Aiming at the problems of low digitization of carbon emission monitoring, various links, diverse sources and insufficient collection of carbon accounting data, as well as poor reliability and transparency of carbon data and weak trust transmission among subjects, this paper first studies the trusted management and control technology of’ collection-circulation-accounting’ full-chain electric carbon data, and then puts forward multi-dimensional carbon emission digital characterization technology and carbon accounting credit enhancement contract integrated deployment technology. Finally, a carbon emission monitoring and management system based on blockchain is established and pilot verification is carried out to realize effective monitoring and management of carbon emissions in the park and improve the accurate accounting ability of carbon emission data of enterprises in the park. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). The load of a region is often influenced by multiple factors, resulting in strong nonlinearity and temporal characteristics of load data, which increases the difficulty of accurately predicting load. To improve the accuracy of power load forecasting, this paper proposes a short-term power load forecasting method based on VMD-ResNet. Firstly, at the data level, the Variational Modal Decomposition (VMD) method is used to decompose historical loads and temperatures to obtain a more stable Intrinsic Mode Function (IMF). Then, different IMFs are integrated and input into the first stage prediction model along with seasonal and holiday information to extract internal features of the data for preliminary prediction;The second stage is a Deep Residual Network (ResNet) that uses the forecast data from the first stage as input to predict the load over the next 24 hours. The data adopts real load data from Panama City from January 2015 to June 2020. The average absolute percentage error (MAPE) of the VMD-ResNet load forecasting model is 1.3%. Compared with load forecasting networks such as SVR, LSTM, CNN-LSTM, ResNet, etc., the MAPE of the test set has decreased by 2.36%, 1.8%, 1.2%, and 0.8%, respectively. Experiments have shown that VMD-ResNet can deeply mine data characteristics and has good predictive performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Power Line Communication (PLC) covers a wide range of functions and has low cost. With the development of smart grid, new requirements of high-frequency spectral efficiency and large access capacity are put forward for power line communication. This paper studies the power line communication technology based on adaptive SCMA. Through adaptive modulation, SCMA technology can better adapt to the characteristics of strong signal attenuation, background noise and impulse noise in power line channel, and improve the spectral efficiency and user capacity in power line communication. © 2022 IEEE.

For the first time,the flash sintering(FS)of high-purity alumina at room temperature,which was previously considered unachievable due to its low electrical conductivity,was conducted *** electrical arc originating from surface flashover was harnessed to induce FS at room temperature and low air *** successful FS of high-purity alumina was realized at 60 kPa under the arc constraint,resulting in a notable relative density of the alumina sample of 98.7%.The electric–thermal coupling between the arc and high-purity alumina sample during the arc-induced FS process was analyzed via the finite element simulation *** results revealed the thermal and electrical effects of the arc on the sample,which ultimately enhance the electrical conductivity of the alumina *** formation of a conductive channel on the sample surface,a result of increased electrical conductivity,was the pivotal factor in achieving FS in high-purity alumina at room *** arc constraint technique can be applied to numerous materials,such as ionic conductors,semiconductors,and even insulators,under room-temperature and low-air-pressure conditions.

At present, the application model and business model of the blockchain are still being explored. In view of the large scale of market entities and high transaction processing capabilities in the large-scale and high-concurrency power transaction business scenario, this paper studies the parallel processing technology of blockchain transactions, realizes the parallel processing of transactions, and supports the parallel reading and writing capabilities of tens of thousands of entities. Research on the blockchain consensus algorithm suitable for power trading business can shorten the transaction consensus and execution time, and ensure that the consensus mechanism meets the concurrency requirements of business responsiveness and performance requirements.

At present, many terminal devices or users adopt an access control mode of 'one-time identity authentication and access rights assignment, valid for a long time '. There are risks such as legal equipment or users being impersonated by a malicious user, and legitimate users launching internal malicious attacks. In this paper, we construct a dynamic access control mechanism based on short-term token and user trust. Firstly, design a short-lived access token that is generated based on device attributes and authentication information. Secondly, a user behavior analysis model based on deep convolutional neural networks is established. The user's trustworthiness judgment is realized through the analysis of user access behavior data, and the token update method is set up in combination with the user trustworthiness level, used to achieve dynamic access authorization. Experimental verification shows that the mechanism is dynamic and more secure in terms of access control. © 2022 IEEE.

Among the medium and high voltage switchgear equipment, capacitive voltage transformer (CVT) is the most widely used power equipment in voltage measurement. The distribution characteristics of stray capacitance in the equipment space are directly related to the accuracy of equipment measurement. This paper analyzes the working principle of the voltage sensing unit, designs the structural model of the voltage sensing plate and the shielding plate, calculates the spatial capacitance distribution value when the axial length of the voltage sensing plate and the shielding plate changes, and reveals the influence of the structural change of voltage sensing unit in the switchgear on the distribution characteristics of spatial stray capacitance. © 2022 IEEE.

There are a large number of air switches in substations, computer rooms and other places. It is often necessary to artificially change the opening and closing states of the air switches for specific tasks. Due to the high labor cost and potential safety hazards, it has great potential to implement edge-computing-based deep learning models in these scenarios. However, these scenarios have complex conditions and many electromagnetic interferences, and the long-term stable operation of deep learning models requires high virtual isolation technology involved in edge computing. In this context, this paper uses virtual isolation technology and deep learning model for air switch detection, uses the trained air switch detection model based on YOLOX deep learning framework to make mirror images, and completes isolation enhancement in the generation of mirror images. Besides, on this basis, a safe and efficient control decision-making scheme based on neural network is proposed. © 2022 SPIE. All rights reserved.
