As an important guide for grid development and a key link of grid construction, distribution network planning should not only adapt to the trend of intelligence and refinement in grid development and construction, but also meet the needs of users for reliable power consumption. The quality of electric distribution planning scheme exerts significant influence on the capacity of electric supply, operation level, economic measures of electric grid. Depending on the background that power supply enterprises vigorously promote the regional grid division of electric distribution at this stage, the regional grid division of electric distribution is comprehensively evaluated by establishing a scientific and effective indicator set of electric consumption management, which has important practical significance in analyzing the associated defects in the operation process of electric grid and determining the effectiveness of electric grid planning. In order to comprehensively and effectively evaluate the remote electric grid indicator set. In this article, considering the five important influencing factors of urban electric grid namely, capacity of electric supply, structure of electric grid, quality of electric supply, standard of device and investment benefit, and establishes a scientific and perfect indicator label orient to the objects and index levels involved in the evaluation and the rationality of electric consumption management. The indicator set of electric consumption management of distribution grid planning with clear hierarchy is proposed, and the definition and calculation method of the indicator are proposed. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. 5G network has attracted much attention from the vertical industry since its commercial use. Compared with previous generations of mobile communication technologies, 5G bandwidth, delay and other communication KPI indicators have been greatly improved. 5G network has three typical application scenarios of large bandwidth, low delay and wide connection. In the power grid scenario, it can meet the needs of various power grid business access. As the key technology to realize 5G, multi-access edge computing (MEC) plays an important role in high-speed and low delay wireless data transmission network and has made indelible contributions to improving end-to-end service quality. In view of today’s increasingly complex network security environment and changing attack means, security attacks against MEC systems and applications have become endless. In order to deal with large-scale and various attacks, this paper studies the micro application security reinforcement and independent application security reinforcement technology deployed in edge computing facilities in the environment of 5G power network, proposes the security reinforcement model of MEC, and strengthens the source code of edge computing facilities based on the so file confusion technology of OLLVM, so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of MEC. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

There are various data security risks in power grid systems, and recommendation systems are a good solution to the selection of security strategies. Federated learning is a machine learning framework that can protect the data privacy of each participant and can effectively solve the data security external collaborative training modeling challenges. This paper proposed a flexible implantable recommendation algorithm based on knowledge graph and multi-channel composite to enhance federated learning on demand. The algorithm designs three different feature extraction modules to learn to construct multi-dimensional features on multi-attribute collaborative knowledge graphs. Among them, the distance translation module utilizes the Trans R recommendation algorithm to learn the internal semantic structure information in knowledge graph triples and terminal-security policy selection history;the random walk module uses the Node2Vec algorithm to learn the homogeneous and Structured information in the multi-attribute collaborative knowledge graph;the graph convolutional network module learns the high-order neighborhood multi-attribute collaborative information of terminal/security policy nodes through multi-layer feature propagation and aggregation. The composite network module adopts a convolutional neural network-like operation to first locally optimize the three modules, and then extracts the highly informative elements to obtain the final feature representation of the terminal/security policy. Finally, the algorithm merges the vectors of terminal-security policy pairs into the multi-layer perceptron to learn and calculate the prediction score for recommendation. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, the closed loop detection technology of depth vision scene recognition is adopted to overcome the problem that the visual odometer cannot initially locate, and the disadvantage that the location and azimuth can only be estimated publicly, which is easy to accumulate positioning errors. Through closed-loop detection, the scene map collected at present is matched with the scene in the atlas in real time, and the binocular vision attitude adjustment algorithm is assisted to obtain the topological determination with high accuracy. In this way, the navigation and positioning accuracy based on depth vision sensor in the indoor environment of the substation is greatly improved, and the accurate positioning of substation personnel is realized. Thus, the dangerous area is delimited, and the safety control of personnel on-site operation station is realized, which greatly improves personal safety. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

With the rapid development of smart power grid, the security of intelligent terminal has been widely concerned. Firmware is the core component of intelligent terminal equipment, and its vulnerability has become one of the main threats to intelligent terminal security. However, the difficulty of obtaining firmware, extracting binary files and analyzing code bring a series of difficulties to firmware vulnerability mining, resulting in low accuracy and high false positive rate of vulnerability mining. Therefore, this paper proposes a firmware vulnerability mining method based on code property graph. First, generate the code property graph of the target program;secondly, abstract syntax tree, control flow graph and data dependency graph are extracted from code property graph. Then the traversal analysis of these three graphs gradually reduces the scope of the vulnerability;Finally, combined with manual analysis and review, the results of vulnerability mining are obtained. In this paper, joern tool is used to verify the DVRF project, mining stack overflow vulnerability, heap overflow vulnerability, command injection vulnerability and heap release vulnerability, and good experimental results are obtained. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Computer fast scan modeling for converter valves starts with 3D modeling technology based on computer geometry modeling, visual modeling technology based on depth of field sensors, automatic layered reconstruction technology of internal and external parts models of electrical equipment, developing the rapid layering construction technology research of a panoramic model for electrical equipment. Taking the converter valve as the object, the traditional 3D modeling, fast scanning modeling and model layering are determined, and a computer-identifiable model is created using fast depth-of-field scanning technology, and a refined 3D model of the traditional design stage is hierarchically displayed. Aiming at the problem that the new network attack cannot be effectively defended at present, this paper proposes a framework of application-level mimic defense technology for smart grid units to solve the active attack defense problem of smart terminal units in the source grid environment. In this paper, the application security mimic defense architecture and interactive instruction level heterogeneous redundancy technology for smart grid units are studied to achieve universal and self-immune active immunity against grid application-level attacks. Furthermore, the dynamic change and heterogeneous redundancy characteristics of application level are constructed by mimetic defense technology. The risk and vulnerability of terminal application security vulnerabilities are actively hidden to actively avoid attacks, so as to enhance the active defense capability of industrial control terminal side of power grid. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

At present, the converter station is generally equipped with visible light, infrared, and ultraviolet monitoring systems, and some of them have alarm functions, but the automation is insufficient, the sensitivity is not high, and it is easy to be falsely reported. At the same time, a large amount of data is collected for the operation and maintenance personnel to judge and increase the operation and maintenance workload. At the same time, it is impossible to help the operation and maintenance personnel to detect potential accidents early, curb the spread of accidents in advance, and help to prevent the occurrence of fires at the converter station. Therefore, this paper studies the online state evaluation method of the UHV (Ultra High Voltage) converter valve tower based on infrared/ultraviolet image recognition. Through artificial intelligence image recognition technology, it can accurately diagnose and identify abnormalities such as open flame, heat, discharge and water seepage in valve hall equipment. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
