Currently, a large number of community integrated energy systems operate independently and lack coordination and cooperation with each other. On the whole, the complementary coupling potential between energy production and consumption has not been fully explored, which is not conducive to the efficient utilization of clean energy. To solve the above problem, this paper proposes an optimal scheduling model of community integrated energy system considering integrated demand response and carbon tax. Moreover, based on cooperative game theory, this paper adopts the Sharpley value to achieve fair and reasonable distribution of cooperation profits. The case study results indicate that the energy sharing model proposed in this article can achieve better economic benefits.

In this paper, by improving the control strategy of virtual oscillator, a non-linear model for stability analysis is established, and a solution to the circulation problem in parallel system is proposed. The external equivalent of the virtual oscillator is the RLC resonant circuit. In this paper, through digital programming, the module is established with dual characteristics of controllable current source and controllable resistor, in which non-linear control is introduced. Through the phase-locked loop to feedback the phase change of the current and voltage in the line, it eliminates the circulating current brought by the parallel operation of the inverters. In this paper, Simulink simulation is used to control the parallel operation of two inverters with the same capacity and without interconnecting multiple lines. By conducting an experiment of voltage and current stability in the case of load-mutation, and conducting an experiment of circulating current suppression in the line with inductance is carried out to verify the feasibility of the system plan.

This paper implemented a current reconstruction system based on independent component analysis and magnetic field sensors. In this paper both the normal approximation and interfered approximation of magnetic flux density generated by current carrying conductors and sensed by four magnetic sensors are presented and discussed. The output voltage of the sensor array with and without interference was calculated based on the comprehensive independent component analysis algorithm. The relative reconstruction error based on the algorithm for array output voltage are within acceptable levels for protective devices proving the feasibility of the algorithm for source reconstruction. © 2019 IEEE.

The robust stability is investigated for a class of Markovian jump system with polytopic uncertainties and mode-dependent time-varying *** the Markovian jump system,the mode of delay is different from the mode of *** appropriate parameter-dependent and mixed-mode-dependent Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed to reduce the *** on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii theory,integral inequality and reciprocally convex approach,a sufficient condition in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs) is derived,which ensures the system *** developed criterion is delay-dependent,mode-dependent as well as ***,numerical examples are provided to illustrate the less conservatism of our results.

Application study on distribution network operations management system based on smart phones

An application system of distribution network field operation and management (DNFQMS) based on smart phones and hybrid network communication technology is presented in this paper. The distribution network operation and maintenance management as an important part of the security of electricity supply is required to have high efficiency and reliability. In order to overcome the low efficiency and less standardized problems in traditional distribution network operation and maintenance, the novel DNFQMS proposed employs smart phones equipped with windows mobile operation system and mobile communication with general packet radio service (GPRS), then utilizes Internet to constructive web servers and mobile clients information system. The first step is to develop smart phones application software, which uses C# language to implement the field operations data real-time collection and process. The second step is web server design which has the ability to handle multimedia information and global position system (GPS) information. Finally, the E-sheet, multimedia and GPS data transmission technology are described in detail. Furthermore, the system performance test and the user application analysis verify the validity and reliability of the proposed system in the present paper.

Robust optimization approach (ROA) is conservative in tackling the uncertainty of renewable energy (RE) in unit commitment (UC). To deal with this problem of ROA, adjustable uncertainty set (AUS) is proposed and it is a subset of the maximum uncertainty set of RE. However, there exists operational risk of load shedding and RE curtailment in the scenarios where the generation of RE exceeds the AUS. In this paper, demand response (DR) is scheduled to determine the AUS. It reduces the conservativeness of ROA and meanwhile guarantees there is no operational risk. The safe operation of UC is guaranteed in the AUS and DR is used to compensate the RE’s uncertainty when RE is out of the AUS. Through the introduction of the auxiliary constraints and variables, the original UC problem formulation is transformed to a mixed integer linear programming problem and solved by commercial solvers. The proposed method proves effective in IEEE 6-bus and 118-bus systems. Simulation results show that the proposed method reduces the operational cost of UC, and its effectiveness is improved with more participation of DR.

With a high proportion of new energy and power electronic equipment connected to the modern power system, a new type of subsynchronous oscillation (SSO) is triggered, which affects the safe and stable operation of the system. Accurate analysis and identification of the SSO source becomes the key to studying this problem. This article presents a novel method to analyze SSOs. First, multisynchrosqueezing transform is applied to the signal to get the concentrated time-frequency analysis results. Then, the ridge tracking method is utilized to identify and reconstruct the subsynchronous component signals. The method of dissipating energy flow is applied to locate the source and sink of the SSO in the subsynchronous component signals. The performances of the proposed method are verified using electromagnetic transient simulations in a three-wind farms system and a modified IEEE 10-generator 39-bus New England power system. © 1972-2012 IEEE.

In view of the current high rate of abandoned wind, photovoltaic power generation costs and wind-fire bundling mode, in the active power control of the wind of low load operation of motor fluctuations in the fire team leader, the subject in the study of wind power, photovoltaic power generation, power, battery energy storage based on the load response characteristic, design the scheduler, a wind and photovoltaic power plant active power scheduling for equipment, allocation of plant-level optimal load distribution system of the thermal power plant joint scheduling, in order to improve the stability of output of new energy, reduce the energy consumption of the whole network. At the same time, the wind and photovoltaic power plant energy storage system and wind farm output coordination problem is equivalent to a mixed integer programming problem to be solved, to simultaneously determine fans and solar panels and bear the load rate;for thermal power plant load distribution optimization design of the minimum unit involved in strategy reduces the effect of variable load, variable load on set pressure and high temperature parts life. Circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFBB) is a distributed parameter, nonlinear, time-varying and multivariate coupling system. Considering these, the core identity of Rough Set and the theory of self-organizing neural fuzzy inference system is applied to the control system of CFBB. An ${H_\infty }$ Load Frequency control Scheme for Multi-area power system Under Cyber-Attacks and Time-Varying Delays

In the power system, the application of the signals transmitted from the sensors to the controller can significantly improve the dynamic performance. However, cyber-attacks and time delays exist widely in the communication network, which has a considerable effect on stability, operation, and control. In this paper, an ${{\boldsymbol{H}}_\infty }$ load frequency control (LFC) scheme for multi-area power systems under cyber-attacks and time-varying delays is investigated. First, false data injection attacks (FDIA), as well as denial of service (DoS) attacks, are viewed as two typical cyber-attacks and introduced into the multi-area power system. Then, the state-space equations of the LFC power system under these two attacks and time-varying delays are analyzed and modeled. Furthermore, by using Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality (LMI) method, an ${{\boldsymbol{H}}_\infty }$ LFC scheme for attacked and delayed power systems is developed. The purpose of the proposed controller is to guarantee the closed-loop system exponentially mean-square stable with prescribed ${{\boldsymbol{H}}_\infty }$ performance. Finally, a three-area LFC system is employed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism. The simulation results verified that the control performance of an attacked and delayed system can be improved significantly via the designed controller.
