There are a large number of air switches in substations, computer rooms and other places. It is often necessary to artificially change the opening and closing states of the air switches for specific tasks. Due to the high labor cost and potential safety hazards, it has great potential to implement edge-computing-based deep learning models in these scenarios. However, these scenarios have complex conditions and many electromagnetic interferences, and the long-term stable operation of deep learning models requires high virtual isolation technology involved in edge computing. In this context, this paper uses virtual isolation technology and deep learning model for air switch detection, uses the trained air switch detection model based on YOLOX deep learning framework to make mirror images, and completes isolation enhancement in the generation of mirror images. Besides, on this basis, a safe and efficient control decision-making scheme based on neural network is proposed. © 2022 SPIE. All rights reserved.

Customer tag is a way to know customers. It is a feature identification highly refined and summarized from data, which can support efficient decision-making. With the deepening application of customer labels in various businesses of power companies, how to realize the continuous optimization of inherent customer labels has become a difficulty. Focusing on the main line of power customer label operation evaluation analysis optimization, this paper constructs a single label application effectiveness evaluation system and label scenario application evaluation system, analyzes the existing labels based on the evaluation system, and establishes rule models and exception identification models such as label optimization recommendation, offline reminder, promotion reminder and exception monitoring based on the analysis. As the dramatic increase of both number and types of IoT devices, especially the ones have stringent requirements on complexity, development period and cost, cryptography misuses are becoming increasingly common which will have a tremendous influence on the security and privacy protection. To address the above question, this paper studies the feature of 73 cryptography misuses, proposes a cryptography detection method based on Bi-LSTM which can learns forward and backward simultaneously, and then developes a prototype tool called CryptoDetection for Java source code. Experimental results have shown that the proposed detection method achieves 92% accuracy, 92% precision, 91% recall and 92% f1-score, which respectively outperforms the best one among all the compared state-of-the-art techniques. © 2022 IEEE.

The electric energy metering device of charging facilities is easily affected by factors such as power quality, abnormal fluctuations in fixed loss in the station area, and distortion signals, and it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of electric energy measurement of charging facilities. In order to ensure the fairness, impartiality, scientific accuracy of measuring charging facilities, and enhance the accuracy of measurement, a hardware and software-based method combining energy conservation and comparison of primary and secondary metering modules is proposed for online monitoring of charging pile errors. Firstly, the measurement errors of each charging pile are calculated based on energy conservation. Secondly, for suspected charging piles with excessive errors, a secondary judgment is conducted using the primary and secondary metering module approach to enhance the robustness of online error monitoring. This method has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, high monitoring efficiency, and accuracy.

With the increasing scale of power cables, the lack of reliable and stable power supply for cable monitoring sensors with light load and weak magnetic field has become a key problem, and restricting the development of the Internet of Things for power transmission and distribution. This paper first analyzes the current power supply technology of cable monitoring sensors, and through the analysis of the single core cable structure and its magnetic field influencing factors, proposes a scheme for power supply of weak magnetic field cable monitoring sensors. Combined with the magnetic field energy extraction output model, a self-energy extraction device for the weak magnetic field cable environment is developed. Through the test verification, the device can complete the stable power supply of the light load cable monitoring sensor. © 2022 IEEE.

Mixed insulating oils can combine the properties and advantages of different insulating oils, which is the key method for the development of new environment-friendly insulating liquid. Based on a mixture of insulating oils previously developed by the team, the diffusion characteristics of the calculated gas in three-element mixed insulation oil (TEMO) is studied in this paper. The diffusion characteristics of the gas molecules and the interaction energy between the gas molecules and the insulating liquid are calculated by the simulation method so as to reveal the diffusion process of the gas molecules. By analyzing the order of FFV, interaction energy, mean square displacement and other microscopic parameters of different gases, the diffusion differences of different gas molecules in insulating oil were obtained. This paper can provide theoretical guidance for TEMO transformer operation and its gas production analysis. © 2023, Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Co., Ltd.

The PDC test is an important means to evaluate the main insulation status of the transformer. When the traditional PDC test current is used to analyze the aging state, it is found that there is an obvious asymmetry between polarization and depolarization current, which will affect the accuracy of the evaluation results. Therefore, this paper has carried out research on the asymmetric PDC variation law of oil-paper insulation. Several groups of oil-paper insulation models with different degrees of aging were prepared in the laboratory environment. Under the polarization voltage, the change law of the transient electric field distribution in the aging model was calculated. According to the traditional interface polarization theory, the influence of insulation aging on the traditional interface polarization behavior is analyzed. Finally, this paper uses the collapsible charge model to explain the causes of PDC current asymmetry. Finally, the quantitative characterization relationship between the amount of decomposing charge and the aging of oil-paper insulation was established. The research results of this paper provide theoretical support for improving the accuracy of insulation state assessment of oil-immersed power equipment based on the PDC testing method. © 2023 IEEE.

With the increase of grid-connected capacity of new energy sources, the problem of local grid limitation becomes more serious. Taking the transmission line of Jilin province as the research object, based on the meteorological data of some meteorological stations around a weak section, the data are analyzed. The inverse distance weight interpolation (IDW), ordinary Kriging interpolation (OK) and radial basis function interpolation (RBF) were used for spatial interpolation, and an estimation error was verified and analyzed statistically. The results show that the inverse distance weight interpolation (IDW) is more suitable for wind speed and direction data interpolation, and the two test indicators are smaller overall. The statistical error is taken into account in the interpolation results to provide more reliable input data for the dynamic capacity-increase technique. © 2023 IEEE.

During software development, vulnerabilities have posed a significant threat to users. Patches are the most effective way to combat vulnerabilities. In a large-scale software system, testing the presence of a security patch in every affected binary is crucial to ensure system security. Identifying whether a binary has been patched for a known vulnerability is challenging, as there may only be small differences between patched and vulnerable versions. Existing approaches mainly focus on detecting patches that are compiled in the same compiler options. However, it is common for developers to compile programs with very different compiler options in different situations, which causes inaccuracy for existing methods. In this paper, we propose a new approach named $PS^{3}$ , referring to precise patch presence test based on semantic-level symbolic signature. $PS^{3}$ exploits symbolic emulation to extract signatures that are stable under different compiler options. Then $PS^{3}$ can precisely test the presence of the patch by comparing the signatures between the reference and the target at semantic level. To evaluate the effectiveness of our approach, we constructed a dataset consisting of 3,631 (CVE, binary) pairs of 62 recent CVEs in four C/C++ projects. The experimental results show that $PS^{3}$ achieves scores of 0.82, 0.97, and 0.89 in terms of precision, recall, and F1 score, respectively. $PS^{3}$ outperforms the state-of-the-art baselines by improving 33% in terms of F1 score and remains stable in different compiler options.

The development of the energy Internet has increasingly higher requirements for the perception of the status of transmission lines, and temperature measurement of transmission lines has become an important part of ensuring the stable operation of the power grid. This paper first analyzes the problems faced by different temperature measurement technologies of power transmission lines at this stage, and studies the problems of low data accuracy and poor real-time performance caused by insufficient power supply of current temperature measurement systems, and design a self-powered temperature measurement based on the transmission lines system. Finally, the design of its deployment in the transmission line is carried out, which provides a solution for the reliable and stable temperature measurement of the transmission line. © 2022 IEEE.
