This thesis proposes a spatial three-dimensional positioning optimization method based on error probability, based on the positioning method based on time difference of arrival (TDOA), through the research on the positioning of substation inspection operators and equipment under complex working conditions, The method used optimizing the distance difference between the node to be positioned and different base stations can effectively improve the positioning accuracy of the staff and equipment in the station. The test results in a complex power frequency electric field environment show that the calculated results of this optimization method are better than the existing traditional positioning methods, and can effectively improve the positioning accuracy under line-of-sight conditions and realize the positioning of moving targets in the substation space.

With the rapid construction of the ubiquitous power internet of things, the increasing demand of embedded hardware usage and the complex usage scenario of the embedded platform hardware in intelligent terminal. A more efficient vitalization solution was demanded. With the analysis of traditional virtualization solutions and the armv8 architecture embedded platform hardware support for virtualization, the implementation details of arm embedded platform supporting containerization technology are described. In particular, the specific steps of application containerization are introduced. In the end, we analyze the performance that application run in container and discuss future research directions. © 2019 IEEE.

Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional security chip data transmission, a method of security chip data transmission based on command control word is proposed. The method divides the read command mode and write command mode of the security chip files into two kinds of representation methods. The read command and write command of the security chip files are transmitted by different data transmission methods. In the control word of read and write command mode of security chip files, the read and write commands of security chip files are transmitted in four ways: plaintext, ciphertext, plaintext + MAC and ciphertext + MAC. The properties of prohibit adding and updating are added to the writing command control word of security chip files. In the control word of read command and write command of security chip files, define the permissions that read command and write command operation need to satisfy. © 2019 IEEE.

Identity-Based Cryptograph (IBC) takes the user's identity (such as email address, mobile phone number, personal name, etc.) as the public key, which reduces the process of exchanging digital certificates and public keys, effectively reduces the complexity of key and certificate management in the public-key system, and makes the security system easy to deploy and manage. It is very suitable for end-to-end offline secure communication, cloud data encryption, attribute-based encryption, policy-based encryption of various occasions. In order to improve the safety level of end-to-end off-line safety communication in electric vehicle pile sharing application and reduce the system complexity, this paper proposes an identity authentication system solution based on identification algorithm.

The Influence of ISI and an Improved Algorithm of Channel Estimation in the Chirp System

Chirp signal is widely used in communication, radar, sonar and ultrasonic systems. The impulse response of channel must be estimated in PSK chirp spread spectrum modulation systems which is a chirp signal multiplied by the PSK modulated signal. Due to the influence of filters and multipath channel, the received signal of current symbol will be affected by the interference of the previous symbol and the next symbol, the interference which is called inter-symbol interference (ISI) can degrade the performance of channel estimation and demodulation. In this paper, based on BPSK chirp spread spectrum modulation system, we describe the received model, the channel estimation based on FFT and channel estimation of matched filtering, analyze the impacts of ISI on channel estimation. And we simulate the MSE of channel estimation and the simulation results are consistent with the analysis, then an improved method of channel estimation is proposed based on the analysis of the impact of ISI on channel estimation.

Using Time Difference of Arrival(TDoA) positioning results and the Inertial measurement unit(IMU) for calculating the motion state of information fusion can significantly improve the positioning accuracy, due to the carrier in the process of movement, the state of the system noise and measurement noise are not strictly obey the normal gaussian distribution, which makes the traditional fusion positioning method using Kalman Filtering algorithm less accurate. This paper proposes an adaptive filter fusion localization mechanism with LSTM network correction. Firstly, a data preprocessing method is designed to convert IMU data from the carrier coordinate system to the geographical coordinate system. Then, based on kinematics theory, the state equation and measurement equation of Adaptive Kalman Filter are established and the system state noise is obtained. Furthermore, the model adaptively to update the carrier coordinate, system state noise and measurement noise. Finally, the carrier trajectory coordinates predicted by the coupled LSTM model are used to obtain the final positioning results and complete the carrier trajectory filtering. Experimental results show that the proposed fusion localization mechanism can effectively improve the accuracy of carrier trajectory localization. © 2019 EAI.

One of the most important performance index of UHF RFID tags is the operating distance, which can be extended by reducing the power consumption of RFID tags. In this paper, an RFID chip based on EPC Class -1 Generation-2/ISOIS000-6C protocol is presented. An optimization method for dynamic power consumption of clock tree in digital back-end design is proposed. This method can further reduce the dynamic power consumption for the completed layout. Under the condition of return frequency 170kHz, the simulated power consumption is reduced from 1. 4S3uW to 1. 357uW for the chip which was taped out with the TSMC 0. 18um process.

The chip emulator is implemented by emulating the chip function and can be used for debugging of embedded software programs. On real chips, especially those used in the security field, for security reasons, in order to prevent illegal reading or tampering, it need to protect programs, configuration information and other data which are sensitive. Similarly, when using the chip emulator for program debugging, in particular, the program data and related configuration information that is provided to the user for security function calculation still needs to consider its security and security protection measures. This paper provides a data protection measure, which mainly includes data access right configuration function, data secure download function. Through the configuration of reading, writing and debugging right to protected data, and encrypt download of data, the program can be safely debugged to achieve data protection.

In 2019, the state grid Corporation of China proposed that the important material basis for building a worldclass energy Internet enterprise is to build and operate "two networks" (ie, "Ubiquitous power Internet of Things" and "Strong Smart grid"). The construction of "two networks" requires the support of a large number of terminal devices, and all devices need to complete the functions of automatic data collection and calculation. The implementation of these functions is inseparable from the support of the chip. The layout design of integrated circuits is one of the key steps in chip design. A good layout design can effectively optimize the chip area, reduce the cost of the chip, and help improve the chip performance. This article will use our company's finished chip layout design examples to explain how to achieve high security, low power consumption, high integration and low cost of power security chip from the levels of chip module layout and chip overall layout.

Focusing on the requirements of ubiquitous power IOT construction and improving the overall technical level of the "state grid chip" industry, our company has independently developed a low-power general-purpose MCU chip, which can be widely used in the battery-powered applications, such as indicator unit of fault indicators and smart meters. This paper introduces an MCU verification method based on the fault indication unit application in the laboratory environment, that is, how to set up the application scenario of the simulated fault indication unit in the laboratory environment to verify whether the various indicators of the chip meet the actual application requirements. The verification method includes software implementation, laboratory hardware verification environment construction, and verification method implementation.
