For a high energy loss and complex system of ball mill,this paper provide a ball mill load detection method based on genetic algorithm optimizing BP neural *** effective frequency range of mill sound signal is *** soft measurement model of mill load based on mill sound signal is *** order to solve the problem which converge slowly and easily reach minimal value,the global optimization of GA(genetic algorithm) local optimization of BP neural network will be combined to improve the BP neural *** with the detected mill load error generated from existing BP neural network and RBF neural network based on *** experiments results show that the proposed algorithm has better precision.

Star centroid extraction is the precondition of star recognition in star navigation *** image will be motion blurred under high dynamic *** methods such as Wiener filter method,restore the blurred star image with an estimated PSF to calculate the star *** unique characteristic of star images different from general images is ignored in conventional *** addition,the error of motion blur parameters estimation and the approximate linear motion model can decrease the accuracy of star centroids *** paper proposes a method utilizing the prior Gaussian distribution information of star energy to deal with the motion blurred star *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method gets smaller error in star centroids calculation compared with the conventional estimation method.

The annealing furnace is an important equipment for annealing in the production process of cold rolled strip steel. The temperature accuracy of the steel coil is directly affected the production quality of the steel plate. In the annealing furnace temperature control system, strip temperature control is mainly decided by various furnace annealing furnace gas flow in the area, so setting up a precise model between gas flow and temperature has become an important problem of the control system of annealing furnace. In this paper, SVM is applied to the prediction model of the gas flow in the annealing furnace since it’s suitable for nonlinear and high dimensional problems as a machine learning method. In view of that the choice of C, G and the model parameters of the SVM directly affect the prediction precision of the model, this paper uses GA to optimize these two parameters. Finally, we use the data of field production as training and testing samples to establish and verify the model. The experimental results showed that the established model well achieved the requirements of the accuracy of the target.

Transition from conventional to digital pathology requires a new category of biomedical informatic infrastructure which could facilitate delicate pathological routine. Pathological diagnoses are sensitive to many external factors and is known to be subjective. Only systems that can meet strict requirements in pathology would be able to run along pathological routines and eventually digitized the area, and the developed platform should comply with existing pathological routines and international standards. Currently, there are a number of available software tools which can perform histopathological tasks including virtual slide viewing, annotating, and basic image analysis, however, none of them can serve as a digital platform for pathology. Here we describe OpenHI2, an enhanced version Open Histopathological Image platform which is capable of supporting all basic pathological tasks and file formats;ready to be deployed in medical institutions on a standard server environment or cloud computing infrastructure. In this paper, we also describe the development decisions for the platform and propose solutions to overcome technical challenges including responsive region retrieval and viewing, virtual slide magnification, recording of diagnostic areas. These factors would promote OpenHI2 be used as a platform for histopathological images in real-world clinical settings. Furthermore, in research, OpenHI2 inherited the annotation functionality from the previous version, thus acquired annotations can be directly utilized by the newly added machine learning module which include popular machine learning models to perform tasks such as histology image classification and segmentation in the same environment. Addition can be made to the platform since each component is modularized and fully documented. OpenHI2 is free, open-source, and available at .

This paper investigates a distributed finite-time attitude synchronization and tracking problem of multiple spacecraft when a time varying reference signal is available to only a subset of group *** Rodrigues parameters are used for attitude representation.A two layer sliding mode surface with fast non-singular terminal sliding mode surface（FNTSMS） as the inner layer and terminal sliding mode surface（TSMS） as the outer layer is used to create a full order sliding mode *** proposed distributed attitude coordination control law guarantees attitude synchronization and tracking as long as their exists atleast one spacecraft that has a direct access to the virtual leader’s time varying ***-time stability of the closed loop system is guaranteed by Lyapunov-based stability *** results are presented to validate the performance of the proposed control strategy.

As the main force of power generation in China, coal-fired power plants have great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction. The oxygen content in flue gases is an important index to reflect the combustion efficiency of the boiler, and the accurate monitoring is an effective way to improve combustion efficiency. Based on the BP neural network, a soft-sensing model for oxygen content in flue gases is proposed in this paper, this article, taking a boiler combustion system of 600 MW coal-fired power plant unit in Jiaxing, Zhejiang as the research object, through real-time measurement data of DCS system, a flue gases oxygen content model is established, and this model has realized the soft measurement to flue gases oxygen content, the simulation results prove the validity of the soft sensing model. This model has great significance to the monitoring of the oxygen content in flue gases of boiler combustion system and the further study of combustion optimization on this basis.

Cancer is a term used to refer to a large set of diseases. The cancerous cells grow and divide and, as a result, they form tumours that grow in size. The immune system recognise the cancerous cells and attack them, though, it can be weakened by the cancer. One type of cancer treatment is chemotherapy, which uses drugs to kill cancer cells. Clinical, experimental, and theoretical research has been developed to understand the dynamics of cancerous cells with chemotherapy treatment, as well as the interaction between tumour growth and immune system. We study a mathematical model that describes the cancer growth, immune system response, and chemotherapeutic agents. The immune system is composed of resting cells that are converted to hunting cells to combat the cancer. In this work, we consider drug sensitive and resistant cancer cells. We show that the tumour growth can be controlled not only by means of different chemotherapy protocols, but also by the immune system that attacks both sensitive and resistant cancer cells. Furthermore, for all considered protocols, we demonstrate that the time delay from resting to hunting cells plays a crucial role in the combat against cancer cells. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. In the urban water supply system, the location and quantity of the pressure monitoring nodes play a significant role for the monitoring effect and the response warning of the pipe burst. However, most installation of pressure monitoring nodes are based on human experience, which cannot totally present the whole water supply system condition. In view of the unreasonable layout of pressure monitoring nodes, this paper presents a solution Integrating sensitivity analysis, genetic algorithm, hydraulic model calculation and pipe network topology. Then optimize the number of pressure monitoring nodes by considering the amount of water covered and the number of associated nodes. This solution offers a relatively accurate and reasonable way to optimize the layout of pressure monitoring nodes in large-scale site selection, presenting better comprehensive effect compared with previous layout. To a certain extent, this optimized layout of pressure monitoring nodes reduce the impact of human factors and improve the monitoring of water supply network operation results.

As an important equipment to preheat air and to improve coal-fired power plant boiler efficiency with the heat of boiler tail flue gas,the air preheater's safe and economic operation influences unit efficiency *** present,above 80%utility-type unit in domestic uses tri-sectional rotary air ***,the rotary air preheater has become an indispensable auxiliary machinery in modern large ***,a kind of air preheater heat transfer model of inverse flue gas flow is proposed in this paper,the ash fouling situation of air preheater is showed with the cleanliness factors based on heat transfer model and flue gas pressure drop model ***,the cleanliness factor of air preheater is calculated and gained through thermodynamics indirectly with energy balance *** to the verification results of the actual operation data of a 600 MW coal-fired unit,both of these two kinds of mode can reflect the dynamic change of ash fouling situation of air preheater in real time,and among which,the cleanliness factor based on flue gas pressure drop mode has a better online monitoring result on ash fouling situation of heat transfer surface.

In this study,we present a novel analytical approach for robustness on Erdos-Renyi（ER） networks by introducing statistical physics *** establish an exact mapping relation between ER networks and Ising *** on the mapping relation,we obtain the partition function of the ER networks and use it to determine the size of the giant component and the value of the critical edge present probability in ER *** extend the approach to investigate the size of remaining giant component and the critical fraction of the nodes removed in the ER networks whose nodes under the randomly attack.
