As the development of mobile communication technology becomes gradual mature, the short message service which sends messages from the information platform to the mobile phone users has been a method for the most users to obtain information timely and conveniently. This thesis collates the short message service system exploited for the mobile phone users and the service platform for the network users to elaborate the function of the platform and the system structure of the short message platform briefly, and state the key technology of its design and operation minutely. The short message platform is consisted of a web server based on the database, a sending server and interface server. This platform employs three-level control tactics, the user, role and administrator to regulate the user's authority and guarantee the security of the system. So the system has a certain referent value for the design of such kind of short message platform.

Considering existing four expressive styles of part information, the notion of ontology and its technologies are introduced to domain ontology repository of Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) application system, in order that represents explicitly part information and relations between part features in the repository, and ontology-based description model of part information and three-layer framework of the model is presented, in which description pattern of part features and its structure is proposed. A typical example of part JieTiZhou indicates finally part information of the ontology repository can be expressed definitely by the ontologybased description model, and all kinds of relations among part features can be denoted effectively. © 2009 IEEE.

In this paper, we present a Godson-T Verification Engine (GVE) to rapidly prototype and debug our Godson-T many-core processor design. GVE adopts the state-of-the-art hardware platform which contains 6 Xilinx Virtex-5 LX330 FPGAs, thus permitting us to map our many-core processor and peripheral devices into it. Besides the hardware, our toolkit Godson-T Studio provides the compiler, program loader, debugger and monitor to fulfil the purpose of developing, profiling and debugging, while the accuracy loss problem is settled by our novel techniques: Check-point and ILA-Check, presented in this paper. To our experience, GVE greatly reduces the verification cycle due to its high execution speed, for example, it finishes thousands of testcases in an hour, where the software-based approach takes few days to run. And by the help of the checkpoint framework, we can easily locate the faults. Because of these features, GVE makes a great contribution to the 16-tile Godson-T tape-out Project. © 2010 IEEE.

Statistical timing models have been proposed to describe delay variations in very deep sub-micro process technologies, which have increasingly significant influence on circuit performance. Under a statistical timing model, testing of a path can detect potential delay failures caused by different small delay defects. Due to path correlations, the potential delay failures captured by two different paths overlap between each other more or less. It is difficult to find a given number of paths that can capture most potential delay failures. In this paper, the path selection problem is converted to a minimal space intersection problem, and a greedy path selection heuristics is proposed, the key point of which is to calculate the probability that the paths in a specified path set all meet the delay constraint. Statistical timing analysis technologies and heuristics are used in the calculation. Experimental results show that the proposed approach is time-efficient and achieves a higher probability of capturing delay failures in comparison with conventional path selection approaches. ©2010 IEEE.

In homogeneous or heterogeneous databases, the main direction of research on XML-based information interaction between databases is taking XML as middleware to realize the information exchange between data in the environment of small and medium-sized databases. Considering the insufficiency of the traditional text file-based information interaction method, the paper puts forward an XML-based method of information exchanging between databases, and the corresponding database exchanging system is developed. The utmost feature and advantage of the system is taking hibernate XML mapping table file for converting middleware to realize information interaction between databases. The experiment result shows that the system provides a certain reference value for data mining and data warehouse. © (2013) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

In recent years, machine learning potentials (MLPs) have become indispensable tools in physics, chemistry, and materials science, driving the development of software packages for molecular dynamics (MD) simulations and related applications. These packages, typically built on specific machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, face integration challenges when advanced applications demand communication across different frameworks. The previous TensorFlow-based implementation of DeePMD-kit exemplified these limitations. In this work, we introduce DeePMD-kit version 3, a significant update featuring a multi-backend framework that supports TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, and PaddlePaddle backends, and demonstrate the versatility of this architecture through the integration of other MLPs packages and of Differentiable Molecular Force Field. This architecture allows seamless backend switching with minimal modifications, enabling users and developers to integrate DeePMD-kit with other packages using different machine learning frameworks. This innovation facilitates the development of more complex and interoperable workflows, paving the way for broader applications of MLPs in scientific research. Copyright © 2025, The Authors. Optimal stopping theory is developed to achieve a good trade-off between decision performance and decision efforts such as the consumed decision time. In this paper, the optimal stopping theory is applied to fast mode decision for multiview video coding in order to reduce the tremendous encoding computational complexity, with the benefit of theoretical decision-making expectation and predictable decision performance. The characteristics of encoding modes in multiview video coding are studied to derive an optimal stopping theory-based model to early terminate mode decision and thus a fast mode decision algorithm is designed. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can save a great amount of encoding time for multiview video coding and meanwhile keep the compression performance more or less intact. © Springer-Verlag 2013.

Object tracking is one of the most important components in numerous applications of computer vision. Much progress has been made in recent years. The Tracking-Learning-Detection (TLD) algorithm achieves excellent performance on a set of challenging video sequences. However, classical TLD algorithm fails to track non-rigid pedestrian as complicated appearance, varying viewpoints, shape changes and occlusions. In this paper, we follow the TLD and propose a robust KMD framework which consists of the Kalman filter tracker, random ferns pedestrian detector and the pedestrian model. During the tracking process the tracker and detector are complementary: the Kalman filter tracker predicts the motion, the pedestrian detector searches the best-match appearance and the pedestrian model combines performance of both to determine final result and generate new samples for learning. Experimental results show our framework comparatively improves performance for pedestrian tracking in surveillance videos. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

Joint extraction of entities and relations is an important task for building a knowledge graph and information extraction. However, small interference in the text can greatly change the semantics of words and sentences in natural language, thereby affecting the model's prediction results. To solve the sensitivity of text to noise, in this paper, we present a method, called BERT of Adversarial Training and Sentence Mixup Data Augmentation (BERT-AT-SMDA), which use the BERT pre-training model to obtain the embedding vector representation of the text and then to incorporate the FGM adversarial training strategy into the fine-tuning of Bert to construct adversarial samples. Both the adversarial sample and the original sample into the encoder to training. Then, to prevent the over-fitting phenomenon and the additional interference caused by the instability of adversarial training, we introduce the mixup data augmentation method after obtaining the hidden layer of the encoder output, which performs a linear interpolation between the output hidden layer. In addition, we also study the effect of linear interpolation at different positions on the model's joint extraction of entities and relations. We conduct experiments on a public dataset produced by the distant supervision method. The experimental results show that our method is effective for the joint extraction method based on tagging scheme. Not only improves the accuracy of entity and relation extraction, and ensures the robustness and generalization of the model. © 2021 IEEE.
