In recent years, the country has released a large number of standard documents related to prefabricated concrete components. Due to the dispersion and complexity of these standards, it is difficult for industry managers to implement them. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a knowledge graph in the field of quality standards for precast concrete components to achieve knowledge management. The construction of knowledge graph first requires named entity recognition, but due to the specificity of the construction industry, entity recognition of the text in this field still suffers from the problems of low recognition accuracy and high resource consumption. Aiming at the low recognition accuracy and high resource consumption in named entity recognition due to the specificity of the industry, this paper proposes a named entity recognition model ALBERT-BiLSTM-SA-CRF for the field of precast concrete component quality standard, which can capture the full text and local feature information more effectively through the combination of BiLSTM and self-attention mechanism, and accurately recognize entities in the standard. Meanwhile, using ALBERT as the word embedding layer can play the role of reducing resource consumption and improving processing efficiency. © 2025 The Authors.

Reseed Skipping of Linear Congruential Generator for Multi-level Image Steganography Security of Financial Data

This paper proposed a multi-level image steganography model that integrates with image and plaintext encryption schemes. The model starts by partitioning the cover-image pixel positions into two regions of respective purposes, one is reserved to hold the data, and through the implementation of the dynamic difference expansion principle, the other sloughs some parts to the reserved region in responsive to the size of the data to embed. Continuously reseeding and initializing the parameter values of a Linear Congruential Generator (LCG), generate a set of random pixel positions as members of the reserved region. Before data embedding, the region reserved to hold the data as well as the data bits to embed, are then encrypted using AES with respective keys. Encryption keys are randomly generated using a Cryptographically Secure Pseudo-Random Number Generator (CSPRNG), the Fortuna algorithm. Multiplex security nature of using a randomization generator to reserve image region for encryption and encrypting plaintext data before performing steganography still ensures stability in computational complexities better than a logarithmic O(n log n). A visual inspection by evaluators who made 3000 choices to correctly differentiate stego images from its cover-images shows that only 47 choices were correct, 1884 choices were wrong, while 1069 choices were uncertain. An experiment shows an average Embedding Rates (ERs) of 0.00109 bpp and an average PSNR of 72. This concludes, as our integrated steganography and image encryption which implements the dynamic difference expansion principle, outputs encrypted stego mages that can deceive the naked human eyes into identifying them as rather cover-images, its embedding rate is faster (i.e. ER < 0.1), suitably good, and ensures better imperceptibility of cover-image alterations. Crowd detection and prevention systems have become essential for managing densely populated areas. Modern systems leverage the combined power of machine learning, data mining, and image processing to extract and analyse features from crowded zones, enabling the identification of behavioural patterns and anomalies. However, most current solutions primarily focus on detection and lack robust decision-making and recommendation mechanisms for selecting appropriate crowd-prevention strategies. To address this gap, we integrate the predictive capabilities of machine learning models with the analytical and clustering strengths of Fuzzy Formal Concept Analysis (fuzzy FCA). Machine learning is employed to extract valuable insights from images of the area, with a neural network used to identify human figures, track individuals' positions, and predict crowd levels. This data is fed into an FFCA-based decision system, where crowd information is structured and clustered using lattice theory. This latter helped exclude low-crowd zones and cluster the rest of the monitored areas based on their crowd features. Additionally, we define bottom-up parsing algorithms to recommend suitable crowd-prevention plans based on crowd density levels within fuzzy formal concepts. Experiments confirmed not only the ability of fuzzy FCA to "exclude"low-crowd zones thanks to a used crowd threshold but also the efficient "feature-based clustering"of crowded zones into hierarchical formal concepts and these latter's "bottom-up parsing"to finally identify the dense zones. © 2024 IEEE.

Potato is the most widely grown and consumed food throughout the world. There are a number of potato crop diseases that affect production, and these diseases differ in symptoms, circumstances, and controls. Early detection and recognition of disease information can aid in disease prevention and production. This paper presents deep learning models using proposed CNN and pre-trained models for potato disease detection and classification. The proposed model is more efficient and accurate at detection and classification. To perform classification, we used two datasets: PLD and PlantVillage. The Xception CNN model serves as the foundation for our proposed model. It achieved 1.00 accuracy, 0.99 precision, 1.00 recall, and 0.99 F1-score on the PLD dataset. On the PlantVillage dataset, it achieved 1.00 accuracy, 1.00 precision, 1.00 recall, and 1.00 F1-score. We also compared the results of Inception-ResNet-V2, MobileNet-V2, VGG-19, Inception-V3, and Xception models with the performance of our proposed model. For three classes of potato leaves, the proposed CNN model produced more accurate results than other pre-trained models. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Diagnosing data or object detection in medical images is one of the important parts of image segmentation especially those data which is less effective to identify inMRI such as low-grade tumors or cerebral spinal fluid(CSF)leaks in the *** aim of the study is to address the problems associated with detecting the low-grade tumor and CSF in brain is difficult in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)images and another problem also relates to efficiency and less execution time for segmentation of medical *** tumor and CSF segmentation using trained light field database(LFD)datasets of MRI *** research proposed the new framework of the hybrid k-Nearest Neighbors(k-NN)model that is a combination of hybridization of Graph Cut and Support Vector Machine(GCSVM)and Hidden Markov Model of k-Mean Clustering Algorithm(HMMkC).There are four different methods are used in this research namely(1)SVM,(2)GrabCut segmentation,(3)HMM,and(4)k-mean clustering *** this framework,on the one hand,phase one is to perform the classification of SVM and Graph Cut algorithm to create the maximum margin *** research use GrabCut segmentation method which is the application of the graph cut algorithm and extract the data with the help of scaleinvariant features *** the other hand,in phase two,segment the low-grade tumors and CSF using a method adapted for HMkC and extract the information of tumor or CSF fluid by GCHMkC including iterative conditional maximizing mode(ICMM)with identifying the range of *** evaluation is also performing by the comparison of existing techniques in this *** conclusion,our proposed model gives better results than *** proposed model helps to common man and doctor that can identify their condition of brain *** future,this will model will use for other brain related diseases.

This research aims to explore the use of modern complex defensive machine learning algorithms in the provision of predictive analytics for health improvement. Incorporating electronic health records, medical image information, and genomic data the work proposes and assesses multiple machine learning models including deep learning, ensemble learning, and reinforcement learning. The main findings shown very high performance in disease prediction, in chronic illness and in the application of efficiency improvements in hospitals as a whole. Overall, such threats as data quality, data privacy, and model interpretability have been discussed in the research and emphasize the importance of the machine learning approach in healthcare. It is highlighted that further development and integration of the interdisciplinary approaches as well as the use of the transparent and interpretable artificial intelligence and machine learning models can be urgent to increase the acceptance among the healthcare staff. This paper enhances the literature on applying machine learning in healthcare systems adding to the repertoire of knowledge for improved patient care. © 2024 IEEE.

The studies in this research are focused on the mix of homomorphic encryption mechanisms and the Cuckoo Search Optimization Algorithm to promote the security of the healthcare data in the cloud computing system. I have observed that cloud solutions are now at the center of the contemporary health care systems, and security of patient's data remains a top priority. Earlier used encryption techniques, though secure if implemented, have problems in the way that data is to be processed first it has to be decrypted and then made ready for use - it is in this phase that data can be easily hacked into. Homomorphic encryption provides solution to this issue since it enables one to perform computations on encrypted data while maintaining its confidentiality. However, it takes a lot of computation which presents a lot of problems even in terms of simple performance. The Cuckoo Search Algorithm, a new nature-inspired metaheuristic, is incorporated into the encryption process to provide further optimization, whilst preserving the security benefits of the algorithm. The use of the proposed methodology takes place employing Python and its deployment at the cloud platform with elaborated dataset containing anonymized records extracted from electronic health records. The outcome proves that there are great enhancements in encryption and decryption time, computational complexity, and capacity, and thereby making the system appropriate for real-world healthcare solutions. This research offers a strong base for protection of healthcare data in cloud and is useful for the enhancement of adaptive, comprehensive and secure cloud computing systems. © 2024 IEEE.

Speaker recognition (SR) systems are particularly vulnerable to adversarial example (AE) attacks. To mitigate these attacks, AE detection systems are typically integrated into SR systems. To overcome the limitations of low detection accuracy, poor generalization, and high latency in existing schemes, this paper proposes FreqSense, an AE detection scheme based on frequency distribution features. FreqSense detects a variety of unknown AE attacks with low latency, and provides interpretability in its detection process. The basic idea of FreqSense is that AE typically introduce carefully designed noise in specific frequency bands that are associated with highly distinctive speaker identities. Therefore, leveraging the distributional variations in these frequency bands can effectively distinguish between AE and benign audio. FreqSense models frequency distribution features by integrating time-frequency transformation technology with a self-attention mechanism and employs a neural network-based classifier to distinguish between AE and benign audio. Experimental results show that FreqSense achieves an overall detection accuracy of 99.2%, surpassing state-of-the-art (SOTA) schemes by 27.2%. When confronting unknown AE attacks, FreqSense achieves a detection accuracy of 98.3% with a latency of just 0.0014 seconds. © 2025 IEEE.

Long-tail learning primarily focuses on mitigating the label distribution shift between long-tailed training data and uniformly distributed test data. However, in real-world applications, we often encounter a more intricate challenge where the test label distribution is agnostic. To address this problem, we first theoretically establish the substantial potential for reducing the generalization error if we can precisely estimate the test label distribution. Motivated by the theoretical insight, we introduce a simple yet effective solution called label shift correction (LSC). LSC estimates the test label distribution within the proposed framework of generalized black box shift estimation, and adjusts the predictions from a pre-trained model to align with the test distribution. Theoretical analyses confirm that accurate estimation of test label distribution can effectively reduce the generalization error. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that our method significantly outperforms previous state-of-the-art approaches, especially when confronted with non-uniform test label distribution. Notably, the proposed method is general and complements existing long-tail learning approaches, consistently improving their performance.
