Learning disabilties are frequently overlooked while treating various limitations. The primary causes for such a dropout might be a lack of awareness of the risks and access to adequate medical care. Because Learning Disabilities are neurological illnesses, their etiology is unknown. Learning Disabilities do not have a therapy or a cure. Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia are the most common types of Learning Dis-abilities among school children. There are numerous approaches for diagnosing and treating this ailment available today. The optimal method is to make use of a mobile application. Existing applications either do not adequately handle the problem or have minor limitations in terms of meeting genuine expectations. We can mitigate this dysfunction by utilizing mobile and simulation-based technologies. Furthermore, earlier research has not given contact and curiosity among children a significant emphasis and children have not interacted with robots. Therefore, this paper, introduces interactive and collaborative mobile appli-cation called 'Helply' with a robotic based simulation that may foster learning and help children improve and encour-age Color identification skills, Reading skills and Short-term memory skills the learning process while reducing their other dyslexic disorders. Also, NAO Robot is used to taking inputs as voice clip using voice recognition technology and images using image processing technology which embedded in NAO robot. We constructed three models for three distinct disorders and obtained accurate findings. CNN model for colour disorder had a training accuracy of 93%, FFNN model for short-term memory disorder had a training accuracy of 98%, and CNN model for reading disorder had a training accuracy of 94%. © 2022 IEEE.

:Social media data are rapidly increasing and constitute a source of user opinions and tips on a wide range of products and *** increasing availability of such big data on biased reviews and blogs creates challenges for customers and businesses in reviewing all content in their decision-making *** overcome this challenge,extracting suggestions from opinionated text is a possible *** this study,the characteristics of suggestions are analyzed and a suggestion mining extraction process is presented for classifying suggestive sentences from online customers’reviews.A classification using a word-embedding approach is used via the XGBoost *** two datasets used in this experiment relate to online hotel reviews and Microsoft Windows App Studio discussion reviews.F1,precision,recall,and accuracy scores are *** results demonstrated that the XGBoost classifier outperforms—with an accuracy of more than 80%.Moreover,the results revealed that suggestion keywords and phrases are the predominant features for suggestion ***,this study contributes to knowledge and practice by comparing feature extraction classifiers and identifying XGBoost as a better suggestion mining process for identifying online reviews.

The objective of this study is to develop an exams item bank management system on the internet. The exam item analysis system is used to determine the reliability of the exams using K-R 20 and K-R 21 formulas. The difficulty and power of discrimination values are determined using a choice analysis and percentages of high and lower groups technique. The create exams set system can be performed randomly or identified through the difficulty level. The examination can be performed online and the exam results can be immediately announced. The grading system is used to support the decision-making to evaluate learning achievement. The system's accuracy was tested and found to be accurate compared with the hand calculation results. The system was tested with a sample group and satisfaction was assessed through questionnaires. The satisfaction of teachers and students was highest, while that of administrators was high. The developed exams item bank management system operates as a web application with a security system for supporting in learning activity. © 2023 IEEE.

The development of Decision Support systems (DSS) for several companies operating in sectors such as tourism, healthcare, or others, presents significant challenges due to the nature of their multi-component architecture. A typical DSS consists of a data component, a model component incorporating machine learning and deep learning techniques, and a user interface component, each one requires diverse technologies. This complexity increases development time and effort, hindering the efficient design of DSS tailored to specific domains like tourism, where real-time decision-making is essential. One promising approach to overcome these challenges is the use of Domain-Specific Languages (DSLs). DSLs allow developers to model and generate code more efficiently by providing high-level abstractions suited to the domain. By leveraging DSLs, it is possible to simplify the design process and automate the generation of code or parts of the DSS, thereby reducing the overall complexity and time required for development. This paper proposes a metamodel for designing DSS, specifically for the Smart Tourism sector. The metamodel serves as a foundation for the creation of DSL. The goal is to provide a solution to facilitate the development of DSS for the demands of tourism. The paper outlines the key concepts, approach, and results, presenting the first element of the proposed DSL which is the metamodel capturing the essential components and relationships for DSS in Smart Tourism.

This paper proposes an innovative decision support system based on sentiment analysis, specifically designed for the transportation sector. The system employs an aspect-based sentiment analysis approach, which accurately identifies and classifies customer opinions on key transportation service aspects such as comfort, driver behavior, punctuality, and vehicle condition. By integrating the BERT model, known for its advanced natural language processing capabilities, our system provides an in-depth and reliable analysis of customer sentiments. This analysis enables managers and decision-makers to better understand the strengths and weaknesses of the provided transportation services and to precisely target areas that require improvement. By offering actionable insights, our approach aims to enhance the user experience, improve service quality, and increase overall customer satisfaction.

In the era of Big Data, information can be generated, extracted, and utilized in diverse ways. In business, information about business capabilities can be a crucial aspect in understanding the strengths and competencies of organizations. This information can empower stakeholders to make informed decisions regarding partnerships, acquisitions, and market positioning. Additionally, by comparing capabilities across companies and industries, organizations can identify their competitive advantages, industry trends, potential disruptions, and effective resource allocations, leading to improved strategies and better market opportunities. Traditional methods for extracting business capabilities primarily rely on keyword matching or rule-based techniques, which often fail to capture the complex relationships between words in a sentence. This paper presents a comprehensive study on extracting business capabilities using dependency parsing techniques in natural language processing (NLP) to overcome limitations of the traditional methods and improve the accuracy of business capability extraction. Dependency parsing utilizes pre-trained language models to analyze the grammatical structure of sentences, identifying the dependencies between words and capturing their relationships. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated through experiments conducted on more than 40K real-world company descriptions crawled from Wikipedia.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has emerged as a critical issue and area of research for a variety of communities, academics, and industries worldwide. Due to the lack of research in IoT and understanding the direction of IoT development in the future. This research presents bibliometric analysis and analysis of science mapping on IoT. Data was taken from the Scopus database based on Indonesian state affiliation from 2012-2020. A total of 1415 documents (Conference proceedings, journals, book series, and books) were retrieved, which were then processed online via Scopus Web and by VOSviewer software to perform advanced bibliometric analysis and science mapping analysis. The method is divided into five stages: keyword selection, initial search results, search result refinement, initial compilation, and data analysis. Scopus's list of the most frequently published and indexed articles, the most published papers are in the subject area of computer science (29.0%) with 938 documents, engineering (20.7%) with 668 documents, Physics and Astronomy (9.5%) with 308 documents. The data processed and visualized on this topic offer exploratory information about the current status and trends in the IoT scientific literature and provide insight for established and novice researchers in understanding this research topic. © 2022 IEEE.

Energy is essential to practically all exercises and is imperative for the development of personal ***,valuable energy has been in great demand for many years,especially for using smart homes and structures,as individuals quickly improve their way of life depending on current ***,there is a shortage of energy,as the energy required is higher than that *** new plans are being designed to meet the consumer’s energy *** many regions,energy utilization in the housing area is 30%–40%.The growth of smart homes has raised the requirement for intelligence in applications such as asset management,energy-efficient automation,security,and healthcare monitoring to learn about residents’actions and forecast their future *** overcome the challenges of energy consumption optimization,in this study,we apply an energy management *** fusion has recently attracted much energy efficiency in buildings,where numerous types of information are *** proposed research developed a data fusion model to predict energy consumption for accuracy and miss *** results of the proposed approach are compared with those of the previously published techniques and found that the prediction accuracy of the proposed method is 92%,which is higher than the previously published approaches.

The significant growth of Wind Power (WP) has significant challenges due to the inconsistency and uncertainty of Wind Power Generation (WPG) to ensure the power system. Solar energy and WP calculation are great ways to overcome the problem. Mainly voltage and frequency fluctuations and harmonics have a high impact on the power generation and distribution system;in any high case, the power quality of grid systems is reduced. This can be primarily solved with proper design, advanced rapid response control facilities and optimization of power systems. A new type of Multi-term Wind Energy (WE) with an IEEE 30 bus forecasting system based on digital weather forecasting and error modification methods is presented. From the Evolutionary Energy- Preserve Rate Clustering (EEPRC) Technique-based technique for the evaluates the probability ratio in Solar and wind error energy prediction, the error assessment model is proposed, which has the advantage of estimating from real wind farms and statistical Weather Forecast (WF) data and has proven to be a nominal method for improving the predictive accuracy of Multi-term WPG. The primary step of the Energy-Preserve Rate Clustering (EPRC) method is to calculate the uncertainty of real-time data with the predicted value. The computed values are helpful for the increases in Solar WPG production. The proposed wind forecasting system is utilized in the Coastal area-based energy generation. Also, it has been demonstrated that wind speed and WPG with its probability ratio have been evaluated with the EEPRC-based forecasting method, especially for its powerful predictive capability for the complex properties of the controller function. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
