Energy is essential to practically all exercises and is imperative for the development of personal ***,valuable energy has been in great demand for many years,especially for using smart homes and structures,as individuals quickly improve their way of life depending on current ***,there is a shortage of energy,as the energy required is higher than that *** new plans are being designed to meet the consumer’s energy *** many regions,energy utilization in the housing area is 30%–40%.The growth of smart homes has raised the requirement for intelligence in applications such as asset management,energy-efficient automation,security,and healthcare monitoring to learn about residents’actions and forecast their future *** overcome the challenges of energy consumption optimization,in this study,we apply an energy management *** fusion has recently attracted much energy efficiency in buildings,where numerous types of information are *** proposed research developed a data fusion model to predict energy consumption for accuracy and miss *** results of the proposed approach are compared with those of the previously published techniques and found that the prediction accuracy of the proposed method is 92%,which is higher than the previously published approaches.

The significant growth of Wind Power (WP) has significant challenges due to the inconsistency and uncertainty of Wind Power Generation (WPG) to ensure the power system. Solar energy and WP calculation are great ways to overcome the problem. Mainly voltage and frequency fluctuations and harmonics have a high impact on the power generation and distribution system;in any high case, the power quality of grid systems is reduced. This can be primarily solved with proper design, advanced rapid response control facilities and optimization of power systems. A new type of Multi-term Wind Energy (WE) with an IEEE 30 bus forecasting system based on digital weather forecasting and error modification methods is presented. From the Evolutionary Energy- Preserve Rate Clustering (EEPRC) Technique-based technique for the evaluates the probability ratio in Solar and wind error energy prediction, the error assessment model is proposed, which has the advantage of estimating from real wind farms and statistical Weather Forecast (WF) data and has proven to be a nominal method for improving the predictive accuracy of Multi-term WPG. The primary step of the Energy-Preserve Rate Clustering (EPRC) method is to calculate the uncertainty of real-time data with the predicted value. The computed values are helpful for the increases in Solar WPG production. The proposed wind forecasting system is utilized in the Coastal area-based energy generation. Also, it has been demonstrated that wind speed and WPG with its probability ratio have been evaluated with the EEPRC-based forecasting method, especially for its powerful predictive capability for the complex properties of the controller function. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The immune system plays a crucial role in defending the body against diseases, making it vital to develop models that can accurately predict immune system strength. This study presents an Enhanced Deep Learning Strategy (EDLS) designed to predict immune system strength based on immune-related biomarkers such as White Blood Cell (WBC) count and Immunoglobulins. A dataset consisting of 23,654 records with 12 features was collected from clinical sources. The data underwent comprehensive preprocessing, including noise reduction using a Median Filter, feature selection with Random Forest, and data fusion using Kalman Filters. The EDLS model integrates AutoEncoder for dimensionality reduction and Cascaded Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) for capturing temporal dependencies. The proposed model outperforms nine traditional and advanced machine learning models, including Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), with an accuracy of 94.72%. Evaluation metrics such as Precision (92.01%), Recall (93.77%), and F1-Score (92.88%) highlight the model's effectiveness in predicting immune system strength. Feature importance analysis reveals that WBC count and Immunoglobulins are the most influential predictors. This study demonstrates the potential of EDLS for enhancing immune strength prediction, which can have significant implications for personalized healthcare and disease prevention. © 2024 IEEE.

Breast cancer is the second leading cause of mortality among women worldwide, highlighting the need for efficient histopathology-based screening methods for early diagnosis. This study introduces HistoDX, a deep learning framework to classify Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (IDC) using 277,524 histopathology image patches (50x50 pixels) from Paul Mooney's IDC dataset on Kaggle, comprising No Cancer and IDC(+) classes. HistoDX employs a preprocessing pipeline with normalization, data augmentation, and class balancing via oversampling and weighted loss to address the class imbalance. A customized convolutional neural network, built on EfficientNetV2-B3 with additional layers, achieves 97% accuracy and a 0.91 ROC-AUC score on the test set. Validation on BreakHis (97% accuracy) and BACH (90% accuracy) datasets confirm generalizability, though detecting minority IDC(+) cases remains challenging. Low training and test losses underscore reliability. HistoDX empowers pathologists by enhancing diagnostic efficiency and minimizing subjectivity through effective class imbalance mitigation. Its robust performance across diverse datasets like BreakHis and BACH suggests readiness for clinical integration. Future research into advanced augmentation techniques, ensemble models, and whole-slide image analysis could further optimize accuracy, sensitivity, and scalability, paving the way for broader adoption in precision oncology. © 2013 IEEE.

Currently, cloud computing service providers face big challenges in predicting large-scale workload and resource usage time series. Due to the difficulty in capturing nonlinear features, traditional forecasting methods usually fail to achieve high prediction performance for resource usage and workload sequences. Besides, there is much noise in original time series of resources and workloads. If these time series are not de-noised by smoothing algorithms, the prediction results can fail to meet the providers' requirements. To do so, this work proposes a hybrid prediction model named VAMBiG that integrates Variational mode decomposition, an Adaptive Savitzky-Golay (SG) filter, a Multi-head attention mechanism, Bidirectional and Grid versions of Long and Short Term Memory (LSTM) networks. VAMBiG adopts a signal decomposition method named variational mode decomposition to decompose complex and non-linear original time series into low-frequency intrinsic mode functions. Then, it adopts an adaptive SG filter as a data pre-processing tool to eliminate noise and extreme points in such functions. Afterwards, it adopts bidirectional and grid LSTM networks to capture bidirectional features and dimension ones, respectively. Finally, it adopts a multi-head attention mechanism to explore importance of different data dimensions. VAMBiG aims to predict resource usage and workloads in highly variable traces in clouds. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that it achieves higher-Accuracy prediction than several advanced prediction approaches with datasets from Google and Alibaba cluster traces. © 2016 IEEE.

The rapid growth of electronic commerce (e-commerce) has revolutionized the global business landscape, transforming the way consumers and businesses interact, purchase, and sell goods and services. However, this sector faces a myriad of challenges that impede its sustainable growth and development. This research paper critically examines the current problems encountered by the electronic commerce sector and proposes viable solutions to address these issues. The study identifies three major problem areas affecting the sector: (1) Security and Privacy Concerns, (2) Logistics and Supply Chain Bottlenecks, and (3) Customer Experience and Trust. Regarding security and privacy, the proliferation of cyber-attacks, data breaches, and identity theft has eroded consumer confidence, hindering e-commerce adoption. The paper aims to investigate the latest technologies and best practices, such as blockchain, advanced encryption techniques, and robust authentication methods, to fortify e-commerce platforms against cyber threats and safeguard user data. The second problem area, logistics and supply chain bottleneck, poses challenges related to order fulfilment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery. Through an in-depth analysis, the research proposes innovative approaches like utilizing machine learning algorithms for predictive inventory management, integrating Internet of Things (IoT) devices for real-time tracking, and exploring drone and autonomous vehicle deliveries to enhance overall logistics efficiency. The third issue addressed in this paper pertains to customer experience and trust. The inability to tangibly experience products before purchase, coupled with ambiguous return policies, often deters potential customers from engaging in e-commerce transactions. In this paper we propose an improved recipe recommendation system that employs image recognition of food ingredients. The system is currently a mobile application that performs image recognition on uploaded or camera-captured images and recommends recipes containing the recognized ingredients. We used the ResNet-V2 architecture to build a convolutional neural network model for image recognition, which was able to identify 33 different food ingredients with an accuracy rate of 89%. The recommendation system uses the identified ingredient labels, as well as user preferences and restrictions, to display a list of recipes containing the identified ingredients. This feature allows users to discover new and exciting recipes based on the ingredients they currently have at home, without having to worry about dietary restrictions or other preferences. Overall, our system provides a convenient and personalized way for users to discover and prepare delicious meals based on their unique needs and preferences.

Phishing is a cyber threat where attackers create deceptive websites or emails to exploit individuals for fraudulent purposes such as providing sensitive information like usernames, passwords, or financial details. Hence, detecting phishing emails is of paramount importance to protect sensitive information, preventing financial losses, protecting against identity theft, and maintaining trust. This study employs machine learning techniques to classify and categorize websites that are used for phishing attacks. To achieve this, we proposed a classification model for the detection of phishing domains based on classification rules. These rules were formulated based on analyzing and distributing them into three classifiers: domain name features, search engine opinion (SEO) information of the domain, and security scans by security vendors. A total of eleven classification rules were formulated which were distributed as follows: six rules for the first classifier, four rules for the second classifier, and one rule for the third classifier. Each classifier feeds its results to the main classifier, which then evaluates the received results based on its rules. Domain names from 222 confirmed phishing URLs were used to test the suggested model. The model demonstrated exceptional performance, achieving an impressive accuracy rate of 99.1% during testing. © 2023 IEEE.
