In order to solve the problem that the surface deformation of large components cannot be photographed in real time due to the influence of assembly stress during assembly, a multi-source sensor surface deformation sensing and 3D imaging prediction technology for large components is proposed, which combined laser tracking, structured light detection and optical fiber sensing monitoring. Firstly, the multi-source sensor system is analyzed, and the multi-source sensor fusion sensing field is constructed. Secondly, the unified model of heterogeneous data is established to complete the accurate conversion of optical fiber monitoring wavelength to space point coordinates. Thirdly, multi-source data fusion is realized based on Gaussian process fusion algorithm to complete 3D imaging prediction of component surface deformation. Finally, a large skin component is taken as an example to simulate the assembly deformation experiment. The results show that the root-mean-square error is less than 0.1mm compared with the actual results. Based on the measured data of structured light scanning and multi-source sensing technology, a real-time sensing and prediction method for surface deformation imaging of large components is proposed. This method not only simplifies the scanning mode of structured light, but also provides a new idea for dynamic model building. © 2024 SPIE.

Bottom-up synthesis of semiconductive carbonaceous nanosheets on hematite photoanode for photoelectrochemical water splitting

Coupling two-dimention carbon materials like graphene on photodelectrode can achieve high-efficiency photoelectrochemical ***-up synthesis of carbon-based two-dimensional materials in green media from simple molecules is very attractive but remains a *** is an ideal precursor for the synthesis but previous report requires pyrolysis at high temperature(>700℃).Herein,starting with glucose,we develop a low temperature(210℃)synthesis of carbonaceous nanosheets in aqueous solution of *** the aid of ethylenediamine and Fe3+/Fe27Co27Ni2+ions,the nanosheets can grow on hematite nanorod array with very close ***,a metallic region is formed at the interface due to atom distribution distortion,which can promote the charge *** activity can be greatly enhanced by about 500%due to fast charge *** is much better than that prepared by physically or chemically mixing graphene and hematite(<200%).The enhancement is mainly due to the deformation area between the nanosheets and the *** effective hole diffusion length increases from 2 to 8 nm and lifetime of charge carrier also increases,as confirmed by ultrafast transient absorption *** method provides more opportunity for simple,mild and cost-effective fabrication of carbon-based two-dimensional by bottom-up method.

Deeply photocatalytic oxidation of NO-to-NO_(3)holds great promise for alleviating NO_(x) *** major challenge of NO photo-oxidation is the highly in-situ generated NO_(2) concentration,and the formation of unstable nitrate species causes desorption to release NO_(2).In this study,SnO_(2) quantum dots and oxygen vacancies co-modified Zn_(2)SnO_(4)(ZSO-SnO_(2)-OVs)were prepared by a one-step hydrothermal procedure,the NO photo-oxidation was investigated by a combination of solid experimental and theoretical ***,spectroscopic measurements indicate that fast carrier dynamics can be achieved due to the electron transfer efficiency of ZSO-SnO_(2)-OVs reaching 99.99%,far outperforming the counterpart and previously reported *** NO oxidation,molecular NO/O_(2) and H2O are efficiently adsorbed/activated around OVs and SnO_(2) QDs,***-situ infrared measurements and calculated electron localized function disclose two main findings:(1)richly electrons enable NO promptly form NOinstead of toxic NO_(2) or NO^(+);(2)the generation of stable and undecomposed bidentate NO_(3)rather than bridging or monodentate one benefits the deep oxidation of NO via shifting reaction sites from O terminals for original ZSO to Sn ones for ZSO-SnO_(2)-*** synergistic action of SnO_(2) QDs and OVs positively contributes to the NO oxidation performance enhancement(60.6%,0.1 g of sample)and high selectivity of NO to NO_(3)(99.2%).Results from this study advance the mechanistic understanding of NO photooxidation and its selectivity to NO_(3)over photocatalysts.

冻融与不同pH溶液的耦合作用下土壤中重金属浸出行为尚缺乏研究。本研究采用TCLP测试评估了冻融及耦合酸化处理前后土壤中重金属的浸出毒性,并采用孔隙(颗粒)与裂隙图像识别与分析系统(PCAS)和地球化学模拟软件(PHREEQC)分别探究土壤矿物颗粒的微观结构和矿物学演化特征。结果表明,经过30次冻融循环后,As、Cd、Cu、Mn、Pb和Zn的最大浸出浓度分别为0.22 mg/L、0.61 mg/L、2.46 mg/L、3.08 mg/L、29.36 mg/L和8.07 mg/L。在冻融和酸化的耦合作用下,土壤颗粒的孔隙度增加了4.79%。孔隙和裂缝的演化所引起的颗粒结构破坏证实了这一结果。在冻融作用下,土壤颗粒的各向异性增加,而在冻融与酸化的耦合作用下,土壤颗粒的各向异性降低。SEM-EDS、PCAS量化和PHREEQC模拟的结果表明,重金属的释放机制不仅与矿物颗粒的微观结构演化特征有关,还受质子腐蚀以及矿物的溶解和沉淀的影响。这些结果将为季节性冻土地区污染场地土壤修复评价提供重要参考。

Cooperative attack–defense decision-making of multi-UAV using satisficing decision-enhanced wolf pack search algorithm

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have shown their superiority for applications in complicated military missions. A cooperative attack–defense decision-making method based on satisficing decision-enhanced wolf pack search (SDEWPS) algorithm is developed for multi-UAV air combat in this paper. Firstly, the multi-UAV air combat mathematical model is provided and the attack–defense decision-making constraints are defined. Besides the traditional air combat situation, the capability of UAVs and target information including target type and target intention are all considered in this paper to establish the air combat superiority function. Then, the wolf pack search (WPS) algorithm is used to solve the attack decision problem. To improve efficiency, the satisficing decision theory is employed to enhance the WPS to obtain the satisficing solution rather than optimal solution. Novel black oxygen deficient bismuth oxide(Bi_(2)O_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3-x))photocatalytic material was successfully prepared by a two zone temperature controlled muffle furnace *** lanthanum,cerium and erbium ions are successfully doped into Bi_(2)O_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3-x) with the average contents of 10.77 wt%,7.62 wt%and 8,14 wt%,*** re sults show that a large number of oxygen vacancies exist in Bi_(2)O_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3-x).La^(3+)Ce^(3+)and Er^(3+)act as electron acceptors to temporarily trap the photo-generated *** XPS spectrum show Bi-O band in Bi_(2)O_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3-x) and the O 1s peak of Ce/Bi_(2)O_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3-x) move toward the direction of low binding *** phenomena fully prove that the separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs will be more effectual,so as to reduce the possibility of charge carrier *** radical scavenging experiments and electron spin resonance detections confirm that the conduction band of the original Bi_(2)O_(3)can easily receive photogenerated electrons,while the valence band of the modified Bi_(2)O_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3-x) tends to accept photogenerated holes and then forms the circulation ***,Ce/Bi_(2)O_(3)-Bi_(2)O_(3-x) can degrade tetracycline hydrochloride up to 90.15%.This research provides some new insights into developing green and recyclable photocatalysts for the remediation of antibiotic contamination.

Higher N_(2)O production in sequencing batch reactors compared to continuous stirred tank reactors:effect of feast-famine cycles

Nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)is a potent greenhouse gas that can be emitted during the biological treatment of *** this study,a comparison of the long-term performance characteristics and N_(2)O production of sequencing batch reactors(SBR)and continuous stirred tank reactors(CSTR)during nitrite-based denitrification was *** was found that both reactors had NO_(2)^(-)-N removal efficiencies over 99.9%,but the N_(2)O-N emissions from the SBR reached~2.3%of the removal nitrite-N load,while in the CSTR it never exceeded 0.1%.High frequency sampling during one operation cycle of the SBR demonstrated that the N_(2)O accumulation ratio was~0.1%during the feast period,increased to~1.9%in the first five hours of the famine period,and then gradually reached~2.3%at the end of *** experiments showed that limiting extracellular electron donor is required for N_(2)O accumulation in cells from the SBR-famine period and that cells from the CSTR do not accumulate N_(2)O when either nitrite or carbon is *** notable difference in the two reactor communities was the high level of accumulation of intracellular granules,most likely polyhydroxybutyrate(PHB),in cells during the feast period in the *** assembly and binning found that one genome(PRO1),which is a Thauera,accounted for over half the metagenomic reads in both *** shifts in gene regulation nor community composition explained the observed differences in reactor performance suggesting some post-transcriptional regulation obligatorily linked to antecedent conditions underly increased N_(2)O production in the SBR.

This paper aims to address the challenge of pose estimation for texture-less objects under conditions of stacking, occlusion, and complex backgrounds. The proposed method, called Yolo-S, consists of two parts: a pre-estimation network based on Yolov8 backbone and a key point post-refinement network based on Graph Neural Network. The first part uses off-the-shelf detectors result as inputs (e.g. MaskRCNN) and outputs the pre-estimate keypoints at the pixel coordinates. The second part encodes the roughly estimated keypoints and the priori knowledge of the object's CAD model, uses a graph neural network to intergrate feature and predict the final keypoints. PNP method is used to obtain the object's pose. The main advantage of Yolo-S is that is has a prior knowledge embedded GNN model for estimating the pose of texture-less objects, which greatly improves prediction quality and accuracy and achieves zero-shot sim-to-real model transfer. Experimental results on the LINEMOD dataset demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method and its significant competitiveness with other state-of-the-art methods.
