This paper introduces a new method for traffic anomaly identification within the Faster R-CNN framework by combining the DenseNet module with the region proposals (RPs) processing block. The suggested approach seeks to improve feature extraction and RP creation in aerial imagery or CCTV frames to get beyond the drawbacks of the current methods. Discriminative features are extracted through DenseNet, and the RPs block makes it easier to provide a wide range of accurate and varied area proposals. Contrast correction techniques are applied to overcome the difficulties presented by low-resolution and low-contrast images frequently seen in surveillance scenarios. Comparing experimental results to state-of-the-art techniques, one can observe notable resilience and detection accuracy increases. The suggested method works exceptionally well in various traffic scenarios and environmental circumstances, indicating its potential for practical implementation in traffic surveillance systems. Overall, the study contributes to advancing the efficacy and reliability of anomaly detection in urban traffic environments. © 2024 SPIE.

Advancing Smart Sensor Networks and Carbon-Based Biosensors Through Artificial Intelligence: A Deep Learning Approach to Optoelectronic Device Innovation

This research proposes a novel artificial decision-marking framework suitable for modern smart sensor networks and carbon-based biosensor systems which deals with uncertainty and the peculiarity of the data. To achieve the goals, the approach relies on the optoelectronic properties of carbon nanomaterials and already combines AI and deep learning. This raises the level of sensing, real-time data fusion, and adaptive decision-making within the environment to unprecedented levels. To enhance sensor evaluation in sensor manufacturing, we take a step further and implement Dombi Interval Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets (D-IVIFs) and work with Dombi Interval Valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Dombi Bonferroni Mean (D-IVIFDBM) for hierarchical decision-making. Moreover, two Multi-Attribute Group Decision Making (MAGDM) methods IVIFWDBM and IVIFWDGBM are developed for expert evaluation aggregation in selection tasks of different criteria to enhance selection accuracy. These experiments did demonstrate improvements in decision accuracy as well as better overall performance than conventional models of comparison. The numerical experiments showed that these methods are more effective than traditional MAGDM models. Introducing such an advanced decision framework in deep learning systems enables improved adaptability, security, and resilience in next-generation sensor networks and biosensor devices. The new paradigm enables real-time signal interpretation and adaptive learning and provides effective solutions in harsh environments where severe fluctuations are common. This study assists in addressing the discrepancy between conceptual decision models and actual physical achievements in smart sensing, which will foster the development of more sophisticated and efficient optoelectronic devices. © 2013 IEEE.

This study focuses on transmitting data utilizing medical sensors that are vital for patients in hospitals and other settings. In this situation, Light Fidelity refers to transmitting medical sensor data or other data comprising the Transmitter (Tx) and the Receiver (Rx). If the Light Fidelity Principle is used, the Transmitter transmits LEDs or light to the Receiver. At the same time, the Receiver contains a receiver or light detection component known as the Light Dependent Resistor (LDR);using programming and this basic working principle, data can be sent from the LED Transmitter to the LDR Receiver using C++ Programming and its Library to send Medical sensor data. Sensors can include pulse sensors, like in prior research, and additional sensors such as SPO2 or blood pressure sensors. For medical data, a modest bit rate is sufficient, but LiFi applications can be created in such a way that they can be hybridized with WiFi and other RF devices such as LoRa and the Internet of Things. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years, the rapid development of medical imaging technology has brought medical image analysis into the era of big data. CT imaging technology is one of the most common imaging methods for disease screening. This paper introduces medical image analysis of lung tumor diagnosis based on Generalized fuzzy c - means clustering algorithm was proposed. Brief introduce lung CT imaging to diagnose lung tumors requires a huge workload, which is often accompanied by long-term image reading and subjective evaluation. The experimental data comes from 15 patient samples which include two groups of samples are selected as test objects. The result shows the positive rate is high, resulting in misdiagnosis. In addition, great success of deep learning technology in the field of computer vision has made it possible to realize computer-aided diagnosis and screening of lung cancer. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

End-user feedback in social media platforms, particularly in the app stores, is increasing exponentially with each passing day. software researchers and vendors started to mine end-user feedback by proposing text analytics methods and tools to extract useful information for software evolution and maintenance. In addition, research shows that positive feedback and high-star app ratings attract more users and increase downloads. However, it emerged in the fake review market, where software vendors started incorporating fake reviews against their corresponding applications to improve overall software ratings. For this purpose, we conducted an exploratory study to understand how end-users register and write fake reviews in the Google Play Store. We curated a research data set containing 68,000 end-user comments from the Google Play Store and a fake review generator, that is, the Testimonial generator (TG). Its purpose is to understand fake reviews on these platforms and identify the common patterns potential end-users and professionals use to report fake reviews by critically analyzing the end-user feedback. We conducted a detailed survey at the University of science and Technology Bannu, Pakistan, to identify the intelligence and accuracy of crowd-users in manually identifying fake reviews. In addition, we developed a ground truth to be compared with the results obtained from the automated machine and deep learning (M&DL) classifier experiment. In the survey, 512 end-users participated and recorded their responses in identifying fake reviews. Finally, various M&DL classifiers are employed to classify and identify end-user reviews into real and fake to automate the process. Unlike humans, the M&DL classifiers performed well in automatically classifying reviews into real and fake by obtaining much higher accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measures.
