As big data applications are becoming more and more popular,in view of the difficulties we had encountered in the application of traditional relational databases in the field of big data application,the column storage databases of non-relational databases are widely used in big data analysis system because of its high loading speed, real-time data loading, high compression rate and very suitable for aggregation operation,therefore, the read and write performance of column storage databases had became a hot topic in the field of big data *** this paper,we compare the mainstream column storage databases(HBase and Cassandra),including analyzing the read and write data operation principles of the two databases, obtaining the performance results with the Yahoo! Cloud Serving Benchmark and analyzed the performance results. In this paper, we also discuss how to select the appropriate database and workload strategy to meet the requirements of system performance based on business needs. Experimental results show that Cassandra is superior to HBase in terms of single read/write performance. Cassandra is suitable for scenarios with high performance requirements for write data or single read/write data scenario,HBase had better read performance in mixed read and write data operation scenarios.

Cloze test is a common test in language examinations. It is also a research direction of natural language processing, which is an important field of artificial intelligence. In general, some words in a complete article are hidden, and several candidates are given to let the student choose the correct hidden word. To explore whether machine can do cloze test, we have done some research to build down-stream tasks of BERT for cloze test. In this paper, we consider the compound words in articles and make an improvement to help the model handling these kind of words. The experimental results show that our model performs well on questions of compound words and has better accuracy on CLOTH dataset.

Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) have achieved high accuracy on image classification. However, a small disturbance to an input may fool the networks to misclassify the label, which can cause a series of security and social problems. Thus, the robustness of DNNs must be ensured, particularly to those safety-critical systems. In this paper, we focus on the problem of measuring the robustness of ReLU-based DNNs, which can be equivalently formulated to solve a Mixed Integer Linear Programming problem (MILP). The complexity of solving MILP is directly related to the number of integer variables. We propose an efficient method for robustness measurement and verification by pruning the search space of MILP problems. Particularly, we design a greedy algorithm based on linear programming (LP) to determine the reasonable boundary. Then the search space is pruned by setting the boundary to integer variables in MILP. The comparison experiments on five classifiers trained on MNIST and CIFAR-10 datasets show our method outperforms other related tools in terms of efficiency and accuracy.

Indoor Location information service (ILS) has been the hot topics of research in recent years. However, localization cost and positioning accuracy is still a challenge for indoor positioning system (IPS). RFID positioning technology is low cost but high positioning accuracy which is usually used for an IPS. In this study, a RFID indoor positioning algorithm is proposed, which is based on the Particle Swarm Optimization Artificial Neural Network (PSO-ANN). The algorithm uses PSO to optimize the weight and threshold of ANN network, and establish an accurate classification model that can learn the relationship between the Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) and tag position. In addition, in order to reduce the impact of the environmental factors on the position estimation effectively, the Gaussian Filter is adopted to process the RSSI information. The experimental result demonstrates that the proposed algorithm has better performance than other artificial neural network.

To enhance trustworthiness, UML (unified modeling language) activity diagrams are transformed into Petri nets for verification and analysis. Data concerned Petri net (DCPN) is proposed for activity diagrams' modeling. Mapping rules for transforming elements in an activity diagram into DCPNs are proposed in both graphical and formal forms. Weaving method is used to compose DCPNs. This paper provides foundation for developing a tool which can automatically transform an activity diagram into an analyzable Petri net. A case study shows the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method.

Building applications on on-demand infrastructures instead of building applications on fixed and rigid infrastructures was provided by cloud computing providers. By simply positing into the cloud, it gains fast access to business applications or infrastructure resources with reduced Capital Expenditures (CAPEX). Dramatic increase in amount of information's are placed into the cloud by individuals and industries, security issues are vital concern in mobile computing (MCC) and impends fast deployment of applications on the cloud. This work discus the different security issues that arises about how safe the mobile cloud computing environment is and provides a unified reliable security mechanism. There are two different types of the cloud users are: On-demand and Optimistic. On-demand is a non-preemptible for flexible leases given a user accessing to the resources within an interactive time of making the request and makes the resources available for an agreed-upon period of time, user can deploy any virtual machine (VM) compatible with the system. Optimistic is preemptible and pre-set contract gives a user access to resources at an indeterminate time and make resources available to the user for an insufficient amount of time. After that, this resources are initially (pre)-defined for the user by the cloud admin, that is the user cannot provide his or her own virtual machine (VM) based on defined access control for security.

Imbalance data is a common problem in machine learning task, which often impacts the accuracy of models. An effective way to solve it is to increase the number of minority class samples in the dataset. Many methods are put forward to solve the problem of imbalance data in machine learning. But these are all for low-dimensional data. For high-dimensional data, such as images, these methods are not well applicable. In this paper, an image generation method based on generative adversarial network is introduced to do pattern learning for samples of minority class in the dataset, so as to realize the expansion of data for minority class. And finally the classification networks for skin lesions are trained by data collaboration which consist of real images and generated images. The experimental results indicate that the accuracy of networks are further improved by the addition of generated images while alleviating the imbalance problem to some extent.

In this paper, we propose a integrate framework for evaluation and selection of service composition based on distributed agent. Meanwhile, a distributed method, which is used for acquiring the user-based quality data of Web services (WSs) from the agents scattered in the network, is introduced. In the framework, the location and time factor, concerning quality of Web service composition, is considered. The procedure for processing the quality of Web service extends from single location to multiple locations. And the service is invoked by end-user under different times. By studying service quality of a lot of historic data in the evaluation framework, the LOA Algorithm, which considers location and time factor, is developed to optimize quality of service composition. From the view of the end-user, the distribution agents with different physical locations can improve quality of composite service. In the last part of the paper, pros and cons of framework and complexity of algorithm are discussed in detail.

Heterogeneous multiprocessor systems are now widely used in industry by providing high performance and high concurrency. However, with the increasing number of computational nodes, it leads to a dramatic increase in energy consumption of heterogeneous multiprocessor systems. Most of the current research has been conducted to reduce the energy consumption by reducing the processor frequency and extending the task execution time, but these measures often lead to a significant decrease in system reliability. This article addresses the problem of energy-aware task scheduling in the case of distributed computing systems with deadline and reliability constraints. First, a time and reliability allocation model is built to assign the deadline and reliability constraints to each task, which ensures fairness among tasks. Then, a three-stage scheduling algorithm is proposed to minimize the system energy consumption. The static energy consumption is minimized by shutting down the inefficient processors. The dynamic energy consumption of the system is reduced by distributing tasks as evenly as possible on each processor through a task redistribution strategy. Finally, experimental results on real scientific workflows and randomly generated graphs show that the proposed algorithm outperforms other algorithms in terms of energy reduction.
