Lung image registration plays an important role in lung analysis applications,such as respiratory motion *** learning-based image registration methods that can compute the deformation without the requirement of supervision attract much ***,it is noteworthy that they have two drawbacks:they do not handle the problem of limited data and do not guarantee diffeomorphic(topologypreserving)properties,especially when large deformation exists in lung *** this paper,we present an unsupervised few-shot learning-based diffeomorphic lung image registration,namely *** employ fine-tuning techniques to solve the problem of limited data and apply the scaling and squaring method to accomplish the diffeomorphic ***,atlas-based registration on spatio-temporal(4D)images is performed and thoroughly compared with baseline *** achieves the highest accuracy with diffeomorphic *** constructs accurate and fast respiratory motion models with limited *** research extends our knowledge of respiratory motion modeling.

End-user feedback in social media platforms, particularly in the app stores, is increasing exponentially with each passing day. software researchers and vendors started to mine end-user feedback by proposing text analytics methods and tools to extract useful information for software evolution and maintenance. In addition, research shows that positive feedback and high-star app ratings attract more users and increase downloads. However, it emerged in the fake review market, where software vendors started incorporating fake reviews against their corresponding applications to improve overall software ratings. For this purpose, we conducted an exploratory study to understand how end-users register and write fake reviews in the Google Play Store. We curated a research data set containing 68,000 end-user comments from the Google Play Store and a fake review generator, that is, the Testimonial generator (TG). Its purpose is to understand fake reviews on these platforms and identify the common patterns potential end-users and professionals use to report fake reviews by critically analyzing the end-user feedback. We conducted a detailed survey at the University of science and Technology Bannu, Pakistan, to identify the intelligence and accuracy of crowd-users in manually identifying fake reviews. In addition, we developed a ground truth to be compared with the results obtained from the automated machine and deep learning (M&DL) classifier experiment. In the survey, 512 end-users participated and recorded their responses in identifying fake reviews. Finally, various M&DL classifiers are employed to classify and identify end-user reviews into real and fake to automate the process. Unlike humans, the M&DL classifiers performed well in automatically classifying reviews into real and fake by obtaining much higher accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measures. The revolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has made transformative changes in all industries. The field of software engineering has great benefit from AI by Automat all process. Applying Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, particularly Deep Neural Network (DNN) models, to project management will transform traditional methodologies to new ways. This work investigates how AI can be used within project management to better allocate resources, estimate time, and predict costs. Data from many recourses used to improve accuracy in project planning, refine how risks are managed, and develop new methods. Data includes real projects portfolio, open-source data, and simulated data. The integration of AI in project management examines project success and client satisfaction. In Non-Geostationary Orbit Satellite Networks (NGOSNs) with a large number of battery-carrying satellites, proper power allocation and task scheduling are crucial to improving data offloading efficiency. In this work, we jointly optimize power allocation and task scheduling to achieve energy-efficient data offloading in NGOSNs. Our goal is to properly balance the minimization of the total energy consumption and the maximization of the sum weights of tasks. Due to the tight coupling between power allocation and task scheduling, we first derive the optimal power allocation solution to the joint optimization problem with any given task scheduling policy. We then leverage the conflict graph model to transform the joint optimization problem into an Integer Linear Programming (ILP) problem with any given power allocation strategy. We explore the unique structure of the ILP problem to derive an efficient semidefinite relaxation-based solution. Finally, we utilize the genetic framework to combine the above special solutions as a two-layer solution for the original joint optimization problem. Simulation results demonstrate that our proposed solution can properly balance the reduction of total energy consumption and the improvement of the sum weights of tasks, thus achieving superior system performance over the current literature. © 2004-2012 IEEE.

The stable periodic patterns present in time series data serve as the foundation for conducting long-horizon forecasts. In this paper, we pioneer the exploration of explicitly modeling this periodicity to enhance the performance of models in long-term time series forecasting (LTSF) tasks. Specifically, we introduce the Residual Cycle Forecasting (RCF) technique, which utilizes learnable recurrent cycles to model the inherent periodic patterns within sequences, and then performs predictions on the residual components of the modeled cycles. Combining RCF with a Linear layer or a shallow MLP forms the simple yet powerful method proposed in this paper, called CycleNet. CycleNet achieves state-of-the-art prediction accuracy in multiple domains including electricity, weather, and energy, while offering significant efficiency advantages by reducing over 90% of the required parameter quantity. Furthermore, as a novel plug-and-play technique, the RCF can also significantly improve the prediction accuracy of existing models, including PatchTST and iTransformer. Twitter has been observed to be one of the essential data resources for dependable event accreditation. In any case, Twitter-based event affirmation structures can't guarantee assessment concerning their attestation results. No matter, the scale of the visual cues can be well established, with the intention that it is essential to design an integrated Twitter experiment with another set of extensible data resources to rectify this problem. The problem is the processes by which you should wholeheartedly investigate all converted data because it has different data structures, transfer times, etc. This issue of address, the paper proposes a framework for evaluating the use of Twitter-based events and examines two types of data resources for the reliability of impact testing. Our framework uses the resultant of the request obtaining by various events and relevant to the articles on it. This paper has improved the cleaning test with the proposed process how the integrity estimation of twitter based event can be recognized with the help of group of analyzed data. The evaluation indicates that the proposed system provides visible high-level testing events and a variety of low-level testing events. © 2024 IEEE.

TFSG: A Self-Supervised Guided Graph Learning Method for Traffic Flow Prediction

With the rapid development of the Internet of Things, a large amount of real-time traffic data has been collected. How to fully utilize these traffic data for rational planning of intelligent transportation systems is an important issue. Graph learning has proved to be potential tools for modeling complex spatiotemporal relationships in addressing traffic flow prediction problems. Existing methods usually relied on the graph structure constructed from predefined distance information between different regions. However, affected by factors such as road capacity, traffic rules etc., distance bias is non-trivial to affect traffic flow in reality. Besides, the distance based static transportation network structure is also difficult to describe the dynamic and uncertainty of road traffic in complex situations. To address the aforementioned issues, this article proposes an enhanced graph generation approach for traffic flow prediction, which is based on Temporal-Frequency Self-Supervised Guided Graph Learning (TFSG). The method progressively guides the feature latent representation to approach the target latent representation in both the time domain and frequency domain. Meanwhile, a multi-head self-attention mechanism is introduced to capture dependencies among different time series patches, constructing an enhanced graph structure for downstream prediction tasks. Experimental results first independently evaluated the qualities of the generated graphs. Subsequently, by using five public traffic datasets, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are further verified. © 2014 IEEE.

Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) play a vital role in the immune defence systems of various organisms and have garnered significant attention for their potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. There are several approaches to identifying AMPs including clinical isolation and characterization, functional genomics, microbiology techniques, and others. However, these methods are mostly expensive, time-consuming, and require well-equipped labs. To overcome these challenges, machine learning models are a potential solution due to their robustness and high predictive capability with less time and cost. In this study, we explored the efficacy of stacking-based ensemble machine-learning techniques to identify AMPs with higher accuracy and precision. Five distinct feature extraction methods, namely amino acid composition, dipeptide composition, moran autocorrelation, geary autocorrelation, and pseudoamino acid composition, were employed to represent the sequence characteristics of peptides. To build robust predictive models, different traditional machine learning algorithms were applied. Additionally, we developed a novel stacking classifier, aptly named StackAMP, to harness the collective power of these algorithms. Our results demonstrated the exceptional performance of the proposed StackAMP ensemble method in AMP identification, achieving an accuracy of 99.97%, 99.93% specificity, and 100% sensitivity. This high accuracy underscores the effectiveness of our approach, which has promising outcomes for the rapid and accurate identification of AMPs in various biological contexts. This study not only contributes to the growing body of knowledge in the field of AMP recognition but also offers a practical tool with potential applications in drug discovery, biotechnology, and disease prevention. © 2024 IEEE.
