In this paper, the weak ferromagnetic properties of polycrystalline Ca1+xB+6 ceramics sintered at different temperature in Ar atmosphere were reported. The results indicated that the CaB2O4 phase appeared at low temperature, and the content of the phase decreased with the increasing of the temperature. All the compositions showed ferromagnetic nature at room temperature when x (0.04 which was different from that of single crystal Ca1+xB6.

The nanostructure of the ball milled FeNi particles were characterized as functions of the ball milling time (t) using quantitative X-ray diffraction (XRD), high resolution transmission electronic microscopy (HRTEM) analysis techniques. The results showed that the nanocrystalline bcc FeNi particles were available using carbonyl iron and nickel powders as the raw materials during the high-energy ball milling. After 10 h ball milling, the alloy of carbonyl iron and carbonyl nickel began to form, and the sample kept its original bcc and fcc structure;after 100 h ball milling, the sample became a solid solution with bcc structure;after 200 h ball milling, the diffraction peak of Ni almost disappeared and the isotropic grains with Dmin achieved, which was mainly attributed to the dislocations of the nanocrystalline bcc FeNi suffering from severe plastic deformation by ball milling.

With the development of IC technology, it becomes urgent to investigate model reduction method for interconnects with process variations. In this paper, a one-shot projection algorithm (OPM) is proposed to generate a projection matrix that is independent of statistically varying parameters. As a result, construction of the reduced system can be decoupled with the Monte Carlo analysis in either frequency domain or time domain. Therefore, without loss of accuracy, OPM can obtain a reduced system in much less CPU time compared with the previous perturbation scheme. La substituted Ba(Mg_ 1/3Nb_ 2/3)O_3 ceramics was expected to enhance the 1∶2 ordering degree of B-site ions due to the existence of vacancies that promote cation movement and result in improvement of the Q_f value. The relation between the microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of Ba_ 1-xLa_ 2x/3(Mg_ 1/3Nb_ 2/3)O_3 ceramics was investigated. La substituted Ba(Mg_ 1/3Nb_ 2/3)O_3 ceramics can improve the sinterability of specimens. Both 1:2 ordering degree and grain size increase as A-site vacancies increase. This can be explained by the existence of vacancies that promote cation movement. The Q_f value increase with small La content, then decrease rapidly. The highest Q_f value achieved in this investigation is about 55000 GHz for Ba_ 0.995La_ 0.01/3(Mg_ 1/3Nb_ 2/3)O_3. The improvement of Q_f value with A-site vacancies is related to the increase of the degree of B-site ordering and grain size of the specimen.

The HAP nanoparticles were synthesized with a chemical co-precipitation method. It was monodispersed in needle shape, Its average diameter was 30 nm and length was 70 nm. Human liver cancer cells and normal hepatic cells were treated by hydroxyapatite nanopartides. SR-XRF analysis was used to detect the content variation of calcium and phosphor elements in cancer cells when the cells were treated by hydroxyapatite nanoparticles. It was introduced to reveal the anti-cancer mechanism of HAP nanoparticles. Experiments verified that the contents of calcium and phosphor elements in hepatocelltdar carcinoma had been obviously increased after the cells were treated by hydroxyapatite nanoparticles. And the contents increased with hydroxyapatite concentration and treatment time increasing. The Ca/P molar ratio in treated cell was different from both that in hydroxyapatite and that in untreated cancer cell. Apatite nanoparticles evidently altered the calcium and phosphor environmeats in treated hepatocellalar carcinoma cells. That finally halted the proliferation of carcinoma cells.

Inorganic nanoparticles were used to treat cancer cells us well as normal cells. Ca9Sr( PO4)6(OH)2 nanopartides were prepared through homogeneous precipitation method. Strontium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide solation and monocalcium phosphate were used as initial materials. The strontium-doped hydroxyapatite nanoparticles were characterized by XRD, PCS and AFM. The nanoparticles were applied to interact with human bepatocellular carcinoma cells Bel-7402 and nornud liver cells L-02. Experimental results revealed that nano strontium-strontium apatiw has different bioeffects on proliferation of these two kinds of cells.

The developmental situation of space welding technology at home and abroad is introduced. Then it is put forward that the designing scheme and the computer aided design (CAD) method of main single lens of the domestic space electron beam gun with equal-diameter three-cylinder simple lens, and the flowing-pipe way of calculating the space charge density of the main lens area ,in the electron gun is analyzed. The parameters calculation of the focusing system is completed through Language C utilizing computer programming and a satisfying result is gotten. The result shows that the calculation and design method are correct : the dispersed focusing current of electron beam is less, the beam section is less in the deflected magnetic field, the minimal radius of beam spot on the workpiece is about 0.65615mm, and all these can meet the requirements of the space welding and cutting.

In this paper, we propose a novel active queue management (AQM) scheme based on the Random Early Detection (RED) of the loss ratio and the total sending rate control, called LRC-RED, to regulate the queue length with small variation and to achieve high utilization with small packet loss. This scheme measures the latest packet loss ratio, and uses it and the total sending rate as complements to queue length in order to dynamically adjust packet drop probability. Further, we also provide the design rules for this scheme based on the well-known TCP control model. On the basis of the design rules, we develop a simple, scalable and systematic rule for tuning the control parameters which can be adaptive to dynamic network conditions. Through ns 2 simulations, we show the faster response time and better robustness of the proposed LRC-RED as compared with the Loss Ratio based RED (LRED) [5] algorithm.

The influences of sintering temperature, soaking time and annealing time on the quality factor of Ba(Mg/13Nb2/3)O3 microwave dielectric ceramic were investigated. The result showed that Qf value increased as the sintering temperature increasing. It was ascribed to the increasing of the relative density and ordering parameter S. The maximum value of Qf, 49500 GHz, was gained at 1550°C. With soaking time increasing, Qf value increased. The increasing of B-site 1:2 ordering degree and grain size should be responsible for the improvement of Qf value. When soaking time was 16 h, Qf value reached 58000 GHz. Annealing time had great effect on Qf value. With annealing time increasing, Qf value increased quickly. This was because of the improvement of B-site 1:2 ordering caused by annealing. A high Qf value, 71500 GHz, was acquired when annealing time was 48 h.
