Differential Privacy (DP) emerged as a promising solution to resist privacy attack and provided provable privacy guarantee. DP mechanisms typically introduce data perturbation to achieve almost equally statistical results regarding the presence or absence of an individual in a dataset. This perturbation involves adding noise to the dataset, however, it often compromises data utility despite its effectiveness in enhancing privacy. The critical parameter in determining the balance between privacy and utility is the privacy budget Ε. But it lacks an effective approach to select an Ε in current DP mechanisms. To address these challenges, we propose a novel privacy-preserving approach known as Differential Privacy with Stationary Random Process (DPSRP). We optimize the data privacy and utility of DP in the context of stationary random process. Specifically, we analyze the privacy and utility of DP within Markov chain. DPSRP facilitates the selection of an appropriate Ε to achieve an optimal tradeoff between privacy and utility and yield high-quality differential private datasets. Extensive simulations conducted on real-world datasets validate the effectiveness of our theoretical results. ©2023 IEEE.

Coal is the most important basic energy supporting the development of the national economy, safe production and effective supervision and management are of great significance. Currently, the coal mine safety monitoring system can be monitored locally, but it cannot help the supervision department to realize the remote supervision and centralized supervision. Establishing a corresponding coal mine safety monitoring network system has become a urgent need of coal mine safety supervision. In the paper, we first study the service-oriented architecture(SOA), and describes the windows communication foundation(WCF) technology, the technology is a main way to achieve SOA architecture. Then combined with WCF technology, the function and logic structure of coal mine safety monitoring network system are designed. Finally, the network system of mine monitoring system based on SOA was realized in the background of a mine monitoring system networking project of a company. © 2022 IEEE.

As the core RF front-end device of wireless communication systems, the performance of millimeter wave power amplifier chips determines the communication distance/quality of the system. In order to improve the communication distance of the system, power amplifiers are often required to operate in a saturated state, which can cause severe warping and deformation of PA chips due to high temperature accumulation. This seriously affects the performance of RF front-end, and has become a key issue that needs to be urgently solved in the industry. This paper takes MATLAB as the core to build a Circuit-Electromagnetic-Thermal-Force Multiple Physical Field collaborative simulation and optimization platform. In HFSS, using vbs script to achieve fully parameterized modeling and full band circuit electromagnetic joint simulation. In ANSYS Workbench, thermodynamic simulation is implemented using SCDM and Mechanical in IronPython environment. In this paper, a PA chip based on GaN process is simulated by using the Multi-Physical Field collaborative simulation and optimization platform. Aiming at its high temperature agglomeration problem, the number and layout of transistor count are optimized, and the maximum temperature is successfully reduced by about 70 ℃. In order to compensate for the circuit performance degradation caused by layout, this paper built an automatic optimization platform to optimize it, and the gain increased by about 8.4 dB compared with that before optimization, which proved the availability, reliability and progressiveness of the multi-physical field collaborative simulation optimization platform. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

How to evaluate the coding abilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) remains an open question. We find that existing benchmarks are poorly aligned with real-world code repositories and are insufficient to evaluate the coding abilities of LLMs. To address the knowledge gap, we propose a new benchmark named DevEval, which has three advances. 1 DevEval aligns with real-world repositories in multiple dimensions, e.g., code and dependency distributions. 2 DevEval is annotated by 13 developers and contains comprehensive annotations (e.g., requirements, original repositories, reference code, and reference dependencies). 3 DevEval comprises 1,825 testing samples from 115 repositories, covering 10 popular domains (e.g., Internet, Database). Based on DevEval, we propose repository-level code generation and evaluate 8 popular LLMs on DevEval (e.g., gpt-4, gpt-3.5, StarCoder 2, DeepSeek Coder, CodeLLaMa). Our experiments reveal these LLMs' coding abilities in real-world code repositories. For example, the highest Pass@1 of gpt-4 only is 53.04% in our experiments. We also analyze LLMs' failed cases and summarize their shortcomings. We hope DevEval can facilitate the development of LLMs in real code repositories. DevEval, prompts, and LLMs' predictions have been released. © 2024 Association for Computational Linguistics.

With the development and popularization of Beidou-3 navigation satellite system (BDS-3), to ensure its unique short message function it is necessary to integrate a radio frequency (RF) power amplifier (PA) with high performance. Therefore, in this paper, an L-band high-power 10 W PA chip is designed in InGaP/GaAs heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) technology combined with temperature-insensitive adaptive bias technology, class-F harmonic suppression technology, and LGA packaging technology. The linear gain of the PA chip reaches 37.1 dB and P1dB reaches 40.6 dBm. The results show that the PA chip has high power, high gain, and high linearity, which has obvious advantages over similar PA chip designs and can meet the short message functions of the BDS-3 terminals in various application scenarios. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

The autonomous number plate detection system plays a crucial role in modern transportation, law enforcement, and security infrastructure. Technical approaches using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and computer vision are actively researched to achieve ease of maintenance through real-time vehicle detection. The recent development has drastically improved the accuracy of object detection and recognition systems in deep neural networks. Using these techniques, vehicle number plates can easily be detected autonomously for vehicle identification and tracking. Here, we have used a custom-trained TensorFlow-based number plate detection method to autonomously detect vehicles using images captured by a smartphone, or surveillance camera. It showed an impressive mAP @ 0.5 of 95%, and demonstrated limitations in long-distance detection, leading us to designate it as the optimal vehicle detection model for accuracy. We designed and developed an autonomous number plate detection system for vehicle identification and tracking, which includes web-based, android-based, and embedded-based applications. In addition, we evaluated the proposed autonomous number plate detection system with real-time images and videos. The proposed system achieved real-time vehicle detection and tracking, boasting a commendable 90% detection accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.

We present a simple yet effective method for constructing 3D self-supporting surfaces with planar quadrilateral(PQ)*** with a triangular discretization of a self-supporting surface,we firstcompute the principal curvatures and directions of each triangular face using a new discrete differential geometryapproach,yielding more accurate results than existing ***,we smooth the principal direction field to reduce the number of ***,we partition all faces into two groups in terms of principalcurvature *** each face with small curvature difference,we compute a stretch matrix that turns the principal directions into a pair of conjugate *** the remaining triangular faces,we simply keep their smoothed principal ***,applying a mixed-integer programming solver to the mixed principal and conjugate direction field,we obtain a planar quadrilateral *** results show that our method is computationally efficient and can yield high-quality PQ meshes that well approximate the geometry of the input surfaces and maintain their self-supporting properties.

Large language models (LLMs) have significantly advanced performance across a spectrum of natural language processing (NLP) tasks. Yet, their application to knowledge graphs (KGs), which describe facts in the form of triplets and allow minimal hallucinations, remains an underexplored frontier. In this paper, we investigate the integration of LLMs with KGs by introducing a specialized KG Language (KGL), where a sentence precisely consists of an entity noun, a relation verb, and ends with another entity noun. Despite KGL's unfamiliar vocabulary to the LLM, we facilitate its learning through a tailored dictionary and illustrative sentences, and enhance context understanding via real-time KG context retrieval and KGL token embedding augmentation. Our results reveal that LLMs can achieve fluency in KGL, drastically reducing errors compared to conventional KG embedding methods on KG completion. Furthermore, our enhanced LLM shows exceptional competence in generating accurate three-word sentences from an initial entity and interpreting new unseen terms out of KGs. © 2024 Neural information processing systems foundation. Autonomous robots combine skills to form increasingly complex behaviors, called missions. While skills are often programmed at a relatively low abstraction level, their coordination is architecturally separated and often expressed in higher-level languages or frameworks. State machines have been the go-to language to model behavior for decades, but recently, behavior trees have gained attention among roboticists. Originally designed to model autonomous actors in computer games, behavior trees offer an extensible tree-based representation of missions and are claimed to support modular design and code reuse. Although several implementations of behavior trees are in use, little is known about their usage and scope in the real world. How do concepts offered by behavior trees relate to traditional languages, such as state machines? How are concepts in behavior trees and state machines used in actual applications? This paper is a study of the key language concepts in behavior trees as realized in domain-specific languages (DSLs), internal and external DSLs offered as libraries, and their use in open-source robotic applications supported by the Robot Operating System (ROS). We analyze behavior-tree DSLs and compare them to the standard language for behavior models in robotics: state machines. We identify DSLs for both behavior-modeling languages, and we analyze five in-depth. We mine open-source repositories for robotic applications that use the analyzed DSLs and analyze their usage. We identify similarities between behavior trees and state machines in terms of language design and the concepts offered to accommodate the needs of the robotics domain. We observed that the usage of behavior-tree DSLs in open-source projects is increasing rapidly. We observed similar usage patterns at model structure and at code reuse in the behavior-tree and state-machine models within the mined open-source projects. The study has outlined the finite element technique used for the fiber modal analysis of photonic crystal fiber (PCF) structure with a hexagonal/circular air holes arrangement on the cladding of pure fiber-optic silica. The used fibers that are namely highly nonlinear fiber (HNLF), single model silica fiber (SMSF) are combined with PCFs with different dopants concentration. Leakage loss, number of guided resonant modes, fiber birefringence, effective refractive index and cross-section areas and nonlinear coefficient parameters are measured inaccurate estimation. The optimum resonant guided modes are also estimated for different lattice infrastructure in circular PCFs. © 2019 Walter de Gruyter GmbH, Berlin/Boston.
