A basic model of data illustrates the logical structure of a database including the relations and the constraints which determine how the data is stored and its accessibility. Individual database models are based upon the rules and concepts of a broader data model adopted by designer. Most data models can be represented with basic tables and diagrams. This paper will address the data model semantic and their interaction with Query languages. It will also discuss the general methods for implementing data models and data concepts, as they are applied to a wide range of semantic data models. © 2018 Association for Computing Machinery.

The product recommendation research has been focusing on modelling users' reviews to construct the relation of users and products. Thus, the recommended performance can be improved by obtaining virtual ratings from corresponding reviews. However, these perspectives on reviews do not take into account the product field characteristic, which may impact the recommendation performance. To this point, this paper proposes a hybrid collaborative filtering approach to compute the correlation value considering product attributes. First, Product Attribute Weight and Product Attribute Score are introduced to formalize the product attributes for user and product respectively in a quantitative way. After that, the recommended ranking formula for the new model is presented. Finally, we carry out experimental analysis to show our method can effectively improve the performance of recommendation under a sparseness dataset. © 2018 Universitat zu Koln. All rights reserved.

The rapid development of data analyze needs high data quality requirements. The data quality also determine the software quality. This paper proposes a test data deisgn method for evaluating data quality. The paper analyzes the data quality requirement model of typical software applications, considering the typical data quilty problem or issus. According to different evaluation characteristics, the paper proposes a test data method for quality evalaution related to data requirement. The paper also gives detailed for data design to fulfill the evlauation requirements. The method is used to test some data set and found some data issues in actual application databases.

Nowadays, collaborative filtering has become a core technology of personalized recommender systems, but the data sparsity and scalability problems seriously affected the accuracy of similarity computation. To alleviate these problems, a novel effective similarity calculation algorithm combined with user features clustering was proposed in this paper. The newly users similarities calculation model integrated the improved user rating similarity and items category preference similarity. Then, considering the K-means clustering algorithm, we clustered the users based on the user attributes through Euclidean distance so as to the nearest neighbors could be obtained in proper clusters. Experiments on MovieLens dataset are implemented. The experiments show that, compared with other improved algorithms, the method can effectively improve the prediction accuracy and quality of recommendation system.

With the rapid development of mobile terminal, mobile applications are gradually penetrated into all aspects of people's life and work. Mobile games, mobile streaming media, location services, mobile Internet news, instant messaging, mobile music and other rich and colorful information era are changing the social life. In view of this, we propose the application software performance test based on the mobile terminal, and analyze the performance test technology and method of the mobile application. Experimental results show that the performance test of the application system can predict the pressure in real environment, the system will be applied in the problems exposed, through the analysis of the data of the test, it will provide help for performance optimization of application system. © 2017 IEEE.

The rapid development of the Internet and ecommerce has brought a lot of convenience to people's life. Personalized recommendation technology provides users with services that they may be interested according to users' information such as personal characteristics and historical behaviors. The research of personalized recommendation has been a hot point of data mining and social networks. In this paper, we focus on resolving the problem of data sparsity based on users' rating data and social network information, introduce a set of new measures for social trust and propose a novel personalized recommendation algorithm based on matrix factorization combining trust relevancy. Our experiments were performed on the Dianping datasets. The results show that our algorithm outperforms traditional approaches in terms of accuracy and stability.

The rapid development of mobile application, this paper gives a test method to find the security issues in the with mobile application software base on code analysis. The paper analyzes the code features of Android application and proposes static test method for Android application. According to code and configuration characteristics, the paper gives the knowledge base and makes the code feature comparison using the existing knowledge base. The full test procedure also proposed and helps the tester to make test design and test execution. The method is used to test some mobile application and find possible security problem to avoid the security attack or personal information leak.

software testing has become an essential activity to guarantee software quality. To reduce the overall cost of software testing, model-based testing has been widely studied in the past two decades and Finite State Machine (FSM) is used to build the model of software behaviors. However, due to the inadequacy of the modeling ability of FSM, FSM-based testing cannot be taken as a test oracle to solve all issues in software testing. To improve the modeling capability of the model, a few researchers have proposed using Extended Regular Expressions (ERE) to model software behaviors. This paper reviews the method of the ERE-based testing and presents six modeling rules to convert program codes to the ERE model. Then, a case is adopted to illustrate the process of generating executable paths from the ERE model and the method of designing test cases by those paths. Compared with the traditional graphic traversal method of constructing executable paths from the program, ERE not only has robust modeling capability to describe more types of software behaviors than FSM, but also can be used to construct effective executable paths to detect program errors. © 2017 IEEE.

Design for testability is one of the important research interests in software engineering. It becomes crucial in model-based testing because software behavioral models can be used to construct test sequences to perform conformance testing. However, testability of models has received less attention in the past. A model with high testability is easy to be used to construct effective test sequences, and conformance testing can also be realized easily. To improve testability of software behavioral models, using the formal method, we present five testability metrics: observability, controllability, test constructibility, performability, and error traceability. Then, a case is studied to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed testability metrics. As a result of the case study, models with higher testability can not only be used to generate executable test sequences, but also the size of the constructed test suite is also smaller. Our research will enrich the modeling theory of model-based testing and can improve the application of this test method in industry. © 2017 Totem Publisher, Inc. All rights reserved.

Context-awareness has become one of the active topics in ubiquitous computing, cloud computing and so on, recently. In this paper, preliminaries of bigraph based context-aware calculus are presented for context-aware system. We define the syntax and semantics of process, context and context expressions, as well as the semantics of operations in the bigraphical calculus of context-awareness.
