Graphical User Interface (GUI) provides a popular and convenient way for the user to freely interact with the systems which makes it widely used in various software applications;it has become an important and indispensable part of today's software. Owing to the characteristics of GUIs different from the traditional software, traditional test techniques and methods cannot satisfy the requirements of GUI testing. Modeling and testing of GUIs-based system is a difficult and challenging work. GUIs-based application is an event-driven application. In GUIs, there exist not only the input events and output events, but also the internal events. In this paper, we identify the input events, output events and internal events and propose an approach to modeling and testing of GUIs-based system using the IOLTS, and input events, output events and internal events are also taken into account. Constraints on events and regular expressions on validation of data are given out. The interactions of GUIs are constructed by the corresponding output events. Finally, tests generation and tests instantiation are given out. © 2014 IEEE.

The development of deep learning has driven the development of ReID, and more and more excellent methods have been proposed, but most of these are artificially designed network backbones. Automation is a trend in the development of deep learning. This paper propose FAS-ReID(Fair Architecture Search for Person Re-IDentification), which can automatically design and generate a neural network backbone for ReID. This paper compare operation selection to competition, and inject noise to make the competition fairer, while making the architecture of automated search More adaptable to ReID We use TriHard loss to improve the feature extraction ability. Our experiments show that the backbone searched by FAS-ReID is better and reduces the search time. Meanwhile, as for the problem of performance collapse caused by skip-connection enrichment in the search process, FAS-Reid does not use the early stop strategy to avoid performance loss like other solutions, which is also the reason why our method is more reliable and robust. © 2023 IEEE.

During the development process of Web application, two essential phases are software testing and code refactoring. However, automatic testing script plays an important role in test automation. It has been a hot research topic in Web application. In order to refactor the JavaScript code of Web application more conveniently, an approach to automatic script generation from the defined test case is introduced in this paper. First, it describes the test case using customized XML format. Then, since Selenium platform supports multi-browsers testing, a method to transform XML description into test scripts based on Selenium framework is proposed as the emphasis. © 2013 IEEE.

Taking advantage of the reusability of domain engineering artifacts and variability description, SPLE reduces greatly development costs and time-to-market. This paper presents a model-based approach to test generation for SPLs. Reusable domain test scenarios are generated from activity diagrams extended with variation points, and then test scenarios for a specific application are derived by specifying and banding variants according to variation points. © 2013 IEEE.

The Web service composition (WSC) has been widely used in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), which is an effective integration of the distributed and heterogeneous business applications. In contrast to the component-based software, dynamic reconfiguration occurs more frequently in Web services-based software for self-adapting and self-managing their computing capabilities due to the uncertainty of dynamic Internet environment. Verifying these stochastic and nondeterministic behaviors is becoming a hot topic in model checking of Web services (WSs) application engineering. Abstraction refinement technique as an effective approach to alleviating the state explosion problem is particularly suitable for verifying the complex WSC. In this paper, we extend the classical abstraction refinement technique CEGAR (Counterexample-guided abstraction refinement) to make quantitative verification of WSC applicable and efficient. To model WSC, a probabilistic service behavior model (p-SBM) is proposed in form of Markov Decision Process (MDP). To verify WSC, the abstraction is defined by means of a quotient on states with respect to some probabilistic equivalence relation. Once counterexample is produced in the abstract model, verifying whether the counterexample is real or spurious is carried out. Based on the counterexample-guided technique, an iterative abstraction refinement process is performed to progressively refine the abstract model until either there is no abstract counterexample or a valid counterexample is verified. The case studies which are discussed throughout the paper demonstrate that our approach takes advantages than the traditional approaches. © 2011 IEEE.

Test case is one of the most important part of software testing. Reusing available test cases is an effective means to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of software testing. In order to efficiently reuse test cases, a unified and standard format to describe test cases is needed. Therefore, this paper presents a reusing method based on ontology. The test case ontology is created by Prot00E9;Ontology Editor and described by OWL (Web Ontology Language). At last, an example to illustrate the application of this method is to be discussed. © 2011 IEEE.

With the continuous development of deep learning, reid has been continually improved. However, the network backbones of reid are mostly manually designed. This paper proposes RGA-Reid based on auto-reid. NASBR-Reid obtains the network backbone through neural architecture search. It replaces the part-base module in the auto-reid search algorithm with the RGA module, which effectively integrates global relationships to enhance attention training between different parts. Experimental results demonstrate that RGA-Reid can retrieve superior network backbones. © 2023 IEEE.

Test design is the key of software testing. In order to improve utilization of test suite effectively, a reasonable and flexible architecture should be introduced to collaborate, manage and utilize the abundant test suite library in software test practice. This paper puts forward a novel software test suite, which uses a formal language definition. In the paper, a test suite design framework, which is based on model-view-controller pattern, is introduced. The framework can be used to separate test suite design, analysis and presentation. Also, the framework uses user-interface and filter method based on test suite library. The test suite library platform is a reliable and extensible web-based test suite collaborative application. © 2010 IEEE.

The feature model considers several products as a collection of features and describes the commonality and variability of the family in terms of feature relationships. Traditional informal feature models lacked the support of tools to automate the process of feature modeling, so formal methods were introduced implement automated support for feature modeling tools. For large software, writing formal specifications for feature models directly is quite difficult and requires technical background and experience. In this paper, we propose a formal template-based approach to constructing feature models and their formal descriptions, each template is used to formalize a class of PFA expressions. We give a structural definition of the templates and for constructing feature models from templates and generating formal descriptions of the corresponding features. We give a case study to illustrate the effectiveness of our method. © 2022 IEEE.

In this paper, we propose a test generation method that combines compositional reasoning theory and counterexample guided abstraction refinement framework. Firstly, the abstract model of system is produced by composing abstract components, then the abstract test cases can be generated by model checking based on abstract model, finally, the concrete test case of the complete original system is generated by refining the abstract model. The abstraction refinement keeps the state space small enough to alleviate the state space explosion problem. © 2011 IEEE.
