Electromagnetic flowmeter(EMFM) is widely used in industrial field and single-phase flow measurement because of its excellent accuracy and stability. In the past decades, Multiphase flow measurement is widely used in petroleum, power, chemical, metallurgical and pharmaceutical fields. In recent years, The study of solid-liquid two-phase flow has become one of the hot topics. The traditional EMFM has many drawbacks in measuring multiphase flow. In terms of sensors, the weight function theory is extended. And aiming at the limitation that the traditional electromagnetic flow sensor needs symmetrical fluid distribution, a multi-electrode non-insulated tube wall electromagnetic flow sensor is designed. In terms of converters, The characteristics of the measured signal are analyzed comprehensively, and the compensation circuit is designed, and the signal amplification circuit is optimized. n the solid-liquid two-phase flow experiment, the theory of extended weight function is verified, and the accuracy and reliability of the designed electromagnetic flowmeter are verified. It provides a feasible way to solve the problem of asymmetric single-phase flow measurement widely existing in the industrial field. © 2022 IEEE.

To facilitate the low-noise design of tandem lift bodies as applied in aeroengines and aircraft,the acoustic features of tandem blades are investigated by wind-tunnel *** is further specialized for the rotating blades applied in contra-rotating open rotors under the concept of frozen-rotor.A 70-channel phased microphone array and nine high-precision free-field microphones are *** beamforming method,enhanced by a source filtering technique,is employed to locate noise sources,providing insights into the source patterns of blade-blade interaction noise concerning flow speed,blade spacing,and aft blade *** results show the following:(A)Sources of tandem-blade noise exist in the form of concentrated source clusters,resulting in two major clusters:the mid-span interaction noise and the tip-induced noise.(B)These source clusters tend to separate as flow speed or blade spacing increases.(C)By increasing blade spacing,the band-pass filtered overall sound pressure level is reduced by 2.9 dB.(D)A two-phase noise suppression pattern is observed with blade clipping,resulting in a total reduction of 3.0 dB for the interaction noise through the removal of tip-induced noise sources and the replacement of mid-span noise *** on these findings,suggestions concerning blade spacing and clipping are discussed.

The new improved approach for noise Figure are introduced in terms of the signal analysis and two terminal theory. Compared with the traditional method, it is convenient to improve the mismatch problem and reflection effects of NF analyzer over a wide range of frequency. Firstly, it's revealed that the precision attenuators have the significant advantage of low VSWR and wide bandwidth. Furthermore, the appropriate calibration method provides the suitable formulation for the measurement accuracy and the minimize mismatch uncertainty. Eventually, it's shown that the evaluation of uncertainty measurement is proposed. © 2022 IEEE.

External pacemakers, also known as temporary pacemakers, have been widely used in clinical settings, significantly reducing patient mortality rates. Pacemaker analyzers are utilized to measure the parameters of pacemakers, ensuring their accuracy, as these parameters are critical to patient safety. Regular calibration is essential since pacemaker analyzers have been widely used. However, measurement institutions and published measurement standards rarely focus on the calibration of pacemaker analyzers. This paper designs a calibration method that uses a digital multimeter and a waveform generator to calibrate parameters such as internal resistance, current amplitude, pulse width, rate, and energy of the pacemaker analyzer. A program by C# in Visual Studio is developed to control the calibration instruments, therefore improving measurement efficiency. At the end of the paper, uncertainty evaluation of the calibration results is conducted.

A traceable accuracy test method of multi-instrument cooperative measurement system is studied. Here a precise angle dividing table and a linear guide with a laser interferometer are used as standards to test the cooperative measurement's external parameters. And the coordinates of common points and uncommon points are tested by the scale bars. This testing method is illustrated with a cooperative measurement system composed of two laser trackers. It is obvious that this method can intuitively test the accuracy of the multi-instrument cooperative measurement's external parameters and coordinates. This method is not restricted by the measurement principle, the data fusion algorithm and the measurement targets of the cooperative system, and it is suitable for various non-fixed layout cooperative measurement system. © 2022 SPIE.

A phase correction method based on multi frequency heterodyne principle is proposed for the phase jump error caused by multi frequency heterodyne phase solution. The traditional phase shifting method and multi frequency heterodyne are used to calculate the wrapping phase and the unwrapping phase. Aiming at the jump error in the unwrapping phase, the unwrapping phase is used to locate the error position. The wrapping phase is used as a reference to correct the position of the positioning error to obtain a new unwrapping phase. The experimental results show that under the optimization method, this method can effectively judge the jump, and obtain the unwrapping phase without jump error after eliminating the jump, which greatly improves the unwrapping accuracy and accuracy of the fringe pattern after phase unwrapping. © 2023 SPIE. In radiation emission measurement, it is necessary to switch different types of measuring antennas or adjust the polarizations of the antennas. Therefore, there is a large risk of measurement data errors in the radiation emission measurement system. However, the current intermediate validation method used for the measurement system is time-consuming and not suitable for frequently checking the system compliance. In this paper, a real-time check method for radiated emission measurement system is proposed to achieve real-time validation of the measurement system during the measurement process. Meanwhile, the influences of the reference signals and electromagnetic wave reflections from the multi-frequency reference source device on measured data are avoided. The accuracy and reliability of the measured data can be ensured. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, a new corrugated horn antenna ranges from 40 GHz to 60GHz is simulated based on the static zone performance of the compact field, which satisfies measurement demands of feed antenna. After simulation and optimization, main parameters of the antenna, such as standing-wave coefficient, radiation pattern and radiation gain are highly improved, comparing with the traditional antenna.

Electromagnetic flowmeter is a reliable and high linearity speed type liquid flow meter. The accuracy of electromagnetic flowmeter is affected by the distribution of the measured fluid. The cross section of the usual electromagnetic flow sensor is circular, which is to ensure that the flow field distribution in the sensor is symmetrical, but in many actual working conditions, it is necessary to use the electromagnetic flowmeter of the different diameter sensor to control the flow process. In this paper, the weight function of the electromagnetic flowmeter of the elliptical section sensor is analyzed, and the intentional conclusion is given. The weight function of the special-shaped sensor and the uneven distribution characteristics of the weight function are revealed, which provides a reference for optimizing the structure of the electromagnetic flowmeter and improving the measurement accuracy.
