At present, LDA topic model, Word2Vec model and knowledge graph have been used to recommend doctors for online consultation, and have achieved certain results. However, the single word vector model will lead to some deficiencies in the recommendation results. In online consultation, patients have short questions and doctors have long answers, which is difficult to deal with uniformly. Therefore, this paper combines Sentence BERT sentence vector model, ELMO word vector model and doctor attribute model to build a set of combined recommendation model for intelligent doctor recommendation. In the empirical study, this paper chooses a large number of test patients as the research object. The results show that compared with the single word vector model, the combined recommendation model proposed in this paper is better in the accuracy rate, mean reciprocal rank and coverage rate of doctor recommendation. © 2023 IEEE.

Cloud-based machine learning services offer significant advantages but also introduce the risk of tampering with cloud-deployed deep neural network (DNN) models. Black-box integrity verification (BIV) allows model owners and end-users to determine if a cloud-deployed DNN model has been tampered with by examining only the top-1 label responses. Fingerprinting generates fingerprint samples to query the model, achieving BIV with no impact on the model's accuracy. In this paper, we present BIVBench, the first comprehensive benchmark for BIV of DNN models. BIVBench covers 16 types of model modifications, providing extensive coverage of practical modification scenarios. Our analysis reveals that existing fingerprinting methods, which are typically focused on significant tampering, lack the sensitivity needed to effectively detect subtle yet common and potentially severe modifications. To address this limitation, we propose MiSentry (Model Integrity Sentry), a novel fingerprinting method that leverages meta-learning. MiSentry strategically incorporates a few subtly modified models into the meta-learning model zoo and maximizes the divergence of output predictions between the target model and the modified models in the model zoo to generate highly sensitive, generalizable, and effective fingerprint samples. Extensive evaluations using BIVBench demonstrate that MiSentry outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods overall and significantly surpasses them in detecting subtle modifications. Federated Learning enables collaboratively model training among a number of distributed devices with the coordination of a centralized server, where each device alternatively performs local gradient computation and communication to the server. FL suffers from significant performance degradation due to the excessive communication delay between the server and devices, especially when the network bandwidth of these devices is limited, which is common in edge environments. Existing methods overlap the gradient computation and communication to hide the communication latency to accelerate the FL training. However, the overlapping can also lead to an inevitable gap between the local model in each device and the global model in the server that seriously restricts the convergence rate of learning process. To address this problem, we propose a new overlapping method for FL, AOCC-FL, which aligns the local model with the global model via calibrated compensation such that the communication delay can be hidden without deteriorating the convergence performance. Theoretically, we prove that AOCC-FL admits the same convergence rate as the non-overlapping method. On both simulated and testbed experiments, we show that AOCC-FL achieves a comparable convergence rate relative to the non-overlapping method while outperforming the state-of-the-art overlapping methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Hybrid organic-inorganic materials, spearheaded by perovskites, have showcased exceptional potential in optical and electrical applications. However, finding suitable compositions with desired properties is challenging due to the vast, high-dimensional search space. Traditional machine learning techniques often fall short in capturing crucial interactions within the composites of hybrid organic-inorganic materials, while others necessitate structural information that is often unavailable prior to material synthesis. To address this, we propose PerovGNN, a structure-agnostic graph representation learning method for property prediction. It transforms the chemical formula of each mixed perovskite into a weighted graph of atoms, with weights representing the relative frequency of interactions between neighboring atoms. By embedding both fractional ratios and atomic features, this graph formulation effectively retains crucial mixture information and learns a superior representation required for a specific targeted property. We applied PerovGNN to experimental datasets for mixed HOIPs bandgap prediction, achieving a lower mean absolute error (MAE) of 0.0483 eV compared to other methods. New perovskites with bandgaps ranging from 1.3 to 2.0 eV were experimentally characterized, yielding a consistent MAE of 0.043 eV. Our work presents a unified model for predicting properties of inorganic, organic, and hybrid crystals, serving as a map for researchers navigating vast design spaces. © 2024, The Authors.
