With the rapid progress of network communication technology, the issues of user identity and privacy are critical. However, there are many disadvantages in traditional single-path data transmission, for example, the link is susceptible to monitoring and the traffic feature can be easily analyzed. To solve this issue, this paper introduces a multipath data transmission strategy with traffic obfuscation. First, we design a multipath traffic transmission scheme that divides traffic into multiple sub streams and transmits them through multiple paths. The ability of the communication system to resist surveillance and traffic analysis is enhanced by this approach. Second, we effectively confused multipath traffic by changing the size of the data packets, controlling the delay of multipath transmission, and adding redundant traffic. Through experiments, it has been shown that in this advanced multipath transmission strategy, there is no significant difference in the traffic features generated by each node. The effectiveness of the proposed method in obfuscating communication traffic is demonstrated by this.

Hyperspectral image band selection is a crucial link in image processing. It is necessary to screen out bands with rich information and low correlation, to achieve data dimensionality reduction and retain key information, thereby improving image processing efficiency. Aiming at the differences in reflectance characteristics of targets in different regions in hyperspectral images and the strong correlation between bands, this paper proposes a gradient-guided spatial-spectral weighted hyperspectral band selection method. Firstly, gradient information is introduced to enhance the edge texture features of different targets. Then, the entropy rate superpixel segmentation algorithm is used to segment the first principal component of the image and divide multiple uniform regions. Secondly, to more comprehensively capture the global relationship between all bands in the image, a multi-graph complementary strategy is proposed to construct a regional similarity graph, aiming to maximize the mutual contribution between superpixels with spatial-spectral similarity. Finally, a unified clustering graph is generated by spectral clustering. After normalized cutting, the band with the least noise information in each sub-cube is selected to form a new band subset. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by classification experimental results and data analysis.

During the process of embedded firmware upgrade, to protect the security of the firmware during transmission, this paper proposes an improved firmware transmission scheme based on the combination of the SM2 threshold key agreement algorithm. Between the server, client, and downloader, the SM2 key agreement algorithm is used to generate session key pairs to encrypt the firmware information, and the method of reinforcing and verifying re-transmission is adopted to ensure data security. In order to improve the security of the algorithm, a threshold algorithm is used in the key agreement process. The server acts as a trusted center to execute the threshold algorithm and divide the main secret private keys dA and dB. During the phase of key exchange, at least t+1 sub-secrets are required to recover the complete main secret. This paper successfully implements and verifies the feasibility of this scheme. © 2024 SPIE.

Compiler differential detection can be performed by detecting the similarity between the binary compiled by the compiler and the ideal compiled file. This article proposes a javac compiler differentiation detection system based on binary file similarity: we extract opcode sequences from binary files, use BERT to extract features of the opcodes, and finally obtain the similarity score by calculating the distance between vectors. Under the premise of ensuring the retrieval speed requirements, this algorithm is superior to most existing models in accuracy, with the accuracy rate of $99.7 \%$. It shows that the method in this article can effectively detect whether two binary files are similar. This method will have a good effect on detecting whether the javac compiler has been invaded by malicious code in the future.

5G terminal access denial-of-service attack is one of the more common types of 5G signaling network attacks. It manifests itself as a large number of abnormal access requests occupying core network resources. Normal requests cannot obtain resources, resulting in unstable network services, and users will be unable to connect or drop connections, eventually leading to frequent terminal takeoffs and landings. This paper proposes a formal modeling scheme for a 5G terminal access denial-of-service attack. The attack principle is analyzed, a defense scheme is designed and modeled, and analyzed, and then quantitative experiments are conducted, and the experimental results show the effectiveness of the defense scheme. © 2023 IEEE.

With the vigorous development of technologies such as the Internet, mobile devices, and the Internet of Things, cloud services have gained a crucial position in our life and have become an essential part of daily operations for modern enterprises and organizations. However, existing cloud application security solutions have failed to address the problem of runtime binary code security, focusing only on vulnerabilities inherent to the applications themselves. Code virtualization, also known as virtualization obfuscation, is a technique that protects software from malicious analysis by obfuscating the code. It hides the code’s control flow and data flow, thereby preventing the code from being decompiled. In this paper, we introduce a code virtualization method, VMENP, which splits the code into multiple modules and uses polymorphic and modular encryption mechanisms to secure binary code at runtime. Specifically, VMENP divides the protected program into several modules, designs a virtual instruction set along with its corresponding interpreter, encrypts each instruction individually after converting it into intermediate representations, and then encrypts it again at the basic block level. After compiling the segmented code into polymorphic bytecode sequences, it embeds the virtual code’s interpreter into the IR. During runtime, the protected code is dynamically decrypted and executed by the basic block level, with each basic block’s storage and execution in memory in a short time window. VMENP identifies functions annotated in the source code to locate the functions that need protection. This paper uses a large amount of $\mathrm{C} / \mathrm{C}++$ code to perform tests in a real cloud environment. Experimental results show that VMENP achieves a good balance between the granularity of protection and the performance overhead of the protected programs, while successfully protecting $\mathrm{C} / \mathrm{C}++$ code and programs running on X86/64 and ARM32/64 architectures

The solution of tridiagonal linear systems is used in in various fields and plays a crucial role in numerical simulations. However, there is few efficient solver for tridiagonal linear systems on the new Sunway supercomputer. Based on a three-dimensional heat conduction problem, we propose an adaptive heterogeneous tridiagonal matrix algorithm (AH-TDMA). Our major innovations include: (1) To address computational hotspots within AH-TDMA, a multi-level parallel approach involving MPI+Athread has been adopted. (2) An adaptive data partitioning scheme has been set up to achieve load balance. (3) Employing direct memory access and establishing shared space between registers and main memory, instead of employing discrete memory access, is done to enhance memory access efficiency. (4) The optimization of the loop structure has been made in adjusting the sequencing of the dual-layered loops to reduce communication overhead. The experimental results show that, with one core group, the AH-TDMA achieves a speedup of 99.6 times for hotspot and total time speedup up to 59.4 times compared to the Parallel and Scalable Library for Tridiagonal Matrix Algorithm (PaScal TDMA). The AH-TDMA is scalable up to 2048 core groups, with a parallel efficiency of 69.2%. © 2023 IEEE.

Medical images often occupy large storage space and contain patient privacy or sensitive information, which makes them difficult and unsafe to be transmitted through the network. This paper proposed an adaptive compression-encryption scheme based on improved compressive sensing (CS) and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) coding-compression, which helps to solve the above problem. In the proposed scheme, first the original medical image was compressed to a floating point CS matrix using the discrete wavelet transform and the partial Hadamard matrix. The CS matrix was then normalized and rounded for matrix quantification. The result of quantification was fed to DNA fixed encoding and DNA run length coding for encryption and secondary compression. Finally the compressed-encrypted image was obtained after DNA dynamic encoding-decoding and regroups operation. The proposed scheme was tested against 9 images and proved to be effective in reducing the quantization errors and enhancing the compression performance. For instance, when the benchmark compression ratio (CR) is 0.5, the CR can be reduced by 5%(CR = 0.4453) ∼ 23%(CR = 0.2636), with the corresponding peak signal-to-noise ratio values consistently surpassing the benchmark. Furthermore, the execution of DNA compression and DNA dynamic encoding-decoding provided double guarantee for the algorithm's security. © 2024 IEEE.

Due to its efficiency and versatility, the preconditioned conjugate gradient algorithm has long been a staple in the realm of iterative linear system solvers. In this paper, we proposed an optimized preconditioned conjugate gradient algorithm tailored for the SW26010-Pro manycore processor, The main work includes: Optimizing data block sizes based on the processor's storage structure;combining thread-level and data-level parallelism, utilizing manual SIMD to improve efficiency;optimizing the memory access pattern by employing direct memory access and overlapping of computation and communication;employing a shared-memory approach to store long vectors across all cores. Furthermore, we design an accelerated algorithm for reduction operations, to avoid data communication. Experimental results show that the hcaPCG yields up to 28.1× speedups on average compared to the original implementation. © 2023 IEEE.

In the process of large-scale industrial production, complex defects of different shapes and sizes can occur in industrial products and their components, and these defects seriously affect the performance of industrial products and their components, and being able to quickly and accurately identify defective industrial products and their components is an important task. Memory-based methods are usually used for anomaly detection, and these methods often rely on pre-trained models for feature extraction, but have high requirements on feature quality. In addition, patch-based methods mainly focus on local differences in feature embedding when detecting anomalies without explicitly exploiting broader contextual information, thus greatly affecting the robustness and accuracy of anomaly detection. Aiming at the above problems and requirements, this paper proposes a Feature Aggregation network for Memory-Based Industrial Anomaly Detection (FANet), which is based on the pre-extraction of anomalous features, attentional attention to key features, information aggregation of multi-level and multi-scale features, and the FANet provides advanced performance in industrial image anomaly detection and localisation by pre-extraction of anomalous features, attentional attention to key features, information aggregation of multi-layered and multi-scale features, and introduction of environmental information in the anomaly score computation to perform industrial anomaly detection tasks, and using core set subsampling to reduce storage requirements. On the MVTec AD, FANet has an image-level AUROC score of 99.1% and a pixel-level AUROC score of 98.2%. Similarly high detection results were achieved on the ViSA dataset, further demonstrating the robustness of FANet. © 2024 IEEE.
