This paper presents a simple but effective sentence-length informed method to select informative sentences for active learning (AL) based SMT. A length factor is introduced to penalize short sentences to balance the "exploration" and "exploitation" problem. The penalty is dynamically updated at each iteration of sentence selection by the ratio of the current candidate sentence length and the overall average sentence length of the monolingual corpus. Experimental results on NIST Chinese–English pair and WMT French-English pair show that the proposed sentence-length penalty based method performs best compared with the typical selection method and random selection strategy. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2014.

In situation assessment(SA)of missile versus target fighter,the traditional SA models generally have the characteristics of strong subjectivity and poor dynamic *** paper considers SA as an expectation of future returns and establishes a missile-target simulation battle *** actor-critic(AC)algorithm in reinforcement learning(RL)is used to train the evaluation network,and a missile-target SA model is established in simulation battle *** and comparative experiments show that the model can effectively estimate the expected effect of missile attack under the current situation,and it provides an effective basis for missile attack decision.

In this paper,the weak signal detection under a stable noise is investigated based on bistable vibrational resonance(VR) which is driven by a high frequency *** the one hand,the energy of the high frequency drive signal is transferred to the low frequency weak signal when VR occurs;on the other hand,the control of stochastic resonance(SR) is achieved based on VR,which transfers more noise energy into useful signal *** addition,considering the requirements of real-time detection,the amplitude and frequency of the high frequency drive signal are optimized by the knowledge-based particle swarm optimization(KPSO),which takes the mean signal-noise-ratio(MSNR) of output as the fitness function,and the property that VR system produces the best resonance effect just when the valid system parameter a(B,Ω) is greater than zero as ***,the parameter compensation is combined to achieve multi-high frequency weak signals detection with a stable ***,the method is applied to the vibration fault diagnosis of a mono-crystalline silicon furnace,and the experiment results show the effectiveness and practicability of the method.

Refined composite multi-scale dispersion entropy(RCMDE),as a new and effective nonlinear dynamic method,has been applied in the field of medical diagnosis and fault *** this paper,we first introduce RCMDE into the field of underwater acoustic signal processing for complexity feature extraction of ship radiated noise,and then propose a novel classification method for ship-radiated noise based on RCMDE and k-nearest neighbor(KNN),termed *** results of a comparative experiment show that the proposed RCMDE-KNN classification method can effectively extract the complexity features of ship-radiated noise,and has better classification performance under one and two scales than the other three classification methods based on multi-scale permutation entropy(MPE)and KNN,multi-scale weighted-permutation entropy(MW-PE)and KNN,and multi-scale dispersion entropy(MDE)and KNN,termed MPE-KNN,MW-PE-KNN,and *** is proved that the RCMDE-KNN classification method for ship-radiated noise is feasible and effective,and can obtain a very high recognition rate.

To meet the demand of the laser application market for semiconductor laser function diversification, this paper proposes a handheld multi-wavelength laser stack packaging module. The 808 nm, 915 nm, and 980 nm semiconductor laser bars are selected for the integrated assembly of the multi-wavelength module. However, with the continuous increase of the optical power density of the integrated packaging module, thermal management has become a key factor affecting the performance and life of the device. In this paper, the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the influence of the arrangement of three laser stripe chips in the stacked packaging structure on the heat dissipation of the multi-wavelength module. The simulation results show that the heat dissipation efficiency of the multi-wavelength module can be improved by 13.74 % by changing the arrangement of chips. A back heat dissipation packaging structure with higher heat dissipation efficiency is proposed, and the influence of chip arrangement and working mode on the thermal characteristics of the device in the new packaging structure is simulated and analyzed. According to the simulation results, a chip arrangement that can make the heat dissipation effect of the multi-wavelength module achieve the best is determined. © 2022 Institute of Physics Publishing. Least squares support vector machines(LSSVM) has a good performance in small data samples, but can't solve the large-scale sample problems. In this paper, large data set sparse least squares support vector machines model based on stochastic entropy is proposed, and it can be applied to large-scale data samples. Firstly, the large-scale data set is divided into several subsets. Then the entropy method is used to the sparse samples in each subset. Finally, we use sparse samples sets as training samples, and use least squares support vector machine algorithm to train. The results show that the sparse least squares support vector machine model based on entropy can effectively solve the problem of large-scale data.

In this paper, a multi-kernel principal component analysis (MKPCA) method for quality-related fault detection is proposed. The initial space is firstly mapped to a new space. The correlated information between the new space and output quality is then obtained by the kernel function. Meanwhile, with consideration of the advantage of global function and local function, a weight factor which combines them together is introduced to construct a multi-kernel function. In this way, the algorithm achieves better learning ability. The new space is projected to two mutually orthogonal subspaces, i.e., quality-related part and quality-unrelated part. In each subspace, fault information is expressed by different statistical indicators. The numerical example is presented to evaluate the performance of the MKPCA. The results show better reliability and high fault detection rate through proper spatial decomposition and kernel function construction. © 2022 IEEE.

Problems of vibration fatigue in UHV reactor is mentioned, comparative analysis of several commonly used fatigue analysis methods, finally, the modal superposition method is used to calculate the structural fatigue caused by vibration. Through analysis of reactor vibration data, the reason for using frequency domain signals as fatigue frequency domain load spectrum to calculate the service life of reactors. In order to perform reactor fatigue analysis, a finite element model of the reactor was first built using ANSYS Workbench finite element integration software, the frequency response function FRF is obtained by harmonic response analysis, and then the vibration time domain signal are transformed into frequency signal as load spectrum input with the power density spectrum, finally, nCode fatigue analysis software is used to estimate the service life of the reactor. © 2019 IEEE.

In order to effectively utilize the wind energy, the max power point tracking (MPPT) control method has been extensively used in the wind power system. The MPPT control in the wind power system is actually to control the power electronic converters connected with the wind turbine. However, due to the existing of the power switching devices, the converters were the typical nonlinear system. The traditional linearization modeling methods of the converters cannot represent the working process of the system accurately and the control strategies based on the linearization model of the converters only guarantee the satisfactory performance of system near the predefined working point. They were not suitable to the wind power MPPT system, which has the variable wind speeds and the variable max power points. This paper proposes a power switching control method based on a novel power switched model of the wind power MPPT system with Boost converter. The main contributions of the work are: (1) The proposed power switched model realizes the accurate description of the converter working process, which directly focus on the power states of the wind power system. (2) The proposed switching control method realizes the direct power switching control of the converter of the wind power MPPT system. The merits of the proposed method are simple control structure, no control parameter, no pulse width modulation block and strong robustness under circuit parameters uncertainty. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and the superiority of the proposed methods. © 2022 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of low semantic segmentation accuracy of tiny targets in UAV aerial images, a bilateral semantic segmentation network T-BiseNetv2 is proposed. The proposed segmentation network is based on BiseNetv2, and the Transformer structure is introduced into semantic branch, and the detail branch and feature fusion module are reconstructed, which improves the network’s capacity to capture both global context information and local semantic information. Several semantic segmentation experiments are conducted on the standard semantic segmentation dataset UAVID, experimental results show that the proposed semantic segmentation network T-BiseNetv2 has a MIoU of 69.52%, which is about 2.2% higher than the original BiseNetv2 network. Especially, for "Human", the IoU of TBiseNetv2 is about 4.3% higher than that of the popular UNetFormer. © 2023 SPIE.
