The article substantiates the need to use neural network algorithms to search for mature crops and optimize harvesting equipment routes based on the data obtained. A technique for detecting fruit maturity based on the use of neural network technologies has been developed. The experiments have shown that the accuracy of the neural network algorithm developed in this dissertation work significantly exceeds the standard YOLOv4 neural networks. © 2024 IEEE.

Many e-commerce retail businesses have yet to fully harness the advantages of artificial intelligence (AI), missing crucial opportunities to boost sales and streamline operations. This research introduces the "E-commerce Sales Growth Optimization Service," an integrated AI-driven solution designed specifically to enhance the online retail experience, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This service seamlessly integrates with existing e-commerce platforms and offers a suite of tools including personalized product recommendations, dynamic pricing, automated promotions, and detailed sales trend analysis and forecasting, all while ensuring robust customer data security and supporting efficient real-time data management. Engineered for effortless adoption across various digital platforms, the service addresses critical challenges in e-commerce such as the cold-start problem in product recommendations, the complexities of dynamic pricing affected by real-time market dynamics, and the optimization of data-driven promotional strategies. Furthermore, it tackles platform heterogeneity, ensuring that the service operates effectively across diverse e-commerce systems, thus eliminating the need for businesses to develop their own AI expertise. Diabetes diagnosis has always involved glucose tests;however, it is possible to recognize diabetic complications by simply looking at skin and nails. This work presents a new approach for identifying diabetes-related complications, including acanthosis nigricans, foot ulcers, and nail infections, utilizing and TensorFlow for deep learning. Both conditions are associated with visual signals and pass through a strictly trained dataset, marked up for maximum accuracy. From the methodologies, including image resizing, data augmentation, and hyperparameter tuning. The findings of accuracy confirm that the platform should register specific characteristics of the problem area and has the essential precision to maintain close attention to possible risks of diabetes and intervene early to reduce the likelihood of patients' deteriorating health. © 2024 IEEE.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a prevalent neurodevelopmental disorder that significantly impacts children's behavior, attention, and ability to learn. In Sri Lanka, there is limited awareness, resources, and accessibility to therapy services for children with ADHD. Early identification of ADHD is crucial for effective treatment, but traditional approaches in Sri Lanka have limitations in accurately identifying the disorder and providing adequate interventions. To address these challenges, this research emphasizes the development of a comprehensive mobile application utilizing game-based features, machine learning, image processing, motion detection, and speech recognition technology to enhance the early detection and treatment of ADHD in Sri Lankan children. The primary objective of this research is to accurately identify ADHD symptoms in children and offer treatments through a mobile application. The application offers interactive activities designed to address specific ADHD symptoms, supporting children's cognitive development, improving attention, concentration, memorizing, the ability to follow directions, and the ability to respond to a command. This research adopts a multidisciplinary approach, integrating principles from psychology, computer science, and machine learning. The findings inform the development of more accessible and effective interventions for children with ADHD in Sri Lanka and similar settings, ultimately improving the quality of life for affected children. © 2023 IEEE.

It has found that 30% of the people among the visually impaired people are having a significant number of depressive symptoms whereas, the prevalence of depression in blind people was reported to be 33%, or nearly double the rate of the general population. Therefore, social activities among visually impaired people should increase. This research paper provides a unique system for assisting visually impaired individuals in navigating indoor environments heavily relies on the use of artificial intelligence, particularly deep learning and computer vision techniques. By leveraging these advanced technologies, the system can analyze and process large amounts of visual data in real-time, accurately identifying and locating various objects in the environment, including faces, doors, stairs, cross walks, traffic lights, potholes and other obstacles. The system then provides real-time feedback to the user via an audio interface, enabling them to navigate indoor and outdoor environments safely and independently. The use of artificial intelligence in this system is particularly significant, as it enables the system to adapt and improve over time based on user feedback and additional data. That means, the system can continuously improve its performance and accuracy, ultimately resulting in a more effective and reliable tool for visually impaired individuals. The authors have also evaluated the system in a real-world setting, demonstrating its effectiveness in assisting visually impaired individuals with indoor navigation. Overall, the proposed system has the potential to significantly enhance the quality of life for visually impaired individuals, showcasing the transformative power of artificial intelligence in addressing real-world challenges. © 2023 IEEE.

Awareness has increased in the Sri Lankan community against the backdrop of remarkable progress in health care in Sri Lanka. Also, as the prevalence of noncommunicable diseases continues to rise, the need to find innovative solutions to face health challenges and improve the country's healthcare has increased. Accordingly, this research aims to develop a mobile application called MEDI AID as a virtual medical assistant to address health and health challenges and improve services in the country. MEDI AID uses information technology to empower patients, enable personalized health plans to identify and prevent early risk, provide access to expert medical advice and recommendations, make informed decisions, and book virtual clinics for streamlined service delivery. MEDI AID aims to demonstrate the effectiveness and utility of empowering patients and facilitating proactive health management. Performs technical aspects including data integration, user interface design, and security. These findings highlight research potential for reducing the patient-provider gap, improving accessibility, and improving health outcomes. Economic implications are also considered, as MEDI AID can reduce costs and time allocation. As non-communicable diseases are present, MEDI AID stands as an innovative step towards robust healthcare and will have a transformative impact on the health sector in Sri Lanka. © 2023 IEEE.

As the most common disaster in human daily production and life, fire is very likely to threaten people's life and property safety. In order to avoid fire, this paper designs and implements a fire detection system based on video and YOLOv5 model, and describes the improvement of YOLOv5 compared with the previous generation YOLO model. Collect fire images through the network, use image processing technology to enhance the data, make fire data set and divide the data set by setting aside method. Then the self-made fire data set is used to train the fire detection model based on YOLOv5 model, and the model is improved by adding transfer learning, multi-scale training and other technologies to improve the fire detection rate, and the corresponding weight files are obtained. Finally, the training method of the model and the ability of the model to detect fire are expounded, and the innovative application of the model in the field of fire detection is realized. © 2024 IEEE.

This research paper presents a comprehensive exploration of various components to enhance the capabilities of a digital assistant tailored for visually impaired individuals. The first component explores how various image captioning architectures and Vision Encoder Decoder models can be used for better environmental interaction. The second component concerns with facial expression recognition for better social interaction and the third component is a currency note identification component that aims to aid visually impaired individuals with cash transaction whilst the final component that explores a voice bot aims to improve a voice bot and how to manage accents, speech accuracy and naturality using modern deep learning techniques. By investigating these components, this research advances assistive technology, empowering visually impaired individuals with a conversational digital assistant that enhances environmental interaction, supports social interactions, and aids in currency identification. © 2023 IEEE.
