design and realization of information service system based on the Internet and mobile communications. The system considers the short message processing as a Web service located in a remote server. SMS Server as the client of this Web service calls the services provided by the Web service, special SMS Format is given, Ajax ,Asynchronous Web services and Multi-threading are used to develop the system. Based on user-role-right three-level model, the control of user rights is realized and the system security is ensured. This system provides referenced values for the designs of all kinds of short message service platforms. ©2010 IEEE.

Pattern matching method has been used in this paper, and intrusion detection method based on protocol acknowledgement is proposed. We analyze how to determine the time interval value of ΔT and the threshold value of N, and the existence of direct proportion relationship between ΔT and N is proved. The protocol acknowledgement module includes packet filtering and state protocol analysis techniques. Packet filtering technology can filter out the packet that the system does not care about to improve the efficiency of intrusion detection and security of the system itself;state protocol analysis technology that captures the data and maps for the state sequence accurately characterizes the process and attack steps of the protocol, which can effectively detect the invasion of multiple data packets collaboration. DDoS attack device is used to simulate the attack in the experiment. Experimental results show that the protocol acknowledgement method can effectively detect the attack that is similar to "TCP SYN FLOOD" and "Ping probe" attacks. ©2010 IEEE.

Since Otsu algorithm does not take the image spatial neighbor information into consideration, we combine the Markov random field with Otsu algorithm to integrate gray level information and spatial correlation information for the pixels. In this paper, Otsu thresholding algorithm based on Markov Random Field is proposed. In this algorithm, the neighborhood rejectability function is imported to Otsu algorithm and an threshold selection function is improved. The experiment results verify that applying our algorithm to road image segmentation can achieve good effects. © 2011 IEEE.

Large-scale distributed deep learning is of great importance in various applications. For distributed training, the inter-node gradient communication often becomes the performance bottleneck. Gradient sparsification has been proposed to reduce the communication overhead. However, the sparsification only arbitrarily selects a small fraction of gradients, while the efficiency of selection dimension has been overlooked. Furthermore, gradient staleness is inevitable after applying the sparsification which will ultimately lead to model divergence. In this paper, we propose a staleness-compensated sparse stochastic gradient descent algorithm, GradSA, to improve the training efficiency. Layer-level gradients are sparsified to reduce the communication overhead, which conform to the characteristics of the network structure, and historical accumulation of the approximated gradients is utilized to speed up convergence. We demonstrate the model convergence acceleration and the efficiency of our layer-level selection over existing state-of-the-art works, such as DGC, TernGrad, and 8-Bit quantization. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
