Distinct life history strategies of rhizosphere bacterial communities were established using the dilution-to-extinction approach. The life history strategies of rhizosphere bacterial communities influenced wheat growth during drought stress. Bacterial life history strategies exhibited a significant impact on community assembly in rhizosphere. A shift in rhizosphere bacterial life history strategies towards copiotrophy resulted in stable networks. The metabolic complexity of microorganisms can be simplified by classifying them into r-strategists and K-strategists. However, their associations with plant growth during drought remain largely unclear. Herein, we used the ribosomal RNA gene operon (rrn) copy number to characterize bacterial life-history strategies, with increased rrn copy numbers suggesting a shift from K- to r-strategies. We generated a series of bacterial communities with increased rrn copy numbers in rhizosphere. Drought decreased rhizosphere bacterial rrn copy numbers, rather than in root, indicating a prevalence of K-strategies during drought stress in rhizosphere. The rrn copy numbers of rhizosphere communities were negatively related to wheat growth during drought, while no significant associations were observed in control treatment. Rhizosphere bacterial communities with higher rrn copy numbers exhibited less community dissimilarity and tended to be more stable. Moreover, the abundance of most predicted functions decreased with rrn copy numbers in drought-stressed rhizosphere. Co-occurrence network analysis indicated that increased rrn copy numbers in rhizosphere community improved the proportion of negative to positive cohesion, implying more stable networks. Our findings bring up innovative knowledge about the relationships between microbial life-history strategies, communities and plant growth, and highlights the importance of plant-microorganism interactions for plant growth during stress. Citrus canker caused by Xanthomonas citri ***（Xcc） is an important disease on Citrus and *** a quarantine pest in China,Xcc was often detected and intercepted from the fruits and seedlings of Rutaceae plants in *** this study,94 Xcc strains and DNA samples collected from different countries and areas were used to explore genetic diversity and population differentiation analysis by multilocus sequence typing（MLST） *** on the whole genome sequence of Xanthomonas citri *** strain 306,seven housekeeping genes were screened for MLST *** total 94 Xcc strains were divided into 19 sequence types（STs）,which was suggested abundant genetic diversityand strains ’ geographical characteristic in *** Enhanced Based upon Related Sequence Types（eBURST） and Unweighted Pair-Group Method with Arithmetic means（UPGMA） analysis,the strains were classified into two clone complexes（CCs）.All strains from different provinces of China were classified in CC1,suggesting a common origin of these ***,the division of STs did not show significant host correlation.

Bamboo long-horned beetle, Chlorophorus annularis, widely spread in China and other Asian countries, attacking live or postharvest bamboo articles is concerned by international bamboo articles trade. With the limitation of methyl bromide in Quarantine Pre-Shipment（QPS）, a stable, safe and environment friendly quarantine treatment method is surfed as an alternative for methyl bromide fumigation. The thermotolerance of different larvae at forced hot air was 1<2<3<4<5. The mortality of the 3, 4 and 5 instar larvae was 73.08%, 74% and 57.78% at 50℃ respectively. The 5 th instar was the most thermotolerance stage at 48℃ and 50℃. A series of vapor heat treatment tests was conducted at 15 kPa, 30 kPa, 50 kPa, 70 kPa, 90 kPa and 100 kPa at 40℃, 44℃, 48℃, 52℃ and 56℃ for 15 minutes for bamboo poles infested with C. annularis. Larvae（4910）, pupae（123） and adults（79） in total of individual of C. annularis were used in this study. Two schedule of low pressure vapor heat treatment, 48℃, 50 kPa, 15 min and 52℃, 100 kPa, 15 min is recommended as phytosanitary measure for bamboo article and bamboo borer. 473 larvae was treated at 48 ℃,50 kPa for 15 min in low pressure vapor heat test and the large-scale confirmatory test, 1 larva was found alive and the mortality is 99.7886%.418 larvae at 52 ℃ and 100 kPa for 15 min was 100% mortality. Low pressure can improve the efficacy and speed up the treatment process. The vapor heat treatment combined with low pressure should be one of the alternatives phytosanitary measure for bamboo articles.

The Bactrocera dorsalis complex includes many species of agricultural pests,among which *** s.s.,***,*** and ***(generally included in *** s.l.),and *** group apparently radiated in South-East Asia,and different species expanded their range in the last few decades to include large areas in China,the Pacific and *** formal taxonomy,that regards these as independent species,their status is still controversial due to their high molecular and morphological similarity,and some authors have considered the possibility that these may in fact be geographical variants and invasive propagules of a single widely distribute *** of all five species were collected from their native range as well as invasion areas,and three sequence markers(mitochondrial COI and nuclear ITS1 and ITS2)were used to reconstruct their evolutionary history using gene as well as species trees,and focusing on the relationships among groups,demography and *** results are compatible with a single species scenario,with a pristine radiation in South-East Asia and subsequent events of diversification and colonization of new areas in Asia and Africa associated with large population ***,African *** are recovered as an integral part of *** *** are characterized by reduced population numbers,suggestive of a long range expansion with associated *** this context,*** may be better regarded as an invasive propagule of ***.

The Oriental Fruit Fly, Bactrocera dorsalis Hendel (Diptera:Tephritidae), is one of the most destructive pest insects on fruits and vegetables across South East Asia and the Pacific region. The fruit fly was first recorded in Taiwan, China in 1912, and expanded quickly to the wide region in Asia and the Pacific, which causing the economic and ecological threats.
