The concept of multi-cloud becomes interesting progressively to cloud users because of its high response time, flexibility, high throughput, and reliability. But at the ground level, the concept of multi-cloud creates many challenges for researchers. The request of users and the multi-cloud environment is heterogeneous now a day. To work in this kind of environment required an intelligent system. Researchers are doing well in this field to make the whole process very flexible by providing an intelligent environment. The proposed multi-objective resource optimization deep reinforcement learning (MOROT-DRL) model uses the Q-learning technique of Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) to allocate resources in a multi-cloud environment. It includes a service analyzer for analyzing the requests and MET(Minimum Execution Time)algorithm used for scheduling the task according to execution time and then enhanced flower pollination allocate the optimized resources for the demanded request. The comparison of the proposed model is done with simulation results of MOROT and neural network model and also implemented on GoCS real dataset of google. This study systematically assesses the effectiveness of data augmentation techniques, focusing particularly on the stacked approach, across a diverse range of biomedical datasets. Advanced data augmentation methods, including style transfer data augmentation (STDA) and data augmentation generative adversarial network (DAGAN), offer promising solutions in this context. STDA leverages style transfer techniques from computer vision to create varied and realistic synthetic samples while preserving semantic content, thereby enhancing dataset variability and improving model generalization. Conversely, DAGAN utilizes generative adversarial networks (GANs) to learn the underlying data distribution, resulting in the generation of high-quality synthetic samples. Subsequently, STDA and DAGAN techniques are applied to the selected data, followed by convolution and pooling operations on the augmented samples. The pooled samples are then stacked, and the Cosine similarity is calculated to measure the resemblance to the original dataset. Parameters of STDA and DAGAN are fine-tuned to maximize the Cosine similarity. Additionally, a metaheuristic optimization algorithm called Pufferfish optimization algorithm (POA) is employed to optimize decision variables—learning rate, number of hidden units (common for both STDA and DAGAN), number of attention heads for STDA, and latent space dimensionality of DAGAN. The classification performance of the proposed POA-stacked STDA-DAGAN data augmentation methodology, along with variants using genetic algorithm (GA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO), is compared with original datasets and SMOTE balanced datasets using various classifiers and the observed accuracies, sensitivity, specificity and F-score are ranging from 91.83% to 99.11%, 91.38% to100%, 92.50% to 100% and 92.95% to 98.32% respective for all ten biomedical datasets used in this research. Automated Detection of COVID-19 in Chest Radiographs: Leveraging Machine Learning Approaches

The World Health Organization (WHO) has designated the COVID-19 pandemic a global health emergency, prompting responses all over the world. The fatality rate is between 2% and 5%, and millions of people around the world have been infected. While the WHO recommends tests, resource-intensive testing has motivated the development of CNN technology for automated identification. Research employing machine learning models shows great accuracy in classifying X-ray and CT images for COVID-19 detection. These models include denseNet201, resnet50V2, inceptionv3, mobile net, and custom CNNs. The interpretation of chest X-rays has come a long way, yet there are still obstacles to overcome. In this paper, we present a way for using a machine learning model to categorize chest X-ray pictures into normal, COVID-19, viral pneumonia, and lung opacity, demonstrating the model's efficacy in assisting medical diagnosis, especially in time-sensitive situations like COVID-19. Real-time Volume Preserving Constraints for Volumetric Model on GPU

This paper presents a parallel method for simulating real-time 3D deformable objects using the volume preservation mass-spring system method on tetrahedron *** general,the conventional mass-spring system is manipulated as a force-driven method because it is fast,simple to implement,and the parameters can be ***,the springs in traditional mass-spring system can be excessively elongated which cause severe stability and robustness issues that lead to shape restoring,simulation blow-up,and huge volume loss of the deformable *** addition,traditional method that uses a serial process of the central processing unit(CPU)to solve the system in every frame cannot handle the complex structure of deformable object in ***,the first order implicit constraint enforcement for a mass-spring model is utilized to achieve accurate visual realism of deformable objects with tough constraint *** this paper,we applied the distance constraint and volume conservation constraints for each tetrahedron element to improve the stability of deformable object simulation using the mass-spring system and behave the same as its real-world *** reduce the computational complexity while ensuring stable simulation,we applied a method that utilizes OpenGL compute shader,a part of OpenGL Shading Language(GLSL)that executes on the graphic processing unit(GPU)to solve the numerical problems *** applied the proposed methods to experimental volumetric models,and volume percentages of all objects are *** average volume percentages of all models during the simulation using the mass-spring system,distance constraint,and the volume constraint method were 68.21%,89.64%,and 98.70%,*** proposed approaches are successfully applied to improve the stability of mass-spring system and the performance comparison from our experimental tests also shows that the GPU-based method is faster than CPU-based implementation for all cases.

The Internet of Things is a network of physical objects like sensors, actuators, and software. The purpose of connecting is to exchange data with other objects and systems over the internet, enabling us to enhance data collection, minimize human efforts, save time, and make decisions. Secure that network is the most important IoT challenge, so we use ways to securely access all objects in the IoT network that are known with IoT authentication. Most of the attacks come from plain security problems, for example, the weakness of passwords, these techniques have some disadvantages;Password depends on user memory, and most people use default password which is vulnerable to attacks. This paper compares different IoT authentication schemes. Also, present an analysis of the different generation One Time Password (OTP) schemes like Lamport OTP, Elliptic Curve, and HOTP. The paper provides a simple light model using OTP-based MBTS KHF (Moataz, Basheer, Tarek, Salwa keyed hashing function). our model achieves high-level security with a very shorter key size and solves key size and key store problems than the other algorithms. Also, the paper model prevents users from initializing multiple connections for authentication to prevent attackers from guessing OTP. © 2022 ACM.

Improving energy efficiency in scalable WSNs through IoT-driven approach

A novel QoS-Driven Optimization for Energy-Efficient Clustering Routing (QDOEECR) protocol tailored for IoT-based Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), addressing the critical challenge of energy efficiency in sensor nodes with limited battery life. The protocol’s innovative approach lies in its advanced techniques for optimizing the selection of sub-sink nodes and identifying the optimal path to the sink node, ensuring improved adherence to Quality of Service (QoS) standards. Performance evaluations, conducted through MATLAB simulations, demonstrate the QDOEECR protocol's superior performance, achieving significant advancements over existing routing protocols. These include 30–35% reduction in end-to-end delay, 25–30% improvement in throughput, 35–40% decrease in energy consumption, 28–32% reduction in packet loss, and 32–38% extension in network lifetime. These results establish QDOEECR as a groundbreaking solution that not only enhances energy efficiency but also elevates network performance metrics beyond the capabilities of current state-of-the-art protocols like CBCCP, HCSM, and ZEAL. © Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of computer applications and Management 2025.

Despite achieving remarkable performance, Federated Learning (FL) encounters two important problems, i.e., low training efficiency and limited computational resources. In this article, we propose a new FL framework, i.e., FedDUMAP, with three original contributions, to leverage the shared insensitive data on the server in addition to the distributed data in edge devices so as to efficiently train a global model. First, we propose a simple dynamic server update algorithm, which takes advantage of the shared insensitive data on the server while dynamically adjusting the update steps on the server in order to speed up the convergence and improve the accuracy. Second, we propose an adaptive optimization method with the dynamic server update algorithm to exploit the global momentum on the server and each local device for superior accuracy. Third, we develop a layer-adaptive model pruning method to carry out specific pruning operations, which is adapted to the diverse features of each layer so as to attain an excellent tradeoff between effectiveness and efficiency. Our proposed FL model, FedDUMAP, combines the three original techniques and has a significantly better performance compared with baseline approaches in terms of efficiency (up to 16.9 times faster), accuracy (up to 20.4% higher), and computational cost (up to 62.6% smaller). © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).
