Carbonyl small molecule compounds hold great potential as cathode materials for alkali-ion batteries(AIBs) due to their environmental friendliness, structural designability, and high theoretical capacity. However, it's practical application is hindered by intrinsic drawbacks, such as low electrical conductivity and high solubility in organic electrolytes. Additionally, most carbonyl small molecule cathodes can't be charged first in half-cells due to the absence of detachable Li+/Na+/K+ions, diminishing their appeal when assembled into full cells with alkali-free anodes. This review provides a detailed overview of carbonyl-contained small molecule cathode materials centered around oxygen, including their charge storage mechanisms, solutions to overcome their drawbacks, and the latest research advancements in AIBs. This review also summarizes the electrochemical performance of carbonyl small molecules as cathodes that have been assembled in batteries. Finally, the review outlines the prospects and directions for future research on carbonyl small molecule cathodes. It is hoped that this review will offer meaningful guidance for the development of carbonyl small-molecule cathode materials in AIBs.

With the rapid development of wearable electronic skin technology,flexible strain sensors have shown great application prospects in the fields of human motion and physiological signal detection,medical diagnostics,and human-computer interaction owing to their outstanding sensing *** pa-per reports a strain sensor with synergistic conductive network,consisting of stable carbon nanotube dispersion(CNT)layer and brittle MXene layer by dip-coating and electrostatic self-assembly method,and breathable three-dimensional(3D)flexible substrate of thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)fibrous membrane prepared through electrospinning *** MXene/CNT@PDA-TPU(MC@p-TPU)flexible strain sensor had excellent air permeability,wide operating range(0-450%),high sensitivity(Gauge Fac-tor,GF max=8089.7),ultra-low detection limit(0.05%),rapid response and recovery times(40 ms/60 ms),and excellent cycle stability and durability(10,000 cycles).Given its superior strain sensing capabilities,this sensor can be applied in physiological signals detection,human motion pattern recognition,and driv-ing exoskeleton *** addition,MC@p-TPU fibrous membrane also exhibited excellent photothermal conversion performance and can be used as a wearable photo-heater,which has far-reaching application potential in the photothermal therapy of human joint diseases.

Wearing a helmet is one of the effective measures to protect workers' safety. To address the challenges of severe occlusion, multi-scale, and small target issues in helmet detection, this paper proposes a helmet detection algorithm based on deformable attention transformers. The main contributions of this paper are as follows. A compact end-to-end network architecture for safety helmet detection based on transformers is proposed. It cancels the computationally intensive transformer encoder module in the existing detection transformer(DETR) and uses the transformer decoder module directly on the output of feature extraction for query decoding, which effectively improves the efficiency of helmet detection. A novel feature extraction network named Swin transformer with deformable attention module(DSwin transformer) is proposed. By sparse cross-window attention, it enhances the contextual awareness of multi-scale features extracted by Swin transformer, and keeps high computational efficiency simultaneously. The proposed method generates the query reference points and query embeddings based on the joint prediction probabilities, and selects an appropriate number of decoding feature maps and sparse sampling points for query decoding, which further enhance the inference capability and processing speed. On the benchmark safety-helmet-wearing-dataset(SHWD), the proposed method achieves the average detection accuracy mAP@0.5 of 95.4% with 133.35G floating-point operations per second(FLOPs) and 20 frames per second(FPS), the state-of-the-art method for safety helmet detection.
