In view of the shortcomings of the classical spectral clustering algorithm in the artificial setting of scale parameters and the accuracy of the similar matrix construction, which leads to the low accuracy of the clustering results, a similar matrix reconstruction spectral clustering algorithm based on adaptive neighborhood standard deviation is proposed. The algorithm uses the inverse of the sample neighborhood standard deviation as a parameter to measure the local density of the sample. It constructs an adaptive scale parameter by incorporating a multi-region density adjustment strategy. Additionally, a nonlinear Sigmoid function is introduced to design the scale difference adjustment term, and the similarity matrix is reconstructed by integrating global density. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves good clustering performance on both synthetic datasets and real UCI datasets, with more stable clustering results. © 2024 IEEE.

Light field information includes the position and angle information of light in space. A camera array is one of the methods for obtaining light field information, which combines and arranges multiple cameras in space to achieve multi-angle imaging of the same target. Based on the light field information, a computational imaging method can be used to achieve refocusing technology for a camera array (also known as optical synthetic aperture imaging technology). In this technology, by setting the focusing coefficient, the light field information can be focused on different depths. This mode is called taking photos first and focusing later. However, in order to focus on a specific object surface, traditional refocusing methods require users to manually adjust the focusing coefficient multiple times, which is time-consuming and user-unfriendly. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an automatic focusing method based on the optimal focusing coefficient map (OFCM) to address the manual refocusing problem. This method transforms the refocusing problem into obtaining the optimal focus coefficient map. In the process of solving OFCM, the threshold filtering method and the neighborhood filling method are used to optimize the results and improve the robustness of the proposed method. The experimental results show that our proposed method has higher imaging quality and faster running efficiency compared to automatic refocusing methods based on disparity maps and gradient functions. © 2025 Optica Publishing Group under the terms of the Optica Open Access Publishing Agreement.

FFT [1] is widely used in signal processing and other fields. When FFT is used for power harmonic analysis, asynchronous sampling and fence effect can reduce the accuracy of FFT results. At present, most FFT problems are improved by combining window function with multispectral line interpolation [2]. In this article, a six-spectrum- line interpolating FFT algorithm based on 5-Term with Continuous First Derivative Rife-Vincent Window is proposed. Signal simulation results show that the six-spectrum -line interpolating FFT algorithm has high accuracy in amplitude, frequency and phase analysis of power harmonics. The absolute value of the relative error of the amplitude correction is less than 5.35E-08%,the absolute value of the relative error of the frequency correction is less than 4.84E-10%, and the absolute value of the relative error of the phase correction is less than 5.17E-08% under the simulation condition of odd harmonic signals of 1-17 order.. The improvement of harmonic analysis accuracy is much higher than that of six-spectrum-line interpolation FFT algorithm based on Blackman window. © 2024 IEEE.

Accurate fault localization is difficult to achieve by the complex structure of distribution networks, numerous branches and the penetration of a large number of distributed energy sources. In order to solve the problem of accurate single-phase grounding fault localization in distribution networks, a fault localization method is proposed based on EWT-AOE-SD with section optimization equation. The empirical wavelet transform and analytic energy operator of symmetrical differencing (EWT-AOE-SD) are used to calibrate the travelling wave head, and the single-ended ranging equation is used to calculate the fault distance. On the basis of single-ended ranging, the section optimization equation is constructed, solve the equations using the whale swarm optimization algorithm, and the section with the smallest calculated value is the fault section, while the optimal solution of the equation also reflects the fault distance. The method does not require the travelling wave detection device to keep the clock synchronous, eliminating the effect of synchronization error. The simulation results of MATLAB proved that this method has high accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.

In the wireless power transfer (WPT) system, the internal resistance of the coil will lead to the loss of electric energy and affect the transmission performance of the system. It is of great significance to establish an analysis model with coil internal resistance for the design of WPT system. In this paper, an equivalent circuit model of LCC-LCC compensated WPT system is proposed. According to the proposed model, the influence of circuit parameters, including coil internal resistance, on the transmission performance of WPT system is analyzed. The analytical expressions of system output power and efficiency are derived, and the index for optimizing the constant current (CC) output characteristic of the system is given. Finally, the constant current output characteristic and zero phase angle (ZPA) characteristic of the WPT system are verified by simulation model. The simulation waveform is basically consistent with the theoretical analysis results, which can provide reference for the parameters design and optimization of the WPT system. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. As a vital energy source, coal mines are essential to the energy industry. However, the process of fully mechanized coal mining is notoriously harsh, which poses significant challenges to efficient and safe operations. In this context, hydraulic support operators play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and safety of the working face, where potential safety issues from operator errors or external interferences necessitate the adoption of smart mining practices. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a framework for a distributed hydraulic support control system based on a multi-agent system (MAS). First, by constructing this distributed multi-agent system within fully mechanized mining, the interactive relationship among hydraulic supports has been systematically delineated. Second, game theory is employed to inform decision-making regarding hydraulic support behaviors, enhancing both the autonomy and cooperation of the supports. Finally, the proposed model is analyzed and validated by maximizing the utility function, aiming to improve the efficiency and intelligence of fully mechanized mining operations. This comprehensive approach aims to ensure safer and more efficient coal mining practices through advanced technology integration and strategic decision-making. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, a method of single-phase grounding fault line selection based on high frequency energy proportion of zero sequence current and polarity clustering is proposed. According to the energy proportion of the high frequency components of zero sequence current extracted by VMD in the first 1/4 cycle, and combined with the first half-wave polarity of zero sequence current, a synthetic feature matrix is constructed to characterize the fault characteristics of transient zero-sequence current. The fault lines are identified by genetic simulated annealing Fuzzy C-means clustering(FCM) algorithm without threshold setting. Using RTDS/ RSCAD to build a 10kV distribution network system model, different fault conditions are simulated and tested. The results show that the method can achieve accurate and reliable line selection for the possible influencing factors in engineering practice. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). Fast and accurate extraction of segmented images of coal-rock interfaces is one of the most important technologies to realize intelligent operation of comprehensive mining face. In this paper, we propose a multi-mechanism fusion U2Net model for recognizing coal-rock interfaces with complex backgrounds and diverse morphologies. We construct the basic network module by replacing the ordinary convolution in RSU with depth-divisible convolution and expansion convolution;add the coordinate attention mechanism in the last layer of the sampling stage of the improved RSU module to construct a new residual structure;and combine this residual structure with the U2Net model to construct a new U2Net model to realize the automatic learning of segmented images of coal-rock interfaces. Among them, the expansion convolution can obtain a larger sensory field without reducing the resolution;the depth separable convolution helps to simplify the model;the coordinate attention mechanism can suppress the interference of each residual block in the encoding and decoding process, and improve the model performance at a small cost. Compared with the semantic segmentation models commonly used in deep learning, this method improves the accuracy of extracting features from different stages of coal rock images, reduces the model training cost, accelerates the convergence speed of the model, and improves the model's anti-interference. Experiments were conducted to compare U2Net-CA-DC with four semantic segmentation networks (FCN, SegNet, UNet, and U2Net) to verify the effectiveness of the improved model. The accuracy of the method is 95.31% and the mIOU is 93.46% on real coal rock image datasets collected from actual underground wells. The experimental results show that the method provides a new solution for coal rock image segmentation detection and can provide data support for coal rock image segmentation. © 2023 IEEE.

During the operation of high voltage (HV) motor, the main insulation can be deteriorated and generate insulation defects. For instance, the insulation surface can be abraded due to mechanical stress. As a result, these defects, which are with poor dielectric property, become the local concentrations of electric stress. Besides, the environment around the insulation system is complicated and changeable, which changes the distribution of electrical field and electrical potential. In this paper, the finite element analysis (FEA) simulation was used to study the distribution of the electric potential, electrical field and current density of the 10kV stator windings with different abrasion thicknesses at different temperatures. The simulation results show that the more severe the insulation abrasion, the higher the electric field strength and current density in the copper conductor. The higher the ambient temperature, the higher the electric field strength and the lower the current density in the copper conductor. When the insulating material at the junction of the semi-conductive coating and the graded stress coating is abraded 1.56 mm at the temperature of 120°c, the current density and electric field strength in the copper conductor will suddenly increase. Besides, this paper also studies the propagation behavior of the current pulse signal after it is injected into the insulation defect of the winding. The simulation results show that the charge, the field intensity and the current density are all attenuate with the propagation of the signal. © 2023 IEEE.

A low profile, gain enhanced printed monopole antenna loaded with artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) is presented. In this work, an AMC structure with wide bandwidth is proposed as the reflector of printed antenna for the purpose of electrical performance improved. The AMC surface is employed as the ground plane of the proposed antenna instead of the perfect electric conductor (PEC) ground plane in the traditional antenna. By loading the AMC structure as reflector, the radiation performance of the printed monopole antenna is enhanced. The impedance bandwidth of the proposed antenna is in the frequency range of 5.01-8.96 GHz (S11<-10 dB) with the size of $\mathbf{30}\mathbf{mm} \ast\mathbf{30}\mathbf{mm} \ast\mathbf{6}\mathbf{mm}$ , which the height is about $\mathbf{0.01}\boldsymbol{\lambda}$ at 6 GHz. The relative impedance bandwidth of the proposed antenna can achieve 56.55%, in addition, the gain in the frequency bandwidth range have an average increase of 4dB. Finally, the actual product of antenna and measured results is provided, which are consistent with the simulated results.
