The SVM regression algorithm has shorter convergence time, high precision, and less adjustable parameters, the structure can be confirmed difficultly in the power load forecasting. In view of the grid search method of parameter optimization in support vector machine (SVM) exists the shortage of high complexity and computation, an improved grid search method is revealed, which is based on the idea of uniform particles, this paper apply it to the load forecast. Compared with the traditional grid method, the improved grid search method can effectively reduce the computational complexity and ensure the accuracy of the prediction precision. We illuminate the method of new ideas, and prove the feasibility of this view through the experiment.

The coarse pointing assembly (CPA), as the outer loop of the laser terminal, its tracking stability is the basis for ensuring laser communication. This paper presents the model of the CPA. Aiming at the disturbance factors in the low-speed operation process of the CPA, an active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) method for the position loop of the CPA is designed based on the generalized proportional integral observer (GPIO) to achieve disturbance compensation control. Finally, simulations are carried out on the system model. The simulation results show that compared with the PID control strategy adopted, the proposed ADRC strategy based on GPIO of the CPA can effectively improve the tracking accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper addresses the optimized tracking cooperative control problem for multi-agent systems with periodic sampling and directed communication topology via robust model predictive control *** proposed optimized tracking cooperative control strategy relaxes the assumptions in existing works that the control gain and the local input must be continuous and the states information exchange has no recourse *** the conditions of the optimized consensus and the communication cost being satisfied,the tracking cooperative control law with bounded parameters is developed based on the periodic *** shows that if the sampling condition is satisfied,the multi-agent systems will reach the optimized *** results are provided to verify the proposed approach.

The implicit equal-weights particle filter(IEWPF) algorithm is developed to solve the problem of curse of dimensionality. Based on the implicit particle filter, the algorithm could estimate the high-dimensional state with the disturbance of the Gaussian white noise. In this paper, a new algorithm is proposed for extending the application of the IEWPF algorithm. New algorithm could switch the IEWPF algorithm and implicit particle filter depending on the ensemble size and dimension. Besides, the colored noise problem is converted into a Gaussian white noise problem in the new method. The improved algorithm is tested in the linear model, the Lorenz96 model and the target movement model based on the MSC coordinate system, compared with the primary IEWPF algorithm. The results is presented that the improved algorithm has better performance than the original IEWPF algorithm.

An adaptive sliding mode control scheme for electromechanical actuator has been presented. The adaptive control strategy can estimate the uncertain parameters and adaptively compensate the modeled dynamical uncertainties, while the sliding mode control method overcomes the unmodelled dynamics. In the adaptive law an equivalent output injection of the sliding mode observer which contains the parameter estimation error is used, and estimates of parameters can approximate the true values without prediction-error that is typically used in compositive adaptive law. Due to the improved estimation of uncertain parameters, the sliding mode law can robustifies the design against model uncertainties with a small swithcing gain. Stability of the system with the proposed approach has been proved and it has also been shown that the system states can reach the sliding mode in finite time. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme has been exhibited via simulation examples. © 2011 Asian control Association.

In recent years, chaotic communication has shown advantages, such as used the simplest matched filter to make signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) maximization and improve the resistance to multi-path interference. The chaotic shape-forming filter (CSF) has been proposed to generate the chaotic baseband signal in the wireless communication, the additional advantage of the chaotic shape-forming filter is able to generate the chaotic signal as spread sequence in Differential Chaotic Shift key (DCSK), which encodes information in the sequence. In this paper, the chaotic signal generated by CSF is used in DCSK and combined with multi-carrier frequency to improve the bit transmission rate. Because of CSF used, it helps to improve both Bit Error Rate (BER) performance and provide an additional information flow in the spread sequence itself. Simulation results indicate that the proposed method is superior to other methods over the Addition White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) channel and wireless channel.

Different power sources in Seawater Pumping-Storing/Wind/Solar Hybrid Power Generating system supply power to the island *** order to ensure the reliability of the power supplying and improve the economical efficiency of the island micro-grid system at the same time,the output of each power source in the island micro-grid system needs to be optimized and dispatched according to historical wind power and photo-voltaic *** this paper,the mathematical model of Seawater Pumping-Storing/Wind/Solar Hybrid Power Generating system is established,and the one-time cost,*** the joint system are taken as the objective *** immune particle swarm algorithm is used to figure out the optimal output of each power source in the system after considering the restrictions including power balance of the system,the power constraints of each generator set and the online power of wind power and *** example shows that the optimization result of improved PSO algorithm is better than the original one,and it can also achieve the optimized dispatching of the joint system economically and effectively.

Preserving details and avoiding high computational costs are the two main challenges for the High-Resolution Salient Object Detection (HRSOD) task. In this paper, we propose a two-stage HRSOD model from the perspective of evolution and succession, including an evolution stage with Low-resolution Location Model (LrLM) and a succession stage with High-resolution Refinement Model (HrRM). The evolution stage achieves detail-preserving salient objects localization on the low-resolution image through the evolution mechanisms on supervision and feature;the succession stage utilizes the shallow high-resolution features to complement and enhance the features inherited from the first stage in a lightweight manner and generate the final high-resolution saliency prediction. Besides, a new metric named Boundary-Detail-aware Mean Absolute Error (MAEBD) is designed to evaluate the ability to detect details in high-resolution scenes. Extensive experiments on five datasets demonstrate that our network achieves superior performance at real-time speed (49 FPS) compared to state-of-the-art methods. Lead-free perovskite Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)manifests great potential in developing high-performance,environmentally friendly,solution-processable photodetectors(PDs).However,due to the relatively large energy bandgap,the spectrum responses of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)PDs are limited to the ultraviolet and visible region with wavelengths shorter than 560 *** this work,a broadband Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)PD covering the ultraviolet,visible,and near infrared(NIR)range is demonstrated by incorporating titanium nitride(TiN)nanoparticles that are prepared with the assistance of self-assembled polystyrene sphere *** addition,an atomically thick Al2O3layer is introduced at the interface between the Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)film and TiN nanoparticles to alleviate the dark current deterioration caused by nanoparticle *** a result,beyond the spectrum range where Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)absorbs light,the external quantum efficiency(EQE)of the TiN nanoparticle incorporated Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)PD is enhanced significantly compared with that of the control,displaying enhancement factors as high as 2000 over a broadband NIR wavelength *** demonstrated enhancement in EQE arises from the photocurrent contribution of plasmonic hot holes injected from TiN nanoparticles into Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6).This work promotes the development of broadband solution-processable perovskite PDs,providing a promising strategy for realizing photodetection in the NIR region.
