In the traditional scheduling mode of the current thermal power plants,only the power load distribution of the unit was *** there was no enough guidance to the heat source *** can not meet the current energy-saving and emission-reduction *** this paper,an optimal heat load dispatching model is set up under the premise of power load distribution of thermal power *** kinds of heat loads including to high-pressure,medium-pressure and low-pressure are taken into account in the scheduling *** to the characteristics of the problem,Brain Storming Optimization(BSO) algorithm is used to get the optimal distribution *** comparison with the original scheme shows the correctness of the model and the optimization ***,the optimization ability and effectiveness of brain storming optimization algorithm in solving complex optimization problems are verified by comparing the proposed algorithm with the other different optimization algorithms,such as Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) and Differential Evolution(DE) algorithm.

As one of the most important railway signaling equipment,railway point machines undertake the major task of ensuring train operation *** fault diagnosis for railway point machines becomes a hot *** the advantage of the anti-interference characteristics of vibration signals,this paper proposes an novel intelligent fault diagnosis method for railway point machines based on vibration signals.A feature extraction method combining variational mode decomposition(VMD) and multiscale fluctuation-based dispersion entropy is developed,which is verified a more effective tool for feature ***,a two-stage feature selection method based on Fisher discrimination and ReliefF is proposed,which is validated more powerful than single feature selection ***,support vector machine is utilized for fault *** comparisons show that the proposed method performs *** diagnosis accuracies of normal-reverse and reverse-normal switching processes reach 100% and 96.57% ***,it is a try to use new means for fault diagnosis on railway point machines,which can also provide references for similar fields.

Autonomous navigation for intelligent mobile robots has gained significant attention,with a focus on enabling robots to generate reliable policies based on maintenance of spatial *** this paper,we propose a learning-based visual navigation pipeline that uses topological maps as memory *** introduce a unique online topology construction approach that fuses odometry pose estimation and perceptual similarity *** tackles the issues of topological node redundancy and incorrect edge connections,which stem from the distribution gap between the spatial and perceptual ***,we propose a differentiable graph extraction structure,the topology multi-factor transformer(TMFT).This structure utilizes graph neural networks to integrate global memory and incorporates a multi-factor attention mechanism to underscore elements closely related to relevant target cues for policy *** from photorealistic simulations on image-goal navigation tasks highlight the superior navigation performance of our proposed pipeline compared to existing memory *** validation through behavior visualization,interpretability tests,and real-world deployment further underscore the adapt-ability and efficacy of our method.

Railway point machine(RPM)condition monitoring has attracted engineers’attention for safe train operation and accident *** realize the fast and accurate fault diagnosis of RPMs,this paper proposes a method based on entropy measurement and broad learning system(BLS).Firstly,the modified multi-scale symbolic dynamic entropy(MMSDE)module extracts dynamic characteristics from the collected acoustic signals as entropy ***,the fuzzy BLS takes the above entropy features as input to complete model *** BLS introduces the Takagi-Sug eno fuzzy system into BLS,which improves the model’s classification performance while considering computational *** results indicate that the proposed method significantly reduces the running time while maintaining high accuracy.

Aiming at the potential safety hazards of silicon single crystal production enterprises in the process of multi-furnace silicon single crystal production, and considering the maximum power load requirements in actual enterprises, a silicon single crystal production process scheduling model with the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time was established. Based on this model, an adaptive improved particle swarm optimization algorithm (Adaptive GPSO) is proposed to solve it. The algorithm retains the individual optimal value and global optimal value of the particle swarm algorithm, and introduces the crossover operation and mutation operation in the genetic algorithm to improve the new individual generation mechanism. At the same time, it performs dynamic iterative calculations on the mutation probability and crossover probability to avoid the algorithm fall into the local optimum, and improve the diversity and convergence of the algorithm. By solving different scales scheduling problems of silicon single crystal production process, the experiments on real-world data shows that the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. © 2021 IEEE

Radio Environment Map(REM)is a map that indicates the radio signal strength(RSS)over a finite geographical *** enables cognitive radio(CR)users to opportunistically access to the spectrum unoccupied by the primary users(PUs)who are licensed to use specific *** this paper,a basis expansion based scheme is presented to estimate *** take the sparsity of preselected basis functions and the inherent time-varying spectrum usage of primary users into account such that the RSS estimation is formulated as a recursive least squares(RLS)problem with an l1norm constraint.A distributed algorithm is presented to solve the RLS *** SU only need to exchange information with its one-hop neighbours to sketch the REM with radio signal ***,simulation studies are presented to validate the performance of the proposed method.

There is a strong demand for Planetary Exploration Mobile robots(PEMRs)that have the capability of the traversability,stability,efficiency and high load while tackling the specialized tasks on planet *** this paper,an electric parallel wheel-legged hexapod robot which has high-adaption locomotion on the unstructured terrain is ***,the hybrid control framework,which enables robot to stably carry the heavy loads as well as to traverse the uneven terrain by utilizing both legged and wheeled locomotion,is also *** on this framework,robot controls the multiple DOF leg for performing high-adaption locomotion to negotiate obstacles via Gait Generator(GG).Additionally,by using Whole-Body control(WBC)of framework,robot has the capability of flexibly accommodating the uneven terrain by Attitude control(AC)kinematically adjusting the length of legs like an active suspension system,and by Force/torque Balance control(FBC)equally distributing the Ground Reaction Force(GRF)to maintain a stable *** simulation and experiment are employed to validate the proposed framework with the physical system in the planetary analog ***,to smoothly demonstrate the performance of robot transporting heavy loads,the experiment of carrying 3-person load of about 240 kg is deployed.

To address shortcomings of ICP algorithm, which is sensitive to the initial position and easy to fall into local optimum, we propose a Harris Hawks Optimizer (HHO) point cloud registration method combining PCA preprocessing and parallel population initialization. The PCA method is used to align the point clouds with the main axes and perform the main axes correction. Since the six input variables in the population initialization stage of HHO point cloud registration are different and independent, the initial population of HHO algorithm is initialized by the parallel initialization method. The results show that the improved algorithm is able to successfully overwhelm the fault of ICP algorithm, and its global seek performance and optimization accuracy are more advantageous, and the algorithm operates efficiently, with high registration accuracy and robustness. © 2021 IEEE

An online state and parameter estimation of dynamic state space model of high speed train

In this paper, the state space model of high speed train is established to describe its nonlinear dynamic characteristics, whose parameters are disturbed by noise with an arbitrary distribution, and an online state and parameter identification method is proposed based on a parameters set by employing Bayesian theory and Particle Filter (PF). Firstly, the priori probabilities of all of the possible parameters are set to be equal, and the predicted states with different parameters are estimated using PF. Then the posterior probabilities of the parameters are updated by analyzing the characteristic of the measurement noise using Bayesian theory. Finally, the system sate and parameter are estimated by weighted summing all of the parameters and predicted states. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method can estimate the states and parameters of high speed train online and adaptively. © 2016 SERSC.

This paper presents a simple but effective sentence-length informed method to select informative sentences for active learning (AL) based SMT. A length factor is introduced to penalize short sentences to balance the "exploration" and "exploitation" problem. The penalty is dynamically updated at each iteration of sentence selection by the ratio of the current candidate sentence length and the overall average sentence length of the monolingual corpus. Experimental results on NIST Chinese–English pair and WMT French-English pair show that the proposed sentence-length penalty based method performs best compared with the typical selection method and random selection strategy. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2014.
