In this paper, the discharge phenomena of aluminum materials under the action of strong electromagnetic waves are investigated. The electron multiplication phenomenon of aluminum surface under different amplitude of microwave at 1GHz-300GHz was calculated using 1D3V simulation framework. It shows that the easiest discharge interval of aluminum is about 0.05MV/m-8.5MV/m at 1GHz and about 20MV/m-1700MV/m at 300GHz, and the easiest discharge interval increases with the frequency and follows nearly a linear power law. © 2022 IEEE.

In virtual maintenance, the most widely used accessibility evaluation method is to use virtual human entity accessibility envelope surface to judge and evaluate. However, this method can only give two kinds of evaluation results: reachable and unreachable. There is not enough data and theoretical support for the construction of envelope surface, and the precision and accuracy of evaluation need to be improved. In this paper, a parameterized accessibility evaluation method and the construction method of accessibility envelope surface are proposed. Firstly, a 6-joint and 5-link Denavit-Hartenberg (D-H) link model is established from the waist to the fingertip of the human body, and the range of 10 degrees of freedom and angles of the 4 joints are determined according to ergonomics. Then, the reachable points are generated by Monte Carlo simulation. The accessibility envelope surface is composed of the outermost random reachable points. Then, comfort is introduced to refine the accessibility evaluation level, and a multi-level accessibility evaluation system based on comfort is constructed according to the rapid upper limb assessment (RULA). Finally, the comparison experiment with the reachable envelope provided by DELMIA in virtual environment and real environment shows that the proposed method has better evaluation accuracy and precision. Based on this method, an accessibility evaluation tool has been developed in CATIA and has been applied in some scientific research institutes. © ESREL 2021. The effective pixel rate is a key performance parameter of infrared focal plane detectors and is also a key parameter for assessing the reliability degradation trend of the device. The application scenario of InGaAs short wavelength infrared focal plane detectors for interstellar alignment is different from that of conventional imaging detectors, where the signal values of each pixel of the focal plane are mainly used to determine the position of the laser bright spot, rather than the gray values used to generate the image. From the point of view of blind element evaluation, for the low-orbit satellite communications application scenario, the rate of change of the response values of the image elements in each local region of the InGaAs short-wave infrared focal plane detector for interplanetary alignment with optical flux has a greater impact on the performance of the device than the absolute response values of the image elements. In order to adapt to this evaluation requirement, this work designs a sliding window blind element determination method based on the rate of change of the dark signal voltage for the intrinsic characteristics of the detector, which utilizes the principle of equivalence of the effects of luminous flux and integration time on the detector signal voltage value, which is more adaptable to the practical application scenarios of interstellar-aligned shortwave infrared focal plane detectors, and the entire focal plane is divided into a number of localized regions, and the sliding detection window is used for blind element determination, which avoids the fully aligned shortwave infrared focal plane detector. Blind meta-judgment, which avoids the phenomenon of misjudgment that often occurs in global judgment. Gallium oxide Ga2O3 has recently gained attention as a new power electronics semiconductor for aerospace applications. β-Ga2O3 has an extremely high bandgap energy of 4.8-4.9 eV and an expected high breakdown field of 8 MV/cm, which exceed those of traditional wide-bandgap semiconductor materials such as silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN). These qualities make β-Ga2O3 a favorable choice for micro high-power and high-frequency devices. It is important to consider device application in a radiation environment. Due to its wide bandgap and high breakdown field, β- Ga2O3 has significant potential for use in Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs) in environments with extremely high radiation. In the radiation environment of space, it is crucial to contemplate the dependability of semiconductor devices in radiation, as alpha particles, gamma rays, heavy ions, X-rays, and other factors could induce single event effects, total ionizing dose effects, and displacement damage effects on semiconductor devices in spacecraft. Therefore, the impact of gamma-ray radiation with a total dose was analyzed on a new SBD device which can tolerate 650 V. The results indicate that radiation has a minor impact on the diode's forward performance. Conversely, the device's reverse electrical properties are significantly impacted by radiation. In addition, we examined the internal physical mechanism of diode performance deterioration triggered by gamma-ray radiation utilizing the outcomes of β-Ga2O3 Schottky diode radiation testing and analysis. The development of SiP chips has driven the lightweight trend in electronics, but it also brings new reliability issues, especially package delamination caused by compound stress. This paper proposes a method for predicting the layered lifetime of SiP chip packaging based on physics-of-failure model. Taking an energy SiP module and its key components as an example, this paper analyzes the mechanism and influencing factors of package layering failure in different parts of SiP chip during reflow welding process and use. Through physics-of-failure model, the life of SiP chip in packaging layering process and reflow welding process is predicted. This research is of great significance for identifying weak points in SiP chip and the improvement of the design method. © 2023 IEEE.

It is proposed to build a high-speed railway through the China‒Mongolia‒Russia economic corridor(CMREC)which runs from Beijing to Moscow via ***,the frozen ground in this corridor has great impacts on the infrastructure stability,especially under the background of climate warming and permafrost *** on the Bayesian Network Model(BNM),this study evaluates the suitability for engineering construction in the CMREC,by using 21 factors in five aspects of terrain,climate,ecology,soil,and frozen-ground thermal *** results showed that the corridor of Mongolia's Gobi and Inner Mongolia in China is suitable for engineering construction,and the corridor in Amur,Russia near the northern part of Northeast China is also suitable due to cold and stable permafrost overlaying by a thin active ***,the corridor near Petropavlovsk in Kazakhstan and Omsk in Russia is not suitable for engineering construction because of low freezing index and ecological ***,the sensitivity analysis of influence factors indicates that the thermal stability of frozen ground has the greatest impact on the suitability of engineering *** conclusions can provide a reference basis for the future engineering planning,construction and risk assessment.

Behavioral plasticity has been proposed as a means by which animals alter their phenotypes in response to changing *** may display behavioral plasticity as a consequence of environmental *** detritus-based,bell-shaped cobweb spider Campanicola campanulata is an ideal model to study behavioral plasticity,because its web architecture is easy to be quantified,and the functions of different parts of the web are *** the plasticity of cobweb architecture has been reported in a few species,retreats as impor-tant defensive structures have rarely been considered before because retreats in most cobwebs are relatively small compared with the web *** studied the web-building behaviors of *** under different feeding *** set up 3 spider treatments with different feeding conditions:marginally well fed,moderately well fed,and extremely well fed,and observed the differences in the web architecture among *** addition,we measured the mechanical properties of anchor silk,and also calculated the foraging and defense investment of the *** results showed that marginally well-fed spiders build cobwebs with significantly longer length of anchor silk,lower retreat to the ground,more number and longer gumfooted lines,and larger capture area,while extremely well-fed spiders build cobwebs with significantly bigger retreat volume and higher height of retreat to the *** addition,marginally well-fed spiders invest significantly less during cobweb ***,there was no significant difference between the breaking force and elongation at break in anchor silk among different *** results demonstrated that marginally well-fed spiders invest more in foraging,and extremely well-fed spiders invest more in defense,and the spider made a balance between foraging and predator avoidance in response to changes in physiological *** study strengthens the current understanding of web construction in cobweb spider

Fault diagnosis is an integral part of a satellite characterized by high autonomy, which is one of the fundamental guarantees to ensure the normal operation of the satellite. Clustering, as an unsupervised data mining method, is widely used in fault diagnosis. Regarding fault detection and isolation with the high real-time requirements, K-means clustering becomes a typical representative of effective diagnosis tools thanks to its fast-running characteristic. However, the stiff partition idea of K-means clustering seriously affects its results, and it may even lead to misdiagnosis. Therefore, to meet the need for faster and more accurate fault diagnosis of satellite, we introduce a clustering method combined with K-means and rough set, which utilizes the imprecise description characteristic of rough set to cluster samples flexibly. Subsequently, the clustering results are fed into a multi-attribute decision making model to generate a fuzzy decision-making model for fault diagnosis. Finally, the experimental results of fault diagnosis based on a satellite power system prove the effectiveness and superiority of our method. © 2023 IEEE.

Inertial measurement unit (IMU) evaluation, which plays an important role in the selection, storage scheme design, maintenance plan formulation, etc. of IMU, often uses the multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) method and considers multidimensional information to produce a reliable result. To address the issues of bias and one-sidedness of a single weighting method, a combination weighting method based on a rough set and information entropy is raised in this paper. This proposed method, integrating the statistical characteristics of data, information features, and decision risk that are necessary factors for data-driven weight assignment, constructs a feasible set of weight assignment methods. Based on the information entropy, the importance of each method in the constructed set can be calculated. Subsequently, the comprehensive weights under the feasible set can be yielded with the help of the rough set theory-based redundancy elimination method. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed methods are verified by a practical engineering case, i.e., the accurate evaluation of IMU. © 2023 SPIE.

Exploiting the intelligent photocatalysts capable of phase separation provides a promising solution to the removal of uranium,which is expected to solve the difficulty in separation and the poor selectivity of traditional photocatalysts in carbonate-containing uranium *** this paper,theγ-FeOOH/konjac glucomannan grafted with phenolic hydroxyl groups/poly-N-isopropylacrylamide(γ-FeOOH/KGM(Ga)/PNIPAM)thermosensitive hydrogel is proposed as the photocatalysts for extracting uranium from carbonate-containing uranium *** dynamic phase transformation is demonstrated to confirm the arbitrary transition ofγ-FeOOH/KGM(Ga)/PNIPAM thermosensitive hydrogel from a dispersed state with a high specific surface area at low temperatures to a stable aggregated state at high ***,theγ-FeOOH/KGM(Ga)/PNIPAM thermosensitive hydrogel achieves a remarkably high rate of 92.3%in the removal of uranium from the wastewater containing carbonates and maintains the efficiency of uranium removal from uranium mine wastewater at over 90%.Relying on electron spin resonance and free radical capture experiment,we reveal the adsorption-reduction-nucleation-crystalliza tion mechanism of uranium onγ-FeOOH/KGM(Ga)/PNIPAM thermosensitive ***,this strategy provides a promising solution to treating uranium-contaminated wastewater,showing a massive potential in water purification.
