Scuba diving is a common aquatic leisure sport that many individuals enjoy in the sea. With the increasing number of people participating, there is a corresponding rise in related incidents and accidents. Typically, such events are caused by inadequate user proficiency with equipment, sudden onset of physical symptoms, failure to respond to external obstacles, and equipment malfunctions. As interest in scuba diving grows, the development of diver safety equipment that enhances convenience and usability through the interaction between divers and equipment is crucial, not only to assist underwater activities but also to preemptively prevent accidents. This paper explores the analysis of divers' physiological conditions and diver equipment evaluation criteria. Building upon this, it proposes a HRI(Human-Robot Interaction) evaluation system to facilitate the research and development of safety equipment for secure scuba diving operations.

Carbon and nitrogen are central elements in global biogeochemical cycles. To effectively manage carbon and nitrogen in China, we developed a comprehensive model for quantifying their fluxes, investigating their interplay across 16 human and natural subsystems. Between 1980 and 2020, nitrogen losses in China increased 2.3-fold and carbon emissions surged 6.5-fold. Integrated carbon and nitrogen management holds the potential for a 74% reduction in nitrogen losses to air and water and a 91% decrease in carbon emissions to the atmosphere by 2060. Compared with separate control of carbon or nitrogen, integrated management delivers an additional reduction of 1.8 million tons of nitrogen and 26.5 million tons of carbon by 2060, bringing out a 37% decrease in unit abatement cost and a net societal benefit of 1384 billion USD.

Silicone rubber (SIR) has been widely used in the insulation of cable accessories due to its excellent performance. In this paper, pure SIR and nano $\boldsymbol{\text{Al}_2 \mathrm{O}_3 / \text{SIR}}$ composites are thermally aged for 0–80 days at $\boldsymbol{200^{\circ} \mathrm{C}}$ . The effects of long-term thermal aging on the space charge transport are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of thermal aging time, the accumulation of heteropolar charge of pure SIR and nano $\boldsymbol{\text{Al}_{2}\mathrm{O}_{3}/\text{SIR}}$ composites gradually decreases and changes to the accumulation of homopolar charge. Compared with pure SIR, the space charge accumulation of $\boldsymbol{\text{Al}_{2}\mathrm{O}_{3}/\text{SIR}}$ composites decreases significantly and changes little with the increase of thermal aging time. It is believed that when doped nano $\boldsymbol{\text{Al}_{2}\mathrm{O}_{3}}$ in SIR, the increase of carrier mobility and the introduction of metal oxides reacting with fallen free radicals to form stable compounds both lead to less space charge accumulation of $\boldsymbol{\text{Al}_{2}\mathrm{O}_{3}/\text{SIR}}$ composites.

The paper focuses on the role of version redundancy, which increases with the expansion of critical applications and the tightening of their functional safety requirements. International standards governing these requirements have already fixed the importance of version redundancy to counter common cause failures in safety-related systems. The problem of hidden faults inherent in these systems is equally acute, undermining confidence in the fault tolerance of circuit solutions important for functional safety. We suggest that this problem be seen as a growth problem where the system rises to the level of diversification in modes of operation by dividing them into normal and emergency and checkability circuits, but components continue to be stamped at a lower level of replication. Then the solution to the problem is to raise the components to the level of the system by developing their version redundancy. We demonstrate this development for FPGA components with LUT-oriented architecture and offer a method to improve the FPGA-ready project by natural version redundancy of its program code. The method generates a set of program code versions and selects versions that improve the checkability of circuits with respect to constant faults and the trustworthiness of results, respectively, in normal and emergency mode to reduce a set of hidden faults. The method is illustrated by an iterative array multiplier implemented in an FPGA project. Versions are generated, evaluated, and selected using the program developed for this.

The paper deals with the development of the method of activity and the realization of the intelligent agent (IA) for semantic analysis of the natural language software requirements. This IA performs the analysis of the requirements, determines the number and percentage of missing indicators for determining the metrics of complexity and quality of software, displays which indicators are missing for each metric, and also forms the real ontology of the domain "Software Engineering" (part "Quality and complexity of software. Metric analysis"). During an experiment, which is conducted with the help of the realized IA, the semantic analysis of requirements for the Internet of Things (IoT)-system was performed. Such analysis provides an increase of the volume and ensures of the sufficiency of metric information in the software requirements, which, in turn, provides an improvement in the quality of the software of IoT-system.
