By using the principle of sensor data consistency and combining the kalman filter algorithm with the bayesian algorithm, the accuracy of the algorithm is significantly improved under the condition of large data volume and complex system. An adaptive multi-sensor data consistency algorithm based on node credibility proposes the internal correlation between the sensor credibility and the data values it provides, and the final data fusion results are obtained by fusion of the optimized data through the sensor credibility. The advantages of this algorithm include: (1) the data is optimized by kalman filter, which reduces the influence of the data provided by the sensor with low reliability on the fusion result;(2) bayesian algorithm is adopted to calculate the correct probability of data values and the reliability of the sensor, which overcomes the inherent uncertainty of the sensor and improves the accuracy of data fusion. The results show that compared with the traditional data consistency algorithm, this algorithm can further improve the accuracy of fusion results and reduce the position error. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Because of the short length of documents describing Web services on the Internet, the traditional modeling method is not ideal, which affects the clustering effect of Web services. To this end, we propose a word-embedded topic model, which can effectively solve the problem of data sparsity. A method based on embedded words and topic models. Firstly, Wikipedia is used as an external corpus to extend API service document, and LF-LDA model is used to model its topic distribution. The corpus data is extracted from Wikipedia by wikiextractor, and the corpus is trained with Word2vec tool. The data comes from its word vector model. Use the trained Wikipedia Word Vector Model to extend API service description documents. In the extended API service documents, LF-LDA topic modeling technology is used to mine the implicit topic information and determine the optimal number of topics, so as to accurately measure the semantic similarity between API service documents. Finally, K-means algorithm is used to cluster Web services, and the validity of this method is verified by the real data of API services on the basis of programmability. The experimental results show that this method has better accuracy, recall rate and F value than the traditional Web service clustering method based on topic model algorithm. © 2020, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Word embedding representation has been a research hot spot in the field of computer vision and natural language processing. The semantic quality of representation severely affects the effects of machine translation and image caption. The key factors affecting the quality of word embedding representation are capture of contextual semantics and solution of the problem of polysemy. In this paper, the principles of the current mainstream word embedding representation methods were explored, such as sparse representation (One-Hot), static representation (Word2Vec, GloVe), dynamic representation (ELMo, BERT) representation and based on position information (***-Position Embedding). The impact of those word embedding representations on image caption task was researched attentively. And those representations methods were compared experimentally using the MSCOCO data based on the same image caption model. The pros and cons of these methods were judged according to the accuracy and richness of the extracted label data. Experimental results show that the BERT model representation with dynamic bidirectional semantics has the best performance in image caption tasks, but it requires longer training time. The *** representation has the second best image semantic description effect, and its training speed is the fastest. © 2021 IEEE.

Sleep staging is the basis of sleep quality assessment. In the process of scoring each sleep stage, some automatic sleep staging models often fail to effectively capture the more accurate long-range correlation coupling between the input sleep EEG signals and the output sleep stage, which leads to the extracted features cannot effectively distinguish the different sleep stage. In order to alleviate the long-term time series problem of sleep EEG signals and learn the discriminative features of each sleep stage in sleep EEG signals, we propose an end-to-end automatic sleep stage classification method based on raw single-channel sleep EEG signals, which can improve the attention to the discriminative features of each sleep stage. In the construction of the model, in order to learn the source domain information of the key part of the sleep EEG signal, SE-Block is added to Convolutional Neural network (CNN) to highlight the time-frequency domain features related to the sleep stage. Meanwhile, the attention mechanism is added to the decoding part of Bidirectional Recurrent Unit (Bi-GRU) to enhance the long-term memory ability of Bi-GRU and learn the conversion rules between sleep stages. To validate the accuracy and stability of the model, the Fpz-Cz channel and Pz-Oz channel EEG signals in the Sleep-EDF sleep dataset are used for 10-fold cross-validation. The classification accuracies obtained are 88.48% and 87.56%, respectively. The results show that our model has stronger ability to extract discriminative features, better representation ability, more stable performance and relatively simple structure. © 2023, The Authors. A robust feature extraction method based on feature transfer for heterogeneous remote sensing images is proposed to address the problem of insufficient generalization ability of traditional edge feature extraction methods applied to heterogeneous remote sensing images. Firstly, the heterogeneous remote sensing images are transferred based on CycleGAN to reduce the impact of heterogeneous remote sensing images on the edge feature extraction results due to the cross-data domain. Secondly, dilated convolution is introduced in the edge feature extraction model DexiNed, which makes the optimized network model pay more attention to the structured features of the image. The experimental results show that the proposed method improves the structured feature extraction accuracy of heterogenous remote sensing images, which has better robust feature extraction effect compared with DexiNed. © 2022 ACM.

Visual and inertial navigation have obvious complementarity in navigation accuracy, and the combined navigation of the two has excellent anti-interference ability. In this paper, a visual-inertial-based satellite quality evaluation method is proposed. This method can judge whether the GPS (Global Positioning System) is interfered by comparing the visual-inertial navigation information with the GPS data information in the geographic coordinate system. This method enables the UAV to quickly switch the navigation mode under the condition of being disturbed, which ensures that the navigation function is accurate and free from interference, and provides a more solid foundation for the navigation of the UAV and other platforms. © 2022 ACM.

To address the problem of object miss detection and object false detection in single threshold-Non-Maximum Suppression algorithm,this paper proposed a GDT-NMS(Generalized Intersection over Union Dual Threshold NMS,GDT-NMS)) algorithm which using GIoU(Generalized Intersection over Union).Using the GIoU indicator computing the similarity between objects,can better describe the relative position and overlap between the *** we proposed the dual-threshold NMS algorithm,which can balance the relationship between the object missed detection problem and the object false detection problem,reduce "false positive example" *** nonlinearly processing the weight function,the object is better *** algorithm uses Faster R-CNN as the *** experimental results show that the improved algorithm has outstanding performance.

With the large-scale application of lithium-ion batteries (LIB), using deep neural networks to predict the remaining useful life (RUL) of LIB has gradually become a hotshot in recent years. RUL prediction method based on deep neural network can avoid studying electrochemical phenomena and manual extracting the features in battery. But single neural network has the different prediction accuracy and features extraction on different dataset. In this study, an ensemble method for the heterogeneous neural network is proposed, which integrates the prediction results of multiple heterogeneous neural networks with the adaptive weight. The weight of the neural network is higher with the closer correlation to the majority prediction results, vice versa. Furthermore, the weight of the neural network is adjusted via the predicting results for neural network on the different dataset, so that the computed weight of the neural network is adapted to the various dataset, and the effects of poor predictions of certain neural networks can be reduced sufficiently. The effectiveness of the ensemble method is verified on MIT-Stanford LIB degradation dataset, and the results show that the proposed method has higher accuracy than the existing ensemble methods for neural network.

The scale of software applications has increased dramatically. Hierarchical clustering is a good method for modular recovery of software architecture. Because the different evaluation criteria of software types and clustering results, a single hierarchical clustering algorithm cannot integrate the number of clusters, arbitrary decision-making, recovery quality and other indicators on different evaluation standards, there is no comprehensive clustering algorithm selection method. We propose a hierarchical clustering combination algorithm and use principal component analysis to combine the results of multiple hierarchical clusters, the combined result retain the basic information of each clustering algorithm as much as possible. The experimental results show that compared with the single software hierarchical clustering method and other combined methods, the result of our method is closer to expert decomposition, and it has good performance on a variety of indicators. © 2022 IEEE.

It is commonly agreed that a recommender system based on knowledge graph (KG) should not only use user-item interactions, but also take side information into account to deal with the problem of data sparsity. However, existing KG-based models present unique challenges that have the shortcoming of cold start and redundant iterations. To address the issue, we propose a Feature Fusion-based Knowledge Graph Attention network (FF-KGAT) for the recommendation. FF-KGAT handles the cold-start problem through introducing user characteristics to fully explore the information of users. Additionally, FF-KGAT introduces the feature fusion graph, which removes slight nodes to obtain fewer iterations. Experimental results show that the proposed model significantly outperforms baseline methods. Particularly, the ndcg is increased by 9.83% and 10.25% on two public datasets, compared with the best performance of existing methods. © 2022 ACM.
