This paper proposes a deep learning method for object recognition and pose estimation only through a single RGB image. We extend the YOLOX algorithm, which has excellent performance in the field of 2D object detection, making it suitable for 6DoF pose estimation scenarios in a natural way. The model is designed to predict the position of key points in the image, which are used to establish the correspondence between the object model and the scene image. After that, the object pose can be obtained by PnP algorithm. In order to obtain labeled data for model training effectively, this paper designs a data augmentation method combining offline expansion and online augmentation, which can improve the generalization ability of the model. The results of experiments on the LINEMOD dataset demonstrate the effectiveness of our method, which is significantly competitive with other methods using similar implementation ideas. © 2022 IEEE.

When organophosphate pesticides(OPs)are not used and handled in accordance with the current rules and standards,it results in serious threats to the aquatic environment and human *** tricornutum is a prospective microalgae-based system for pollutant removal and carbon *** engineered ***,designated as the OE line(endogenously expressing purple acid phosphatase 1[PAP1]),can utilize organic phosphorus for cellular ***,the competencies and mechanisms of the microalgae-based system(namely the OE line of ***)for metabolizing OPs remain to be *** this study,the OE line exhibited the effective biodegradation competencies of 72.12%and 68.2%for 30 mg L^(-1)of dichlorvos and 50 mg L^(-1)of glyphosate,accompanied by synergistic accumulations of biomass(0.91 and 0.95 g L^(-1))and lipids(32.71%and 32.08%),***,the biodiesel properties of the lipids from the OE line manifested a high potential as an alternative feedstock for microalgae-based biofuel production.A plausible mechanism of OPs biodegraded by overexpressed PAP1 is that sufficient inorganic P for adenosine triphosphate and concurrent carbon flux for the reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate biosynthesis,which improved the OP tolerance and biodegradation competencies by regulating the antioxidant system,delaying programmed cell death and accumulating lipids via the upregulation of related *** sum up,this study demonstrates a potential strategy using a genetically engineered strain of *** to remove high concentrations of OPs with the simultaneous production of biomass and biofuels,which might provide novel insights for microalgae-based pollutant biodegradation.

Given a switched system and a safe region that is a subset of the state space, a state trajectory is safe if the whole trajectory is within the safe region. The safety-critical stability problem here is to determine the safe initial domain that is the set of initial states with safe trajectories under arbitrary switching. We prove that the safe initial domain is of full dimension iff the switched system is stable. Moreover, under the assumption that the switched system is exponentially stable and the safe region is regular, we present a computational procedure to numerically characterize the safe initial domain with the help of the newly introduced concept of 'cut-tail-points'. A numerical example is presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. © 2024 IEEE.

Modular multilevel converters(MMCs)have been widely used owing to their superior ***,the rapid switching of power electronics devices causes serious electromagnetic interference(EMI).There are a large number of obvious EMI peaks in the frequency spectrum of the carrier phase-shifted constant-switching-frequency pulse-width modulation(CSFPWM).Spreading the EMI across a wider frequency range can help to reduce the EMI *** this study,we designed a uniform distribution(UD)spread-spectrum modulation technology using the principle of uniform switching frequency distribution and minimum switching loss for *** feasibility is verified by theoretical derivation and ***,the effectiveness of UDPWM in reducing the EMI is verified in experiments with a prototype MMC testbed in the *** with traditional CSFPWM,UDPWM can reduce conducted EMI by 10-20 ***,compared with random PWM(RPWM),UDPWM can improve efficiency and reduce total harmonic distortion(THD)of output voltage and current in MMC.

Instability energy mechanism of super-large section crossing chambers in deep coal mines

The stress concentration and failure at chamber intersections in coal mine are intense,especially in deepburied,super-large section *** this paper,the plastic radius of super-large section chamber under unequal pressure was corrected on the basis of the size ***,stress and failure evolution of intersections under different crossing angles and equivalent angular bisectors were ***,2 trajectory curves of failure and stress were analytically expressed,which divided the intersection into 5 influencing zones in the light of stress superposition *** determining instability trigger point and instability path,instability energy criterion of intersection can be obtained as K>1,which means that the external energy is greater than the sum of energy consumed by surrounding rock instability and supporting structure *** coal-gangue separation system of Longgu Coal Mine as example,it was found that there was instability risk under original *** long-term stability,an optimization design method was proposed by considering safety factor,and optimal support scheme was *** monitoring showed intersections deformations were relatively small with the maximum of 125 mm,which verified the rationality of theoretical *** study provides guidance for the stability control of the intersections under the same or similar conditions.

Integrative approach for predicting drug-target interactions via matrix factorization and broad learning systems

In the drug discovery process, time and costs are the most typical problems resulting from the experimental screening of drug-target interactions (DTIs). To address these limitations, many computational methods have been developed to achieve more accurate predictions. However, identifying DTIs mostly rely on separate learning tasks with drug and target features that neglect interaction representation between drugs and target. In addition, the lack of these relationships may lead to a greatly impaired performance on the prediction of DTIs. Aiming at capturing comprehensive drug-target representations and simplifying the network structure, we propose an integrative approach with a convolution broad learning system for the DTI prediction (ConvBLS-DTI) to reduce the impact of the data sparsity and incompleteness. First, given the lack of known interactions for the drug and target, the weighted K-nearest known neighbors (WKNKN) method was used as a preprocessing strategy for unknown drug-target pairs. Second, a neighborhood regularized logistic matrix factorization (NRLMF) was applied to extract features of updated drug-target interaction information, which focused more on the known interaction pair parties. Then, a broad learning network incorporating a convolutional neural network was established to predict DTIs, which can make classification more effective using a different perspective. Finally, based on the four benchmark datasets in three scenarios, the ConvBLS-DTI’s overall performance out-performed some mainstream methods. The test results demonstrate that our model achieves improved prediction effect on the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve and the precision-recall curve. ©2024 the Author(s), licensee AIMS Press. It is essential to achieve real-time fault detection of the industrial process to reduce the occurrence of accidents during the industrial process. However, there are some problems in the actual monitoring process, such as the instability of sensor measurement, losing packet while transferring data, which causes problems like missing data and outliers while sampling from actual monitoring data. In addition, the monitoring data are interrelated in time series. Thus, a fault detection method based on DMPPCA model is proposed in this study. DMPPCA can not only consider the above problems at the same time, but also determine the dimension of latent variables automatically. Finally, the effect of proposed DMPPCA model was validated by a three-phase flow facility. © 2022 IEEE.
