In recent years, the construction of the power Internet of Things continues to advance, and the number of power terminal equipment is growing. However, the computing power and storage capacity of these terminal devices are limited, and the current blockchain-based identity authentication scheme has high requirements for computing and storage resources, limiting the participation of power terminal equipment with weak computing power and small storage space. Aiming at the problem that resource-limited power terminal equipment cannot join the blockchain, a lightweight consensus algorithm for power terminals is proposed, and a power terminal authentication scheme based on the lightweight consensus algorithm is designed to make up for the defect that resource-limited power terminal equipment does not support the use of blockchain. The security analysis shows that the scheme can effectively resist many kinds of network attacks and meet the security requirements of power terminal equipment. Performance analysis shows that the scheme has low computation cost and conforms to the principle of lightweight. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper studies the layout of the electrical topological relationship of the digital twin space. Based on the geographical resource map and the electrical topological map, the distribution network topological nodes are extracted using the single-line diagram and the ring network diagram tree structure. According to the hierarchical mark of the equipment, the single-line diagram and the ring network diagram structure, combined with the point cloud model, the distribution network digital twin space is rapidly constructed using the automatic generation algorithm of the distribution network three-dimensional model diagram. In this paper, based on the point cloud model, we carry out the research on the three-dimensional correction technology of distribution network equipment, build the point cloud recognition model library of fixed equipment, automatically identify and correct the outdoor overhead line tower, station building and other equipment through the point cloud model, identify the contents of the objects in the station building and underground cable line according to the prior knowledge, and correct the three-dimensional model position based on the three-dimensional model and the point cloud model. This paper develops the spatial layout component of the distribution network digital twins that integrates geographic, physical, management and business information, and realizes the spatial layout and rapid reconstruction of the distribution network digital twins based on electrical topology. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

This article proposes a panoramic mapping and interaction method for real-world images and power grid real-world twins. The data of the power grid scene is obtained through high-precision data acquisition technology, and accurate positioning is carried out. Secondly, the collected point cloud data is optimized and processed to construct a power grid real-world twin model, and texture mapping is performed. The panoramic mapping algorithm is used to map the power grid real-world twin model to the real-world image. Real time object detection and tracking, attitude estimation, and visual feedback and effect presentation are performed. The YOLO object detection algorithm and Kalman filter technology are used to achieve target detection, tracking, and state estimation. Finally, the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) algorithm is used to reflect the changes in the real power grid, and it is inputted as an observation value. In EKF, through the prediction and update steps of EKF, Integrate the state of the model and sensor observations to perform incremental updates on the dynamic model. © 2024 SPIE.

The widespread application of smart grid technology and numerous Internet of Things (IoT) devices expose microgrid vulnerability to various cyber attacks. Moreover, the complex interactions and implicit risk propagation within the system pose challenges in accessing the risk from cyber attacks. To this end, we propose a risk assessment method for distributed PV microgrids under cyber attacks. This program employs an autoencoder (AE) architecture where convolutional neural networks (CNN) serve as the intermediate layer to extract the local features of data exchange from adjacent nodes. The AE conducts unsupervised learning using power data under normal operating conditions, thus performing risk assessment by evaluating the reconstruction errors. To validate the proposed method, we conducted training on the algorithm using historical data and the topology of a real scenario of a distributed photovoltaic microgrid and tested the risk assessment with various fake data injection attacks (FDIA) and Denial of Service (DoS) attacks. © 2024 IEEE.

By analyzing and mining system logs, it is possible to effectively discover behavioral characteristics and anomalies of network users or systems. Through association analysis, patterns and correlations between different log sources can be identified, thereby enabling the detection of various intrusion behaviors in computer networks. To address the challenge of handling massive and complex log data, this paper proposes a multi-source system log behavior pattern mining method based on FP-Growth. This method efficiently extracts frequent patterns and abnormal behaviors from large-scale system logs. Firstly, to ensure data quality and facilitate subsequent data mining processes, we perform necessary structuring and cleansing of raw logs and transform them into a format suitable for data analysis. Subsequently, given the variations in structure and content across different types of logs, we conduct distinct feature extraction for each type of log to retain essential information and generate transaction items. The data is then organized into datasets based on temporal partitions, forming a transaction database as input for the association rule mining algorithm. Finally, utilizing the FP-Growth association rule mining algorithm, this paper explores the relationships between entries from various types of single and multi-source logs. Based on metrics such as support, appropriate association rules are selected for behavior pattern mining. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively uncovers typical behavior patterns. © 2023 ACM.

SO2F2 is an inorganic compound that is colorless and odorless gas at room temperature and gas pressure. Because of its strong diffusion permeability and fast insecticidal speed, it is widely used in termite and pest control in containers, buildings, gardens and other places. However, SO2F2 is a toxic gas with strong greenhouse effect, and its emission after degradation can reduce the harm to the atmosphere and organisms. In this paper, a dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma was used to degrade SO2F2, and the influence of filled glass beads on its degradation was explored. The results show that with the increase of input power, the degradation rate increases, and the energy efficiency decreases gradually. In the empty tube system without filling dielectric, the DRE of SO2F2 with a concentration of 2% reached 61.5% and the EY was 7.2 g/kWh under the condition of flow rate of 150 ml/min and power of 90 W. After filling the glass beads, the amount of charge transfer increased significantly, and the degradation rate and energy efficiency were also significantly improved. Under the condition that SO2F2 concentration was 2%, flow rate was 150 ml/min and power was 70 W, the DRE and EY of SO2F2 were 91.48% and 10.71 g/kWh, respectively. The main decomposition products of SO2F2 are SOF2, SO2, SOF4, OF2, SiF4, etc. The addition of glass beads promotes the decomposition of SO2F2 to produce more SO2 that is easy to handle, which provides a research direction for the harmless degradation of SO2F2. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

The power grid infrastructure design model requires the transfer of digital design data to the power grid operation and maintenance, but the current digital transfer lacks intelligent components such as serial transfer data and automatic feedback correction for specific application scenarios. There are problems in the clustering and segmentation of single devices in the power grid engineering point cloud, as well as the three-dimensional shape description and retrieval of power grid devices. This paper studies the technology of point cloud target extraction and verification. Based on the characteristics of the 3D handover model, point cloud data is preprocessed using a direct pass filter. Point cloud filtering methods based on terrain filtering and 3D model filtering are used to achieve point cloud ground processing. An improved region growth method based on the boundary eigenvalue of the 3D handover model is used to segment the point cloud model, and a deep neural network is introduced, research on 3D key point extraction methods and feature descriptors for point clouds suitable for complex power equipment to improve the accuracy of apparent 3D shape matching and retrieval of power grid equipment. Through the research methods in this article, it is easier to segment and extract individual points from point clouds and achieve automatic association mapping of main equipment extraction and equipment point clouds with corresponding models in the model library. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

This article analyzes the differences in device naming and archiving between data files in the infrastructure and operation stages of the power grid, and studies the method of device naming association based on relative layout reasoning. The design drawings in power grid engineering construction usually need to be transferred to the equipment operation and maintenance stage. However, due to the differences between the actual construction process and the design drawings, manual adjustment has the problems of large workload and low efficiency. This article proposes the intelligent registration and reconstruction of power grid engineering data twins, which solves the problem of the lack of grid based 3D point cloud data for modifying and adjusting the design drawings of substations in related technologies, and improves the accuracy of operation and maintenance control after transferring the 3D design drawings to the operation and maintenance stage. This article studies the application of transfer model data in unmanned aerial vehicle inspection business for power transmission and transformation, improving the safety of unmanned aerial vehicle autonomous inspection and enhancing the reusability of transfer models by operation and inspection departments. © 2024 SPIE.
