With the widespread application of big data technology, we are exposed to more and more video monitoring. To prevent serious social problems caused by face data leakage, face anonymization has become an important kind of method to protect face privacy. The face anonymization mentioned in this paper refers to the anonymization generation of the visual appearance in face images. Existing face anonymization methods mainly focus on removing identity information. However, in the scenario of face recognition technology that needs to protect privacy, existing face anonymization technology makes anonymized faces that can no longer be used for face recognition, limiting the application scope of face anonymization. Therefore, when using face anonymization, it is equally important to ensure that the anonymized face images can still be used for downstream tasks such as face recognition. To this end, we propose Anonym-Recognizer, a relationship-preserving face anonymization and recognition method. Our method uses relationship cyphertext which can be any binary identity number representing the identity of the image owner and designs a generative adversarial network to perform face anonymization and relationship cyphertexts embedding. In our framework, we first use Visual Anonymizer to manipulate the visual appearance of the input image, then use Cyphertext Embedder to get the anonymized image with the identity information embedded. With the help of Anonym Recognizer, the face recognition system can extract the relationship cyphertexts from the anonymized image as the credentials to match the identity information. The proposed Anonym-Recognizer provides a new perspective for the recognition and application of anonymized face images. Experiments on the Megaface dataset show that our method can encourage a 100% recognition accuracy on anonymized faces while finishing the task of face anonymization with high qualitative and quantitative quality. © 2022 ACM.

The rapid development of data analyze needs high data quality requirements. The data quality also determine the software quality. This paper proposes a test data deisgn method for evaluating data quality. The paper analyzes the data quality requirement model of typical software applications, considering the typical data quilty problem or issus. According to different evaluation characteristics, the paper proposes a test data method for quality evalaution related to data requirement. The paper also gives detailed for data design to fulfill the evlauation requirements. The method is used to test some data set and found some data issues in actual application databases.

Autonomous driving has achieved rapid development and promising performance by employing machine learning algorithms to automatically execute various maneuvers. Lane detection is one of the foremost tasks for vehicles, with a direct impact on driving decisions. Lane detection is a crucial component of autonomous driving, working in conjunction with lane centering control (LCC) and adaptive cruise control (ACC) to enable advanced driving assistance functions. At first thought, lane detection may seem immune to attacks. However, is this really the case? In this paper, we conduct experiments on lane detection modules and reveal their susceptibility to attacks exploiting hypersensitivity. Specifically, an excessively sensitive lane detector may mistake small markings for valid lanes, causing the vehicle to follow the wrong path. Through experiments, we demonstrate the vulnerability of lane detection models to adversarial attacks, even under black-box conditions where a change in one pixel can induce errors. We discuss the contrast between gradient-based and heuristic search-based optimization methods for black-box attacks and demonstrate the superiority of heuristic approaches for this task. Leveraging particle swarm optimization (PSO), we carry out lane detection attacks to address the research gap for black-box lane attacks.

Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) holds a record of high incidence and severe global harm. In tasks of liver cancer segmentation based on 3D medical images, the majority of methods have endeavored to enhance the 3D U-net by integrating the latest modules from the field of computer Vision (such as the transformer), often overlooking the distinct characteristics of liver components. We introduced a novel deep learning architecture, Modif-SegUnet, to circumvent this limitation. This architecture extends the U-net model by incorporating a 3D-modifiable attention module, thereby fostering a heightened focus on distinguishing between normal liver sections and lesions. Furthermore, Modif-SegUnet ingeniously amalgamates the 3D-modifiable attention module with the Modif-transformer block, enabling efficient capture of relevant and valuable full-text information in CT images that contain liver or tumor regions. We subjected the proposed Modif-SegUnet to evaluation on the Liver Tumor Segmentation benchmark dataset. Experimental outcomes indicate that our methodology surpasses state-of-the-art approaches in liver tumor segmentation, suggesting potential pathways for advancing the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer. © 2023 IEEE.

Service composition is an important mean for integrating the individual Web services to create new value added systems that satisfy complex requirements. However, it is challenging to guarantee the reliability of service composition in a distributed, dynamic and complex environment. This paper proposes an approach to constructing the reliable service composition. The underlying formalism is Petri net, which provides means to observe behaviors of basic component, and to describe their interrelationship. The transaction attributes, reliability and failure processing mechanisms are articulated. The composition mechanism systematically integrates these schemas into a transaction mapping model. Based on this, a reliable composition strategy and its enforcement algorithm are proposed, which can verify the behaviors of service composition at design time or after runtime to repair design errors. The operational semantics and related theories of Petri nets help prove the effectiveness of the proposed method. Finally, we use a simplified Export Service system to demonstrate the feasiability of the method. © 2012 Elsevier Inc.

In recent years, crowdsourced testing, which uses collective intelligence to solve complex software testing tasks has gained widespread attention in academia and industry. However, due to a large number of workers participating in crowdsourced testing tasks, the submitted test reports set is too large, making it difficult for developers to review test reports. Therefore, how to effectively process and integrate crowdsourced test reports is always a significant challenge in the crowdsourced testing process. This paper deals with the crowdsourced test reports processing, sorts out some achievements in this field in recent years, and classifies, summarizes, and compares existing research results from four directions: duplicated reports detection, test reports aggregation and classification, priority ranking, and reports summarization. The demand for quickly delivering robust enterprise applications has increasingly become a business imperative today. Semantic web technologies have received much interest due to their prospect in facilitating seamless legacy system integration in support of new functionality development. In this article, we present a team collaboration oriented development framework (SSC-I) for designing and developing enterprise applications by applying technologies and methodologies offered by software engineering, Web 2.0(AJAX), and semantic web technologies, together with a set of semantic tools to facilitate both the integration of heterogeneous relational databases and reuse of software functionalities. We adopt a component-based and lightweight framework aims at flexibly interleaving manual labor and automated functionality in environments where annotations are incomplete and even inconsistent. An initial version of this framework has been implemented and applied in SSTAMS Project. © 2010 IEEE.

Just-in-time software defect prediction (JIT-SDP) is an active topic in the filed of software engineering, and many methods have been proposed to solve this problem. State-of-the-art method MULTI applies multi-objective optimization algorithm to the effort-aware JIT-SDP problem, and obtains good average performance. Although the average performance of the MULTI method is high, there are many optimal solutions with poor performance. If an optimal solution is randomly selected, a poor prediction model may be obtained. In order to further improve the performance of the MULTI method, we propose three optimal solutions selection strategies: benefit priority (BP), cost priority (CP), and a compromise between cost and benefit (CCB). In order to compare and validate the effectiveness of the strategies, we conduct a large-scale empirical study on data sets of six open source projects. The experimental results show that, compared with the average performance of MULTI, the optimal solutions selection strategy based on BP has a significant improvement in ACC and Popt indicators. Therefore, we recommend using the BP-based optimal solutions selection strategy to improve the performance of MULTI when using the MULTI method to solve the effort-aware JIT-SDP problem. © 2019 Knowledge Systems Institute Graduate School. With the rapidly overwhelming number of services on the internet, QoS-based web service recommendation has become an urgent demand on service-oriented applications. Since there are a large number of missing QoS values in the user historical invocation records, accurately predicting these missing QoS values becomes a hot research issue. However, most existing service QoS prediction research assumes that the transactional process of the service was stable, and its QoS doesn’t change as time goes. In fact, service invocation process is usually affected by many factors (e.g., geographical location, network environment), leading to service invocations with QoS uncertainty. Therefore, QoS prediction based on traditional methods can not exactly adapt to the scenarios in real-world applications. To solve the issue, combined with the collaborative filtering and matrix factorization theory, we propose a novel approach for prediction of uncertain service QoS under the dynamic Internet environment. Extensive experiments have been conducted on a real-world data set and the results demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of our approach for QoS prediction. © 2019, ICST Institute for computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.
