Most current representations of protein pockets are the atom-pair graph, which ignore the global structural information of amino acids. Therefore, we propose a new molecular generation model, which uses the hypergraph to represent protein pocket structure, and combines the structural features obtained by atom-pair graph representation. These two levels of graphs are more capable of representing the complex structural information of protein pockets. Then, the graphs of the two levels of the protein pockets are input into the improved network model, which is named Hypergraph Graph Attention Fusion (HGAF), to obtain the embedding representation of the protein pockets, which is used as a condition to constrain the molecule generation. The molecules sampled by HGAF are subjected to quality assessment and docking targeting validation. Experimental results show that the molecules generated by proposed method can achieve better results in both of these assessment approaches.

Temporal knowledge graph (TKG) reasoning has attracted significant attention. Recent approaches for modeling historical information have led to great advances. However, the problems of time variability and unseen entities have become two major obstacles preventing further development. The time variability problem means that different historical timestamps play different roles in the inference process. Furthermore, in the context of time variability, the unseen entity problem means that a query cannot obtain a predicted entity that is unseen in the scale-varying history rather than in a fixed set, thus turning from static to dynamic. In this paper, we propose a novel method named DHU-NET for addressing the time variability challenge and the dynamic unseen entity challenge derived from it. With regard to the former concern, we propose a time-distributed representation learning method based on a graph convolutional network(GCN) and a self-attention mechanism, which learns the distributed representations of facts at different historical timestamps and comprehensively pays different levels of attention to the different timestamps. With regard to the latter issue, we extract the unseen entities from a global static KG based on a copy mechanism and bring them into consideration during the final prediction step. Experiments on six benchmark datasets demonstrate the substantial improvements achieved by DHUNET in terms of multiple evaluation metrics. SFDA-rPPG: Source-Free Domain Adaptive Remote Physiological Measurement with Spatio-Temporal Consistency

Remote Photoplethysmography (rPPG) is a non-contact method that uses facial video to predict changes in blood volume, enabling physiological metrics measurement. Traditional rPPG models often struggle with poor generalization capacity in unseen domains. Current solutions to this problem is to improve its generalization in the target domain through Domain Generalization (DG) or Domain Adaptation (DA). However, both traditional methods require access to both source domain data and target domain data, which cannot be implemented in scenarios with limited access to source data, and another issue is the privacy of accessing source domain data. In this paper, we propose the first Source-free Domain Adaptation benchmark for rPPG measurement (SFDA-rPPG), which overcomes these limitations by enabling effective domain adaptation without access to source domain data. Our framework incorporates a Three-Branch Spatio-Temporal Consistency Network (TSTC-Net) to enhance feature consistency across domains. Furthermore, we propose a new rPPG distribution alignment loss based on the Frequency-domain Wasserstein Distance (FWD), which leverages optimal transport to align power spectrum distributions across domains effectively and further enforces the alignment of the three branches. Extensive cross-domain experiments and ablation studies demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method in source-free domain adaptation settings. Our findings highlight the significant contribution of the proposed FWD loss for distributional alignment, providing a valuable reference for future research and applications. The integration of electric vehicles (EVs) into the transportation network has positioned their battery packs not only as power sources for mobility but also as crucial components of energy storage. This dual role enables EVs to trade energy with the grid and among themselves, introducing an innovative approach to energy transactions. Their ability to mitigate peak energy demand and engage in vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) exchanges represents a significant step toward a more interactive and adaptable energy infrastructure. This paper introduces a blockchain-based V2V energy trading system that utilizes EVs as mobile energy storage units to effectively promote the trustworthiness of energy trading in an environment of mutual distrust through decentralized protocols. The system includes a V2V energy trading protocol that facilitates secure energy transactions, guarantees data integrity, and builds trust among participants. Additionally, it employs a new group fairness-based trade matching algorithm for sustainable energy trading services, encouraging greater participation from EV owners and fostering a more responsive energy market. To support these decentralized and trusted V2V trading services, an efficient and scalable blockchain prototype is proposed. This prototype features a novel sharding consensus scheme, which has been implemented and deployed for real-world experiments and performance evaluation. This system contributes to the green energy economy by enabling a transparent and trust-based approach to energy trading, offering a transformative model for sustainable energy commerce.

Online ride-hailing services (ORHS) are changing the travel mode. The quality evaluation of ORHS is essential to regulate driver behavior and guide passengers in choosing good services. The existing quality evaluation methods of ORHS rely on subjective passenger feedback, while they are susceptible to malicious or paranoid feedback, resulting in untrustworthy evaluation results. This paper proposes a non-subjective trust mechanism for ORHS to supplement existing evaluation methods. Inspired by the trust machine, this mechanism defines the concept of non-subjective trust to measure the quality of ORHS. It uses trajectory data collected by infrastructure as a parameter to calculate the non-subjective trust value of ORHS, which can ensure the trustworthiness and authenticity of the calculation results. In addition, a blockchain is adopted to store trajectory data and trust values in the infrastructure. It promotes its flexible management and use and ensures the security of data and traceability of evaluation results. Security analysis and extensive experiments show that the trust value calculated by this mechanism is resistant to attacks and trustworthy.

The significant advantage of the quantum homomorphic encryption scheme is to ensure the perfect security of quantum private *** this paper,a novel secure multiparty quantum homomorphic encryption scheme is proposed,which can complete arbitrary quantum computation on the private data of multiple clients without decryption by an almost dishonest ***,each client obtains a secure encryption key through the measurement device independent quantum key distribution protocol and encrypts the private data by using the encryption operator and ***,with the help of the almost dishonest server,the non-maximally entangled states are preshared between the client and the server to correct errors in the homomorphic evaluation of T gates,so as to realize universal quantum circuit evaluation on encrypted ***,from the perspective of the application scenario of secure multi-party computation,this work is based on the probabilistic quantum homomorphic encryption scheme,allowing multiple parties to delegate the server to perform the secure homomorphic *** operation and the permission to access the data performed by the client and the server are clearly pointed ***,a concrete security analysis shows that the proposed multiparty quantum homomorphic encryption scheme can securely resist outside and inside attacks.

Human facial action units (AUs) are mutually related in a hierarchical manner, as not only they are associated with each other in both spatial and temporal domains but also AUs located in the same/close facial regions show stronger relationships than those of different facial regions. While none of existing approach thoroughly model such hi-erarchical inter-dependencies among AUs, this paper proposes to comprehensively model multi-scale AU-related dynamic and hierarchical spatiotemporal relationship among AUs for their occurrences recognition. Specifically, we first propose a novel multi-scale temporal differencing network with an adaptive weighting block to explicitly capture facial dynamics across frames at different spatial scales, which specifically considers the heterogeneity of range and mag-nitude in different AUs' activation. Then, a two-stage strategy is introduced to hierarchically model the relationship among AUs based on their spatial distribution (i.e., local and cross-region AU relationship modelling). Experimental results achieved on BP4D and DISFA show that our approach is the new state-of-the-art in the field of AU occurrence recognition.
