In the BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) production line, the tension size and smooth film received change volume has a decisive effect on the rolling quality, casting machine is a complicated electromechanical control system, tension control of casting machine are the main factors that influence the production quality. Analyzed the reason and the tension control mathematical model generation casting machine tension in the BOPP production line, for the constant tension control of casting machine, put forward a kind of improved PID control method based on RBF neural network. By the method of Jacobian information identification of RBF neural network, combined with the incremental PID algorithm to realize the self-tuning tension control parameters, control simulation and implementation of the model using Matlab software programming. The simulation results show that, the improved algorithm has better control effect than the general PID.

Random walk is an effective network-based method for information mining. However, the computational complexity of random walk limits its application on large scale datasets. This study evaluating accuracy and performance of graphics processing units (GPUs) in accelerating random walk computation on heterogeneous networks. We first introduce a general heterogeneous network to describe user-item relevance model. We apply GPU-accelerated random walk method to this network and investigate the performance of the method. We demonstrate our method via large-scale experiments across MovieLens datasets and obtain a more than 12× speedup. The results shows the effectiveness and promise of the approach.

The grid and Web service are converging as the WSRF is proposed. The grid not only provides the computing and resources sharing pools, but also supports the electronic business and enterprise applications integration with the composition of grid service. The paper presents a novel semantic composition method and adaptive scheduling algorithm based on grid workflow, which can benefit from the workflow architecture in the composition, visualization, verification, scheduling, execution and monitoring. The method can address semantic issues and automate the composition of grid service, and the algorithm can improve scheduling efficiency when the composite grid service is executed in the grid environment. According to the simulation experiment on the prototype implemented on the GT3, the composition and scheduling have the advantage of efficiency and effectiveness.

As the basis of designing and implementing a cyber-physical system (CPS), architecture research is very important but still at preliminary stage. Since CPS includes physical components, time and space constraints seriously challenge architecture study. In this paper, a service-oriented architecture of CPS was presented. Further, a two-way time synchronization algorithm for CPS service composition was put forward. And a formal method, for judging if actual CPS service meets space constraints, was suggested, which was based on space-π-calculus proposed. Finally, a case study was performed and CPS business process designed by the model and the proposed methods could run well. The application of research conclusion implies that it has rationality and feasibility.

As large language models (LLMs) rapidly advance, rigorous testing and evaluation of these models grows increasingly crucial. To address this need, we have developed three types of questions: Chinese contextual, English contextual, and language context-independent. Testing in both Chinese and English probes the LLMs' hallucination tendencies. We investigate the impact of language on hallucinations from two perspectives: the type of language used in the input prompt and the cultural context underlying the prompt's content. Additionally, 52 multi-domain single-choice questions from C-EVAL are presented in original and randomized order to assess robustness to perturbations. Among the five LLMs, the tests demonstrate GPT -4 has the strongest anti-hallucination and robustness capabilities, answering with greater accuracy, consistency, and reliability. ChatGLM ranks second and outperforms GPT -4 on Chinese context-dependent questions. Emergent testing phenomena are analyzed from the user's perspective. Hallucinated responses are categorized and potential causal factors leading to hallucination and fragility are examined. Based on these findings, viable avenues for improvement are proposed.

Intelligent traffic information service (ITIS) is a typically grid application in shanghaiGrid to achieve effective traffic management. Several issues and challenges needed to be explored in ITIS, such as resource sharing, middleware communication, traffic control grid, and so on. We implemented a prototype system of ITIS and carried out a field testing in shanghai city. We show that by utilizing the grid technology, the expected performance can be obtained, such as stability, scalability, etc. Meantime, traffic status estimation and traffic surveillance can be well handled in ITIS.

The release of ChatGPT heralds a new era in artificial intelligence, as large language models (LLMs) empower myriad industries. This paper introduces RSChat, a model based on supervised fine-tuning of multiple large language models (LLMs), exploring a novel paradigm for applying knowledge in railway safety. Initially, we perform prompt engineering using collected domain data, including key information extraction and knowledge expansion. Subsequently, leveraging the constructed fine-tuning datasets, we conduct supervised fine-tuning using multiple large language models (LLMs) as base models. Finally, experimental evaluations demonstrate that RSChat can generate more professional responses in the railway safety domain, exhibiting robust potential for application.
