Because the surface tension, foaming ability, high temperature resistance, methanol resistance, salt resistance and foam shape of the single cetyltrimethylammonium chloride and cetyltrimethylammonium chloride reaction with formaldehyde are not very significant. Therefore, the product HM-CTAC and cetyl betaine were selected to optimize the compound ratio and further evaluate the performance of the compound product. The foam volume decreases gradually with the increase of temperature;in the aspect of methanol resistance: The foam volume of the compound surfactant disappears slowly under the same methanol concentration;in the aspect of salt resistance: The foam height is more stable with the increase of salt concentration in the system, and the half-life decreases gradually;the surface tension and foam microscopic: The surface tension of the compound system decreases. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Compared with water at normal temperature and normal pressure, supercritical water had large differences and also had some unique characteristics. In this paper, some basic physical properties of supercritical water, included density, viscosity, thermal conductivity, dielectric constant, ion product, hydrogen bond, diffusion coefficient and solubility, were introduced. Some applications of supercritical water oxidation technology in waste treatment, hydrogen production by supercritical water gasification of coal and supercritical hydr thermal synthesis, were discussed. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In view of the present situation of oily sludge poll.tion, the different treatment methods for oily sludge in different uses were briefly described. The composition and structure of oily sludge are affected by sludge type, source, pyrolysis conditions and subsequent treatment conditions, which lead to different treatment methods and treatment effects. At present, there is no unified standard for the treatment of oily sludge at home and abroad, which brings difficulties to the unified management of oily sludge treatment. Through the toxicity analysis of oily sludge and its residues, it is helpful to judge the harmfulness of oily sludge and its treatment residues, according to the harmfulness of oily sludge, effectively choose different follow-up treatment methods, it is beneficial to establish the scientific standard of oily sludge treatment. In this paper, the present post-treatment indexes of petroleum hydrocarbon content, heavy metal ion content, water content, Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon content and sulfur content in oily sludge are summarized. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

With the development of the oil and gas field industry, the corrosion of metal materials in the H2S/CO2 environ.ent has greatly restricted the development of the oil and gas industry. The corrosion of metal materials has gradually been paid attention to. The corrosion of steel under the H2S-CO2-Cl- system has been studied. Imminent. Flowability is one of the important characters of a crude oil in pipelines. The viscosity of one crude oil is affected by many factors (e.g., temperature, water cut, composition distribution, paraffin deposition, etc.). In this study, IR, thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) and UV measurement are employed to characterize the composition of the crude oil (HN-1) prov.ded by Henan Oilfield. The paraffin morphology analysis is employed to rate the property of a mixture of paraffin inhibitors and analysis the mechanism of the paraffin inhibition. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd.

In Fanxue area of Ordos Basin, Chang 8 Oil Group has been in the development stage, the current development of more difficult and costly. In this paper, Chang 8 layers in this area are studied by using reservoir sedimentology, logging geology, petroleum geology, petrophysics, 3D reservoir modeling and numerical simulation and lab.ratory analysis techniques. In order to investigate the wax inhibition performance of various inhibitors different scanning calorimetric (DSC), a powerful and quickly technique having no request of sample pretreatment, has been used for investigation the thermal characteristics of the wax remover. According to the parameters such as wax appearance temperature (WAT), content of wax and rheology, it is found that the best wax removing rate can be reached to 457mg/L•h under 40 C with 150mg/L surfactant combination (fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether + calcium petroleum sulfonate + mixed alcohol). © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. In this paper, based on the advantages of imported control system and equipment, we designed a new type of automatic control system and equipment for gas well dewatering, by which the daily use of mobile phone can be used as a remote control terminal system. It has the advantages of convenient use, low cost, no need to design the PC software, free maintenance and upgrade PC software costs. Sulige Gas Field has used this system on 20 wells for mass operation test. The systems are till working until now, the equipment runs stably, and the economic benefit is remarkable. U disk data extraction is fast and convenient, and the management cost is reduced by 80%. The number of managing wells of per person is increased. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
