To satisfy the requirement of electric distribution grid planning brought by the forward annual electricity consumption growth and power grid expand, to determine where, when, and which type of substations, lines or distributed electric power generation device will be built. The future distribution network planning must adopt electric power flow, dynamic change of load and new distributed power generation in various directions, and build an electric distribution grid with grid structure. The results of distribution network planning has a huge impact on the operation efficiency of the power grid, the safety of electricity use, and the allocation of asset investment. This paper uses digital twinning, advanced computing and other technologies to divide and evaluate the scope of power supply, load characteristics, and user demand, and the scale of power facilities. With the power supply reliability demand as the core, it plans and builds a target network framework with high voltage quality, reasonable structure, flexible operation, and unified grid division standards, effectively giving play to the key role of planning in the construction and operation of distribution networks. © 2023 IEEE.

The digital twin model of distribution network has been widely used in power maintenance and equipment status monitoring, but the data update speed of the digital twin model is limited by technologies such as data collection and data management, and the real-time analysis ability of the digital twin model is insufficient. In response to this issue, this paper proposes a high-performance digital twin analysis technique for distribution networks based on parallel acceleration. Analyze the application scenarios of the digital twin model in the distribution network and identify the data request characteristics of the digital twin model. Classify and identify model data resources based on the data request features in the digital twin model, and construct corresponding data storage carriers based on the classification identification results. The same type of data request access only requires extracting data from a fixed data storage carrier, and various types of data call requests do not interfere with each other, thus achieving parallel data calls. Then upgrade different data storage carriers, construct corresponding memory areas for each data storage space, and improve the input and output performance of each data storage carrier. Based on this, the optimized digital twin model will be applied to the maintenance of power equipment, integrating historical and real-time data of power equipment maintenance, conducting analysis and application of power equipment maintenance, and verifying the effectiveness of the method. © 2024 SPIE.

The goal of power supply service command is to solve the problems encountered by users during the electricity consumption process with high efficiency. Users often encounter equipment failures, load exceeding limits, voltage instability, and other issues during the electricity consumption process, and equipment failures are the most frequent events that occur during the electricity consumption process. The existing equipment maintenance process is analyzed by decision-makers from the power supply service command center based on the received user repair needs, and then work tasks are assigned to maintenance service personnel. However, this mode has the problem of excessive manual intervention and low efficiency. The article proposes an optimization method for equipment maintenance plan for power supply service command, analyzing the equipment maintenance plan from the perspectives of driving path of service personnel, allocation of repair resources, and vehicle availability coefficient. Take the importance of regional load, the ability of power supply service personnel, and the completeness rate of materials as input parameters for the design of emergency repair plans. Then design an evaluation function for the emergency repair plan, with the upper limit of the repair time as the constraint of the plan, and solve for the optimal emergency repair plan. This method searches for multiple possible combination schemes among the resources required for existing equipment maintenance, and evaluates the feasibility of the schemes through evaluation models to optimize the existing equipment maintenance schemes and improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance. © 2024 SPIE.

Authentication and key establishment are fundamental goals of modern cryptography. There are plenty of works that focus on secure and efficient design of them. Among them, the Diffie-Hellman key agreement protocol is the most widely used ones. They daily used Transport Lay Security (TLS) protocol that are the basis of HTTPS is what protect us when we are surfing. However, as we all known, the protocol is not secure against man in the middle attack, so various kinds of authentication methods are proposed. With the development of technique for digital identity, we found the new needs to integrate authentication in the Diffie-Hellman kind of key agreement protocol. In this paper, we revisit the classical problem of authentication and key establishment. Inspired by the Signal protocol, we propose a new scheme of authentication with identity, we also note that although the decentralized identity is another kind of identity infrastructure, by the use of credential that is constructed with identity attributes, our scheme supports both centralized and decentralized identity system. With the development of Internet of Things (IoT), secure and efficient authentication and key establishment for sensors with limited computation power is also an urgent need. To this end, we realize a new authentication way and integrate it to X3DH protocol, which is the key component of Signal protocol. Besides, we consider the function of continual authentication that is very necessary in long-term secure communication. Last but not the least, we also give detailed analysis on security and computation, which shows the security and efficiency of our scheme. © 2025 SPIE.

System logs provide rich information about the current system's state. To make use of system logs, various existing work extracts a causal graph from the log events, and then applies graph-based machine learning algorithms to detect the anomalous behaviors. One limitation of these work is that they treat the graph in a static way, neglecting the dynamic nature of anomalous behaviors. In this paper, we propose to detect anomalous behaviors based on system logs using dynamic graph modeling. Our method consists of several key steps, including negative sampling which helps to balance the dataset, edge encoding which encodes the spatial information for each behavior, and sequence modeling which further models the temporal information. Experimental evaluations on real datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. © 2023 IEEE.

With the advancement of the reconstruction of new distribution networks, new energy is continuously integrated into the power grid, and the utilization of power grid resources and production development are gradually becoming more complex and high-dimensional. power supply service command needs to coordinate multiple application systems such as dispatch control, equipment management, and customer service, in order to improve the service quality of electricity demand for users. In response to this issue, this paper proposes a digital twin technology architecture for collaborative application of power supply service command. Due to the rapid updating of the status and location of resources involved in power supply service command coordination, and the need for accurate analysis of these rapidly changing resources in command coordination, relatively accurate decision-making conclusions can be given based on this. Therefore, digital twin technology is adopted to describe all resources involved in power supply service command and coordination, and to obtain the status recognition of various power grid resources through data collection and information transmission communication technology. Then, in the analysis layer of the digital twin model, fault analysis algorithms, power outage range analysis, power supply reliability analysis and other analysis algorithms are introduced to enhance the support effectiveness of the digital twin model for power supply service command coordination. © 2024 SPIE.

The operation of the distribution network mainly depends on the lines, grids, equipment, and customer electricity usage in the distribution network. The safe and reasonable operation of the entire process is the key to the success of the distribution network operation. Analyzing the relevant indicators of distribution network operation can provide decision-making data support for the power supply management department. The monitoring of operational indicators in the distribution network is the fundamental guarantee for the safe, orderly, healthy, and efficient coordination of power grid operations, which can significantly improve the service and management capabilities of business departments. Digital twin technology provides high-precision data base support for operational monitoring and control in the power grid, and ensures the real-time and effectiveness of data models based on intelligent collection terminals. grid operation and regulatory personnel can observe and analyze the operation of power equipment and facilities in reality through digital twin models. And use the basic algorithms of the model to deduce and predict real power data, and make plans for potential faults and risks based on the results of the deduction and prediction. This article proposes a distribution network operation analysis method based on the digital twin model. The digital twin model is applied to the analysis and mining of distribution network operation data, and relevant demonstration applications are carried out. With the transformation of the digital development of power grids, the classification and grading of structured data for electricity is an important basis for data security protection. Existing methods for assessing data classification and grading results are mostly always based on individual indicators of the model's operational results. However, such methods can only evaluate a single performance indicator of that result, and cannot provide a comprehensive evaluation of all performance indicators. This paper proposes a comprehensive assessment method for the power structured data classification and grading based on hierarchical analysis, which allows various quality elements of the model to be extracted according to different needs, establishes a hierarchical indicator system, and determines the weights of each indicator in the system by means of hierarchical analysis, and finally calculates a comprehensive quality score for the classification and grading results. Finally, the method is systematically validated using different classification and grading models. © 2023 IEEE.

The essence of the construction and development of new power systems is to improve the functionality and performance of existing power systems, and the distribution network is the key to the functionality of the power system. Therefore, the upgrading and optimization of the distribution network is the key to the success of the modern energy revolution, and the development of the distribution network is also faced with management and technical challenges brought by new equipment and resources. This article proposes a distribution network data resource integration and fusion method that takes into account new energy, integrating the constantly emerging new power equipment and facilities as well as their corresponding data resources into existing power information management systems. Using the integrated distribution network data platform as the data base to support the deepening and development of distribution network business applications. Firstly, the data description characteristics of the new power equipment and facilities are sorted out, and the description rule system is extracted using the methods of power equivalence processing and equipment profiling. Due to the lack of standardized description rules for new energy equipment, it is necessary to reorganize and construct a corresponding description rule system. Then map and correspond its description rules with existing power information description rules, find its mapping method, and build a mapping rule library. Finally, based on the mapping rule library, the fusion of new energy data and existing distribution network data resources is achieved, and the accuracy and applicability of data resource fusion are verified by selecting real data from business application scenarios. © 2023 ACM.

With the digital transformation of distribution network, it is a trend to use digital twins to simulate the status and operation of distribution network system. However, the current distribution network digital twin system is inclined to model three-dimensional display and data superposition, lacks the characteristics of power business, and is difficult to grow synchronously with the dynamic evolution of the power system. At the same time, the twin construction for massive distribution network objects consumes a lot of labor and time costs1. Therefore, this paper introduces the grid topology and electrical state calculation model based on graph calculation, integrates the electrical topology to realize the rapid construction and automatic layout of distribution network data twins, and carries out distribution network business applications such as distribution network panoramic state monitoring, power supply range analysis, etc. based on the distribution network twins scene. © 2023 SPIE.
