Absorption-Reflection-Transmission Power Coefficient Guiding Gradient Distribution of Magnetic MXene in Layered Composites for Electromagnetic Wave Absorption

The morphological distribution of absorbent in composites is equally important with absorbents for the overall electromagnetic properties,but it is often ***,a comprehensive consideration including electromagnetic component regulation,layered arrangement structure,and gradient concentration distribution was used to optimize impedance matching and enhance electromagnetic *** the microscale,the incorporation of magnetic Ni nanoparticles into MXene nanosheets(Ni@MXene)endows suitable intrinsic permittivity and *** the macroscale,the layered arrangement of Ni@MXene increases the effective interaction area with electromagnetic waves,inducing multiple reflection/scattering *** this basis,according to the analysis of absorption,reflection,and transmission(A-R-T)power coefficients of layered composites,the gradient concentration distribution was constructed to realize the impedance matching at low-concentration surface layer,electromagnetic loss at middle concentration interlayer and microwave reflection at high-concentration bottom ***,the layered gradient composite(LG5-10-15)achieves complete absorption coverage of X-band at thickness of 2.00-2.20 mm with RL_(min) of-68.67 dB at 9.85 GHz in 2.05 mm,which is 199.0%,12.6%,and 50.6%higher than non-layered,layered and layered descending gradient composites,***,this work confirms the importance of layered gradient structure in improving absorption performance and broadens the design of high-performance microwave absorption materials.

The rapid growth in the storage scale of wide-area distributed file systems (DFS) calls for fast and scalable metadata management. Metadata replication is the widely used technique for improving the performance and scalability of metadata management. Because of the POSIX requirement of file systems, many existing metadata management techniques utilize a costly design for the sake of metadata consistency, leading to unacceptable performance overhead. We propose a new metadata consistency maintenance method (ICCG), which includes an incremental consistency guaranteed directory tree synchronization (ICGDT) and a causal consistency guaranteed replica index synchronization (CCGRI), to ensure system performance without sacrificing metadata consistency. ICGDT uses a flexible consistency scheme based on the state of files and directories maintained through the conflict state tree to provide an incremental consistency for metadata, which satisfies both metadata consistency and performance requirements. CCGRI ensures low latency and consistent access to data by establishing a causal consistency for replica indexes through multi-version extent trees and logical time. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our methods. Compared with the strong consistency policies widely used in modern DFSes, our methods significantly improve the system performance. For example, in file creation, ICCG can improve the performance of directory tree operations by at least 36.4 times.

Agile development aims at rapidly developing software while embracing the continuous evolution of user requirements along the whole development *** stories are the primary means of requirements collection and elicitation in the agile development.A project can involve a large amount of user stories,which should be clustered into different groups based on their functionality’s similarity for systematic requirements analysis,effective mapping to developed features,and efficient ***,the current user story clustering is mainly conducted in a manual manner,which is time-consuming and subjective to human *** this paper,we propose a novel approach for clustering the user stories automatically on the basis of natural language ***,the sentence patterns of each component in a user story are first analysed and determined such that the critical structure in the representative tasks can be automatically extracted based on the user story *** similarity of user stories is calculated,which can be used to generate the connected graph as the basis of automatic user story *** evaluate the approach based on thirteen datasets,compared against ten baseline *** results show that our clustering approach has higher accuracy,recall rate and F1-score than these *** is demonstrated that the proposed approach can significantly improve the efficacy of user story clustering and thus enhance the overall performance of agile *** study also highlights promising research directions for more accurate requirements elicitation.

Detection of color images that have undergone double compression is a critical aspect of digital image *** the existence of various methods capable of detecting double Joint Photographic Experts Group(JPEG) compression,they are unable to address the issue of mixed double compression resulting from the use of different compression *** particular,the implementation of Joint Photographic Experts Group 2000(JPEG2000)as the secondary compression standard can result in a decline or complete loss of performance in existing *** tackle this challenge of JPEG+JPEG2000 compression,a detection method based on quaternion convolutional neural networks(QCNN) is *** QCNN processes the data as a quaternion,transforming the components of a traditional convolutional neural network(CNN) into a quaternion *** relationships between the color channels of the image are preserved,and the utilization of color information is ***,the method includes a feature conversion module that converts the extracted features into quaternion statistical features,thereby amplifying the evidence of double *** results indicate that the proposed QCNN-based method improves,on average,by 27% compared to existing methods in the detection of JPEG+JPEG2000 compression.

Image copy-move forgery detection (CMFD) has become a challenging problem due to increasingly powerful editing software that makes forged images increasingly realistic. Existing algorithms that directly connect multiple scales of features in the encoder part may not effectively aggregate contextual information, resulting in poor performance. In this paper, an end-to-end context multiscale cross-fusion network (CMCF-Net) is proposed to detect image copy-move forgery. The proposed network consists of a multiscale feature extraction fusion (MSF) module and a multi-information fusion decoding (MFD) module. Multiscale information is efficiently extracted and fused in the MSF module utilizing stacked-scale feature fusion, which improves the network's forgery localization ability on objects of different scales. The MFD module employs contextual information combination and weighted fusion of multiscale information to guide the network in obtaining relevant clues from correlated information at multiple different scales. Experimental results and analysis have demonstrated that the proposed CMCF-Net achieves the best localization results with higher robustness. © 1999-2012 IEEE.

Direct touch input has already been ubiquitously used on various mobile devices. However, direct touch manipulation sometimes degrades mobile game experience due to its limitations, such as the occlusion problem and the virtual button-based manipulation. In this paper, we investigate camera-based mobile game manipulation which takes advantage of camera input to enable button-free interactions without hand occlusion. The results of a preliminary user study indicate that, on the whole, the participants believe that the camera-based manipulation is intuitive, easy-to-learn, and easy-to-use. In addition, overall, they also give positive feedbacks on the bullet-firing control, button-free and occlusion-free manipulation, and believe that the camera-based manipulation is better than the touch-based manipulation. © 2023 IEEE.

We present a lightweight and efficient semisupervised video object segmentation network based on the space-time memory *** some extent,our method solves the two difficulties encountered in traditional video object segmentation:one is that the single frame calculation time is too long,and the other is that the current frame’s segmentation should use more information from past *** algorithm uses a global context(GC)module to achieve highperformance,real-time *** GC module can effectively integrate multi-frame image information without increased memory and can process each frame in real ***,the prediction mask of the previous frame is helpful for the segmentation of the current frame,so we input it into a spatial constraint module(SCM),which constrains the areas of segments in the current *** SCM effectively alleviates mismatching of similar targets yet consumes few additional *** added a refinement module to the decoder to improve boundary *** model achieves state-of-the-art results on various datasets,scoring 80.1%on YouTube-VOS 2018 and a J&F score of 78.0%on DAVIS 2017,while taking 0.05 s per frame on the DAVIS 2016 validation dataset.

In mobile systems, memory can be compressed page-by-page to save space. This approach is widely adopted because memory data is accessed by page. However, this paper shows that the system response speed is significantly limited by page-grained compression. In this paper, we observe that approximately a quarter of anonymous memory pages are highly correlated, even though the association is implicit. Inspired by this, we propose Archer, an association-rule-aware memory compression framework in mobile systems. Archer demonstrates that memory in mobile devices should be compressed using flexible granularity, rather than relying solely on traditional page compression. To further integrate association-rule mining techniques into system design, we redesign the LRU mechanism and propose an adaptive memory compression region. Experimental results show that the average app launching speed is 1.55x faster when enabling Archer, and the average photographic speed and frame rate increase by 1.42x and 1.31x, respectively, compared to the state-of-the-art. © 2025 FAST. Research is being conducted on the problem of nonlinear cooperative formation control of unmanned vehicles, considering sensor failures. Firstly, a nonlinear cooperative control system model that incorporates sensor failures is being established. Secondly, a model predictive controller is being designed based on this model using the Lyapunov method and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) to optimize the control performance metrics of the vehicle fleet. This approach ensures both the asymptotic stability and queue stability of the fleet while further enhancing its control performance. Lastly, the effectiveness and practicality of the algorithm are being validated through an experimental fleet constructed with Arduino serving as the control unit. © ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications engineering 2024.
