The Internet of Vehicles (IoV) necessitates efficient resource management to meet the growing demands for high data rates, low latency, and real-time communication in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). This paper presents a novel multiagent reinforcement learning framework based on the Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) algorithm for optimizing resource allocation in clusters of cells within IoV networks. The framework dynamically allocates transmission power and bandwidth across base stations, each acting as a collaborative agent. Extensive simulations demonstrate that the multi-agent PPO approach outperforms other reinforcement learning algorithms, including Soft Actor-Critic (SAC) and Advantage Actor-Critic (A2C), regarding throughput, power efficiency, dynamic bandwidth allocation, and overall network performance. © 2024 IEEE.

Cluster assignment is crucial for analyzing single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data, essential for studying cell diversity and biological functions at the single-cell level. Deep learning-based clustering methods have been extensively applied in scRNA-seq data analysis. However, current deep models frequently overlook the deep exploration of potential gene correlation, resulting in networks lacking guidance from gene correlation information when learning hidden layer features. This paper proposes an adaptive feedback fuzzy clustering method based on deep gene correlation mining(scDCMAC). The deep gene correlation mining network employs contrast learning to compute the contrast loss on two cell similarity matrices, constructed from denoised autoencoder hidden layer features and original input features, to uncover potential gene correlation. The adaptive feedback clustering network further denoises the hidden layer features using a self-attention mechanism, computes the affiliation matrix, and supervises the denoising autoencoder's dimensionality reduction using the affiliation matrix. Experiments on 13 real scRNA-seq datasets demonstrate that scDCMAC excels in clustering accuracy and stability, showing great potential in scRNA-seq sample analysis. © 2024 IEEE.

Vision is one of the important pathways for human perception of external information, with over 80% of perception being acquired through vision. How to enable computers to possess efficient and flexible visual systems similar to humans has always been a hot topic in the field of computer science. One of the main goals of computer vision research is to reconstruct the geometric structure of 3D objects visible on the visible surfaces from 2D photos. Recently, this technology has become mature enough and its applications range from autonomous driving, virtual reality, cultural heritage preservation and restoration, among others, with significant research value. In this paper, we summarize the key technical issues in 3D reconstruction from existing technologies, first by summarizing traditional methods of 3D reconstruction, then analyzing commonly used deep learning methods for 3D reconstruction and their application scenarios in different fields. Finally, we conclude and provide an outlook on future development directions. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the unbalanced problem of big data classification, this paper proposes a classification method of unbalanced data on the ground of Bayesian optimal neural network model. The method firstly uses Optimized Graph Convolutional Network (OGCN) network to carry out message passing mechanism in data graph, designs neural network model with self-attention pooling and mean maximization pooling, and then uses Bayes optimization to update the posterior probability of optimization function by constantly updating the probability model and evaluating the objective function. Effectively solve the problem of speed and optimal solution of hyperparameter optimization in the neural network model. Secondly, the model is used for data set training to obtain the weight of the entire network. Secondly, the unbalanced data is mixed sampling to reduce the number of negative samples. Finally, the capability of the model was verified on the CiteSeer dataset. Experimental results showed that the accuracy rate, accuracy rate and recall rate of the proposed algorithm were 0.974, 0.982 and 0.973, respectively, which effectively improved the accuracy rate, accuracy rate and recall rate of unbalanced data classification compared with other algorithms. © 2024, Taiwan Ubiquitous information CO LTD. In this paper we propose an improved recipe recommendation system that employs image recognition of food ingredients. The system is currently a mobile application that performs image recognition on uploaded or camera-captured images and recommends recipes containing the recognized ingredients. We used the ResNet-V2 architecture to build a convolutional neural network model for image recognition, which was able to identify 33 different food ingredients with an accuracy rate of 89%. The recommendation system uses the identified ingredient labels, as well as user preferences and restrictions, to display a list of recipes containing the identified ingredients. This feature allows users to discover new and exciting recipes based on the ingredients they currently have at home, without having to worry about dietary restrictions or other preferences. Overall, our system provides a convenient and personalized way for users to discover and prepare delicious meals based on their unique needs and preferences. © 2023 IEEE.

The development of the industrial Internet of Things and smart grid networks has emphasized the importance of secure smart grid communication for the future of electric power transmission. However, the current deployment of smart meters and wireless communication methods presents several security concerns that must be addressed to ensure sustainable and resilient smart grid networks for Industry 5.0, with a focus on consumer-centric technologies. In this context, we propose a privacy-focused authentication solution for secure consumer-centric demand response management in smart grid networks, incorporating consumer electronics. Our proposed protocol utilizes blockchain-based authentication to enhance resistance against potential attacks and ensure the integrity of demand response data. Additionally, we have incorporated a PUF to prevent physical attacks. We have conducted informal and formal security analyses to verify the effectiveness of our proposed protocol against various threats and to confirm the session key security. Our comparison study has demonstrated that our protocol provides superior security and added functionalities, with lower computation and communication costs compared to similar protocols. Furthermore, we have measured the computational time for implementing the blockchain component of our protocol while considering the impact of varying numbers of block additions and transactions per block. © 1975-2011 IEEE.

Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are non-coding RNA molecules that play a significant role in cell regulation and disease occurrence. In recent years, the use of computational methods to predict circRNAs associated with diseases has become a research focus. However, these methods are often constrained by the noise interference and an insufficient exploration of the underlying information in known associations. Therefore, this paper proposes an information enhancement and arctangent rank approximation based method to predict potential circRNA-disease associations (IEARACDA). Firstly, information enhancement methods are used to make circRNA and disease similarity information more complete and to reduce the sparsity of known association. Subsequently, the arctangent rank approximation method is employed to mitigate the potential bias issues that may arise from the nuclear norm, and optimization is carried out using the inexact augmented Lagrange multiplier (IALM) method. Finally, potential associations are predicted through heterogeneous graph inference method. The experimental results demonstrate that IEARACDA exhibits superior performance compared to existing methods. Furthermore, case studies for hepatocellular carcinoma and lung cancer provide additional confirmation of the accuracy and practical significance of the model predictions. © 2024 IEEE.

Evaluation of Electronic Medical Certification (EMC) is integral to today's healthcare systems since they are a consolidated database of individual patients' medical histories. Security measures and privacy issues are standard in electronic medical certification. Incompatible systems make sharing data across healthcare providers difficult, which may lead to data breaches and a lack of patient authority over their medical data. Blockchain has become essential for real-world corporate applications where confidentiality of information is paramount. The handling of security in medical records through a decentralized peer-to-peer network might be revolutionized by blockchain technology and improving the protection of the interchange of healthcare records. This study proposes a lightweight flask framework-based blockchain strategy to store and display patient status and transaction log information about their disease diagnosis. In a potential Blockchain system, the diseased patients act as assets, and their records contain any prior illnesses as blocks. The report analyzes a lot of national and international EHR standards. It identifies which of these interoperability needs to be addressed, discusses the interoperability challenges in but also outlines the standards. Current blockchain-based EHR frameworks. Without the suggested has the requirement for centralized systems. By using this framework, the healthcare industry can be provided safer ways to while also providing the exchange of health information. It offers features of immutability, security, and user control over stored records. This work contributes to an understanding of what potential Blockchain technology has offered an interoperable application in the EHR frameworks. Meet the blockchain-based EHR framework. To address the issue of challenging detection tasks for tiny and medium-sized objects because of backdrop confusion and inadequate feature representation of steel surface flaws, this paper proposes an efficient feature-enhanced, feature-fused SAM-YOLO detector based on the YOLOv8 model. It adds a new feature fusion module MSFF based on the original YOLOv8 model and replaces the bottleneck module in the C2f module with a feature enhancement module SACM. These two modules improve the enhancement and detection of defect edge features, local area sensing, and the network capability of multi-scale feature fusion, and the effect of SAM-YOLO is verified through several experiments on the NEU-DET steel surface defect dataset. The mAP50 of SAM-YOLO reaches 77.9%. mAP50:95 reaches 49.1%, exceeding the original YOLOv8 baseline model by 6.9% and surpassing several other benchmark models. To confirm the legitimacy of each SAM-YOLO model module, ablation tests were conducted on the model in the interim. © 2024 IEEE.

A Combination Model of Periodic and Non-periodic Events for Temporal Knowledge Graph Event Prediction

Temporal knowledge graph (TKG) reasoning aims to predict missing facts or future events at given timestamps and has attracted more and more attention in recent years. Existing TKG reasoning methods mainly focus on the interactions between entities and ignore the associations between events where the entities involve. In addition, the characteristics of different types of events have not been studied and exploited, which reduces the performance of event prediction. To address these problems, this paper proposes a combination model of periodic and non-periodic events (CM-PNP). Specifically, there are two basic components designed to process different types of events. The periodic component of CM-PNP learns the recurrent pattern of periodic events and encodes the temporal information in the manner of timespan to prevent the unseen timestamp issue. The non-periodic component of CM-PNP introduces extra information (e.g., entity attributes) to represent non-periodic events, and predicts this type of events according to the related historical events. A combination model of multiple sub-models that focus on encoding different parts of the event is used to improve the performance of single model. The periodic and non-periodic components are combined by a gate block. The experimental results on three real-world datasets demonstrate that CM-PNP outperforms the existing baselines.
