With the rise and development of flexible energy harvester, transfer printing has become the key technology affecting the success rate of flexible energy harvester manufacturing. And some brittle micro structures are very easy to fail in the complex transfer printing, resulting in the transfer success rate has been very low. In this paper, optimized seal transfer printing process is proposed, and the transfer release time is shorten to 10min by studying the influence of different sacrificial layer materials and different ratios of corrosion liquid on the release time of the structure from the rigid substrate, meanwhile, the corrosion resistance of the photoresist protective layer is improved by studying the influence of different coating rotation speed on the glue floating time, then, through the above work, the success rate of the seal transfer printing process is improved.

The development of the energy Internet has increasingly higher requirements for the perception of the status of transmission lines, and temperature measurement of transmission lines has become an important part of ensuring the stable operation of the power grid. This paper first analyzes the problems faced by different temperature measurement technologies of power transmission lines at this stage, and studies the problems of low data accuracy and poor real-time performance caused by insufficient power supply of current temperature measurement systems, and design a self-powered temperature measurement based on the transmission lines system. Finally, the design of its deployment in the transmission line is carried out, which provides a solution for the reliable and stable temperature measurement of the transmission line. © 2022 IEEE.

Corona effect and audible noise caused by transmission line in UHV transmission project have always been the key problems worthy of attention. At present, the measurement of audible noise of transmission line is usually measured by direct detection method, but it is easy to be affected by background noise in complex environment. Based on the correlation model of audible noise and corona current, aiming at the need of audible noise detection of Ultra-High Voltage Direct Current (UHVDC) transmission line, a realization method of software, which is based on C # Net and MATLAB, is proposed to obtain the sound level of audible noise by corona current measurement data. The software includes corona current time domain waveform measurement model, corona current processing module, audible noise calculation module and so on. This paper proposes an improved crack detection network, which can provide convenience in pavement maintenance and reduce the burden of labor costs. The network architecture is built based on YOLOv5-l, which has a balance of accuracy and speed. We introduce deformable convolution into the designed network to adapt to the crack target, which can improve the effect of detection. During the test, we also use test time augmentation to further improve the detection performance. The results on the RDDC2020 dataset show that the proposed model has reached a high level without using data augmentation and ensemble learning. © 2022 SPIE.

In the operational landscape of the electric power industry, a wealth of events, operations, and fault reports generates substantial textual data. The application of frame semantic parsing to the power grid system presents challenges, especially given the distinctive characteristics of Chinese text, including entity ambiguity, word segmentation issues, and a misalignment with knowledge in the power systems field. In response to these challenges, we introduce an innovative pipeline specifically designed for Chinese semantic analysis based on an electric power dataset, showcasing significant enhancements over the baseline. This research strives to drive technological advancements, fostering a more sophisticated understanding of textual data within the intricate domain of the Chinese electric power industry, with a particular focus on natural language processing.

The power-line point cloud obtained by LiDAR can represent 3D geometric information of power lines, which has important applications in power line inspection. However, the rapid growth of point cloud data has brought challenges to data transmission, storage, and processing. An alternative approach is to preserve the structural information of relevant objects from point cloud data. This structure information is also useful in some important tasks, such as obstacle troubleshooting and sag measurement. In this paper, we aim to extract power-line key points from LiDAR data to represent the power-line structure. Unlike most existing methods that use 3D line fitting, we propose a data-driven approach that exploits point features in the 2D plane and 3D space. Our method first projects 3D points onto a 2D plane, which can largely reflect the distribution of points. It then uses the local features of points to extract power-line key points. We demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of our method using an original data set consisting of 50 power-line point clouds. The results show that our method is intuitive, easy to understand, and suitable for practical applications.

With the proposal of ubiquitous power Internet of things, the demand for the smart grid for spectrum resources is increasing. In order to improve the utilization of spectrum resources, spectrum sensing technology can be applied to the smart grid. Aiming at the problem of poor detection performance of energy detection algorithm in spectrum sensing in the presence of noise uncertainty, a three-step cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) algorithm based on historical sensing information prediction is proposed. The algorithm divides the decision-making difficulty area caused by noise into three reliability levels and uses fuzzy logic (FL) to make the decision. When the output of FL is uncertain, exponential smoothing prediction (ESP) is used to make the decision on historical information. The analysis results show that, compared with the soft decision and reference algorithm, the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the performance of noise uncertainty and spectrum sensing without increasing the transmission overhead and computational complexity. © 2021 IEEE.

In the measurement of nonlinear power capacitor, large DC (direct current) voltage and small AC (alternate current) sinusoidal voltage connected in series are applied to the nonlinear capacitor. In this situation, measurement precision of the capacitor AC sinusoidal voltage and current are critical to the accurate calculation of nonlinear capacitance parameter. Owing to the voltage level diversity, voltage regulation circuit is needed between the measurement terminals and measurement instrument. Though deliberately designed, measurement circuit introduced amplitude and phase error is inevitable. In this paper, an accurate AC sinusoidal small signal measurement method is proposed to promote the measurement precision. The small signal model of the voltage regulation circuit is deduced first. The amplitude and phase angle of the measured sinusoidal small signal is calculated by software phase lock loop (SPLL) method, after which the amplitude and phase angle error is compensated based on the deduced small signal model of the voltage regulation and filter measuring circuit and frequency response method. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed accurate AC sinusoidal small signal measurement method has been verified by simulation experiment. © 2024 SPIE.

Aiming at the problems of low digitization of carbon emission monitoring, various links, diverse sources and insufficient collection of carbon accounting data, as well as poor reliability and transparency of carbon data and weak trust transmission among subjects, this paper first studies the trusted management and control technology of’ collection-circulation-accounting’ full-chain electric carbon data, and then puts forward multi-dimensional carbon emission digital characterization technology and carbon accounting credit enhancement contract integrated deployment technology. Finally, a carbon emission monitoring and management system based on blockchain is established and pilot verification is carried out to realize effective monitoring and management of carbon emissions in the park and improve the accurate accounting ability of carbon emission data of enterprises in the park. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s). The development of the energy storage industry and the higher electricity prices lead to the continuous increase of users' demand for battery energy storage in industrial manufacture. To monitor the status of the battery and control the running process of the battery, we need a battery management system (BMS) with good performance and complete functions. Previously proposed BMS generally lacks functionality and is not designed for energy storage systems in industrial manufacture. This paper aims to design and implement a BMS for energy storage. The system can collect various data such as battery voltage, temperature, current, smoke, and so on. The functions of calculating status data, detecting faults, passive battery balance, and display are also supported. Moreover, the system optimizes the functions of battery balance and display. Finally, the experimental results show that the BMS achieves a battery voltage measurement error within 2mV, supports a passive balance current of about 100mA, and makes the computing resource allocation more balanced. © 2022 IEEE.
