Clinical decision support is a probabilistic and quantitative method learning used for problem modeling in situations of ***,mathematical methods such as probability learning and statistical analysis is increasingly used in the medical field to assure the accuracy of the diagnoses and optimize the *** study describes the design and implementation of an improved weighted Na?ve Bayes classifier based on the idea that there is a certain level of dependency between *** the coronary artery disease,clinical data and patients' medical records were used to train the improved Na?ve Bayes classifier to compute the possible disease manifestations,the priori probability and the posterior probability and to carry out the disease ***,we were able to improve the precision of the improved weighted Na?ve Bayes classifier to 79%(increase of 12% compared to Na?ve Bayes).The suitability of the improved Na?ve Bayes classifiers for carrying out diagnosis allows them to be utilized to distinguish syndromes and signs based on unobserved evidence.

In-memory key-value store KV-store is a crucial building block for many systems including large-scale web services and databases. Recent research works pay close attention to data availab.lity of in-memory KV-store. Replication is a common solution to achieve data availab.lity, but the significant memory consumption makes it not applicable for memoryintensive applications. Integrating erasure coding into inmemory KV-store is an emerging approach to achieve memory efficiency. However, traditional in-place update mechanism of erasure coding incurs significant bandwidth cost for writeintensive workload due to frequent broadcast of data update. In this paper, we build BCStore, a bandwidth-efficient inmemory KV-store with erasure coding. We propose a novel batch coding mechanism to optimize the bandwidth cost, and verify its feasibility and efficiency through theoretical analysis. To recycle the memory space due to delete and update operations, we design an efficient move-based garbage collection (GC) mechanism with a novel data layout called virtual coding stripe. Besides, BCStore guarantees consistent data read and write under these new designs, and supports fast online data recovery. We evaluate the performance of BCStore under various workloads. Experimental results show that BCStore can save up to 41% memory compared with replication, and achieve up to 2.4x throughput improvement and 51% bandwidth saving compared to erasure coding with in-place update. © 33rd International Conference on Massive Storage Systems and technology, MSST 2017. Medical synonym identification has been an important part of medical natural language processing(NLP).However,in the field of Chinese medical synonym identification,there are problems like low precision and low recall *** solve the problem,in this paper,we propose a method for identifying Chinese medical *** first selected 13 features including Chinese and English *** we studied the synonym identification results of each feature alone and different combinations of the *** the comparison among identification results,we present an optimal combination of features for Chinese medical synonym *** show that our selected features have achieved 97.37% precision rate,96.00% recall rate and 97.33% F1 score.

Single-relation factoid question answering (QA) is strongly supported by rich sources of facts from knowledge bases (KB). However, there are many irrelevant information in questions and overwhelming number of facts in knowledge bases, making it difficult to capture goal entity and relation involved in a question. In order to settle these issues, firstly, a state-of-the-art sequence tagging model (BiLSTM-CRF) is adopted to detect the entity mention in a question. Then, we propose a n-gram match (NGM) algorithm with Chinese-specific rules and an attention-based siamese bidirectional long-short term memory (ASBLSTM) model to measure the lexical and semantic similarity between questions and candidate facts. Our whole method requires no hand-crafted template or feature engineering. In addition, character-level models are proved to be effective in solving the out of vocabulary (OOV) issue and improving the accuracy in Chinese KBQA task. Experiment results show that our system outperforms the best system with deep learning models in the KBQA share task of the Conference on Natural Language Processing and Chinese computing (NLPCC) 2016 and our system achieves an AverageF1 measure of 80.97% and 37.18% on test dataset in NLPCC 2016 and 2017 respectively. © 2017 IEEE.

Automatic keyphrase extraction aims to pick out a set of terms as a representation of a document without manual assignment efforts. Supervised and unsupervised graph-based ranking methods have been studied for this task. However, previous methods usually computed importance scores of words under the assumption of single relation between words. In this work, we propose WordTopic-MultiRank as a new method for keyphrase extraction, based on the idea that words relate with each other via multiple relations. First we treat various latent topics in documents as heterogeneous relations between words and construct a multi-relational word network. Then, a novel ranking algorithm, named Biased-MultiRank, is applied to score the importance of words and topics simultaneously, as words and topics are considered to have mutual influence on each other. Experimental results on two different data sets show the outstanding performance and robustness of our proposed approach in automatic keyphrase extraction task. © IJCNLP *** right reserved.

In order to ensure high quality of service (QoS) for Next Generation Network (NGN), we construct an innovative Load-Balanced Multipath Self-routing Switching Structure which consists of the same two multipath self-routing fabrics. The result of simulation is inspiring for achieving 100% throughput and no delay or jitter. For this reason, we start on the implementation on an Altera StratixIV FPGA. And the whole FPGA system is designed into two collab.rative components: the UDP system and the register system. With two algorithms around input and output two stages, incoming traffic is transformed into uniformity and then to their final destinations. During the later period debugging, software simulation platform and automated test platform are built, which contribute to our work very much. At last, we carry out several experiments to test and verify our system. The report of the test result accords with what we expected.

The method of network coding has been proven a promising solution to fanin conflict problems (traffic flows conflicting at input ports) in multicast switches in previous work. However, this approach is inefficient when applied to frame-based switches because of over-splitting with conventional algorithms. These algorithms do not support the benefits of network coding to be fully realized when ignoring the impact of fanout splitting. In this paper, we employ a self-defined weight for the Maximum Weight Matching (MWM) scheme for multicast switches. The corresponding scheduling algorithm avoids over-splitting to any traffic flow. The so-called Coding-Driven scheduling algorithm can remarkably decrease the minimum time slots required for scheduling, therefore improve the efficiency of network coding method in multicast switches as showed in the empirical results. © 2011 IEEE.

Full virtualization is vastly applied in desktop virtualization. Although hardware-assisted virtualization greatly improves the performance, the interactive performance is still a bottleneck for full virtualization. Interactive performance is mainly influenced by I/O devices. In one hand, I/O devices are slow device. In another hand, they are often shared by multiple virtual machines through simulation. Our study focuses on the interactive performance optimization, and can mainly be classified into three categories: (1) Targeting multi-core system, we investigate virtual machine deployment to ensure stable performance of the whole system and individual virtual machine. (2) Dynamically adjust the resource among virtual machines based on the individual machine's interactive behavior. (3) Optimize the I/O request scheduler in term of the virtualization implementation. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.

Cache sharing among multiple computing units on chip is common in today's multi-core processors, and a lot of research has focused on the effective management of shared cache. A software management method called page coloring is commonly used to divide the cache among different applications competing for the same cache entries. Both static and dynamic cache partition mechanism have been implemented in operating system or user-space level. However, few efforts have been made under virtualization environments. Our previous work has provided a static cache partition method based on page coloring in Xen, following that, a dynamic cache partition mechanism called Colored Page Migration (CoPaM) is presented in this paper. © 2012 IEEE.

Location-based services are increasingly popular. Smart devices embedded with GPS receiver are widely used in vehicle tracking, law enforcement and person monitoring. To provide real-time data collecting and analyzing, a backend server is necessary. A mobile app can work as a user client for accessing location data and remote control. In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of a system providing real-time positioning and tracking service. Our system consists of three parts: tracking device, backend server and mobile app. Our tracking device integrates GPS module, GSM/GPRS module and TCP/IP stack, capable of generating location data, establishing TCP connection and receiving SMS. Location data are transmitted over TCP connection from device to our backend server. The server is responsible for collecting and storing data. The server also provides an HTTP-based RESTful API for mobile app and web service. A mobile app is built for displaying data and controlling device remotely. Data accessing is via calling REST API and remote control is sent to device by SMS. Our device is compact in volume, accurate in positioning, and long in battery life. Our device has been integrated in a walking stick as a real-world product.
